Worst customer service. Tracked driver. Was told within 15 min delivery. Next moment get a text photo of my front door and sorry wasn’t in. Tried calling them. Telling them I am home. He didn’t attempt to ring the bell. Would never use this company

Today I want to continue to rate DPD 1 star because this is the 4th parcel in a row that I have received a "We missed you" response from DPD even though they did not deliver the item to the specified location nor ring my doorbell. All Amazon sellers should expect their items to be returned to them if they do not choose another shipping service. I am not one to wish for other companies to close down but with DPD and their way of doing business they should be shut down soon because they only have 1 mission and they never complete it.

Driver stolen a £1000 e-bike conversion. DPD finds the picture of the shipping label acceptable as proof of delivery

1550 2909 528 337 0 This is the 16th parcel now within 30 days that is paid as next day delivery, not my choice to use DPD. Everytime it always gets delayed in Hinckly for over 24 hours, then delayed again for another 24 hours. You complain via the correct procedures and they never respond. 8 of the orders have simply never arrived resulting in refunds from the original supplier and an apology by them, even though they have sent the items out quickly and done their job properly. To point out, my local DPD are fantastic and they have a great reputation in Aberdeen, but Hinckly is an absolute disgrace, in the future I will simply only buy from suppliers who do not use DPD.

Where do I start has to be the worst delivery company ever Every parcel these guys deliver they go to the wrong address even though what 3 words shows exactly where it is Then I have to deal with there useless ai chat bot which resolves absolutely nothing

Waited 2 separate days for a parcel. Both times the same driver stated nobody in. 2nd day I was watching tracking and was 9 stops away when it suddenly changed to could not deliver despite me looking out my entrance and no driver seen! Was told depot would call yet no call! When I chased it was told they tried but no answer until I offered to show my call log. Absolute clowns

DPD is one of the worst company ever. Customer services = atrocious. God forbid you are not at home when parcel arrives - that is the beginning of your nightmare with dpd...🤯😖 Avoid them at all costs !

Awful service. I had a delivery twice cancelled saying no one was home but I have a ring doorbell and can see no one tried to deliver. Same thing happened with a collection that was booked, twice saying they were told there was nothing to collect when I was at home all day waiting for them

DPD Couriers🤣🤣🤣What a joke, Parcel marked as being returned to the sender on the very same day as the expected delivery date without any attempt to deliver the parcel beforehand. When you contact customer support they don’t have any information about the delivery of your parcel. Utterly disgraceful service. AVOID DPD👎

YET AGAIN DPD DRIVERS LEAVE PARCELS OVER 2 MILES AWAY FROM DELIVERY ADDRESS.STATING I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE IT THERE .NOT TRUE .WHY WOULD A DISABLED PENSIONER WANT TO TRAVEL TO A BUS STATION TO COLLECT A HEAVY PARCEL,OR DO THEY JUST HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HAYLING ISLAND DELIVERIES?

I had a delivery , which was 2 parcels. The driver only left one of the parcels and before I noticed this there had left. Now on your tracking it says no one was in to sign. WRONG, how can I take one parcel but the driver left with the expense heavy parcel I need. You cannot speak to them. Their phone line just take you round in circles. Another parcel delivery company in my bad books. Avoid them if you can !

Dpd are not very trust worthy it says on web Paige my item was deleved but I've not received it and I have a ringdoor bell on it shows everyone who comes to mine and they've not delivered her I've phoned them up and they said they will tell the driver to go pick it up at the address he delivered it to and deliver to mine I hope it's today then I may be able to wright a better review MR P Davies 15 Carlyle road WV108SL

We sent 3 parcels to the USA securely packaged in bubble wrap large envelopes. After almost 2 weeks each parcel was returned to us and each bubble envelope had been badly damaged, ripped open. We will never send anything by DPD again. This was the first and last time we used this service.

Delivery to the wrong address. AGAIN!! “Customer service” called after complaining to say the driver would pick it up and bring it before his shift ended! OF COURSE IT DID NOT HAPPEN !!!!!

Lazy and incompetent driver, lied saying he had attempted delivery, the images showed on the chat was the neighbour up the road that insane him delivering to. Lazy, incompetent, liar. My daughter and I now can’t communicate for a month because she is without a phone. I paid for fast delivery and I’ve been let down by a lazy, incompetent liar. I called customer service and they said he might be back today lol, absolutely useless driver, useless customer service and useless delivery company

This has been my worst delivery experience. I took two days off work to receive my package and never did. I watched the app closely, tracking the remaining stops, only to be told the driver couldn’t find me. The next day I redirected the parcel with the instruction “Front door,” kept monitoring the app, and was told again that my address wasn’t found. I called the hotline and asked them to leave it at a nearby branch; they couldn’t. I even asked for an address so I could pick it up myself—also not possible. What kind of service is that?

Very similar to many on here. Having a replacement phone “delivered”. Spent all yesterday afternoon with three on the arrangements. All verified, delivery arranged to my home between 3.17 and 4.17, that specific. Stood at my window all that time, a dpd van went past. Then at 4.14 I get an email claiming that I’d requested it to be collected from the post office, with all the hassle of presenting ID and all that. Dpd have assured me that it will now be delivered tomorrow morning, I live in hope.

Worst delivery company ever. I ordered a bed from ikea and instead of delivering it on the 3rd floor, the driver left it on the ground floor. And they even mentioned that it was delivered to me! I called DPD to raise a complaint and they said that the driver only delivers to the ground floor if there is no lift. What a joke! Terrible service.
