“In Croatia this is one of the worst delivery services. You will always find problems with this company! If there is an alternative delivery option on the website, always choose it! My order with the tracking number 08448863561415 was held in the warehouse for reasons unknown to me and was never delivered to me. All attempts to contact DPD from my side and from the online store failed. Please be VERY CAREFUL and NEVER contact DPD. They will rob you of your money!”

“Yes I did. I paid extra money to have something delivered before 12 o clock which didn’t happen, after hearing it had been delayed it wasn’t even delivered the same day, which is disgusting as it was a perishable gift for my friends birthday. I don’t think people should use your delivery service. I will certainly avoid doing so in future”

“Ordered a phone from Tesco. " must be signed for, nps its a lot of money".waited in. No knock on door,just a thudd as the driver threw it in the porch. 2nd September Now..tonight 9th Sept at 2125. Was waiting on an apple macbook from sky, Same ,needs signed for. Perfect Waited in. Nothing Then ping..your parcel has been delivered..nope . Nothing . Checked the cctv. See the van in the street and he has delivered it to some one else. Their phoneline is shut No way to contact. Picture shows a door,(not ours ) and the box with laptop in it ..somewhere So what the F am I supposed to do? Walk about in the dark and try to match the picture with a door and knock up all the neighbours.?? Useless. Complaining to sky and Tesco as thats twice in a week ive had the pleasure of your utter sh.... service”

“Appalling service - DPD set you up with an early morning notification saying they will deliver your parcel between 0930-1030 so you take sometime off work. At 0930 you get a message saying they are approx 15mins away but two mins later you get a notification saying they've called round and no one was in and so now your parcel has been sent to some random newsagents for you to go collect the following day! When I got the message saying they were 15mins away I was looking out for them but no sign of a DPD van stopping by and no sighting of one or their driver on the CCTV. Calling the local depot was a waste of time as they just try to placate you but offer no real solutions. I'll be contacting the international company I bought from to advise them not to use DPD for me (and others if they can) in the future and to only send my parcels using Royal Mail. I'll explain why and leave it up them if they continue you to use for other deliveries !”

“Utterly incompetent service. Told me my parcel was on route, then suddenly found they couldn't deliver it "due to an unexpected issue in my area". After many painful interactions it transpired the issue was they couldn't locate the parcel. Despite that, I was told they would deliver it next day which surprise surprise didn't happen! Eventually my parcel was delivered 5 days late, too late for the gift it was intended, but hey ho what do they care!!! Abysmal service and unfit tor purpose DPD chat!!! Will avoid if at all possible.”

“I've given up on home delivery with this company (it always says we missed you), but even delivering to the right pick up point seems to be a problem for them. Why give me the option of selecting a pickup point close to my house, if you're going to change it anyway, to one that is on the other side of town and 1.5hrs away?”

“Was in all day & dpd driver Ajay said he missed us when tried to deliver butno one in, after checkin cctv he went to next door took parcel away with him! I called customer service who assured me the driver was defo deliverin parcel after his others, well it's gone 8pm & still no parcel 😡 liars!!!”

“Terrible service. I've waisted my whole day off waiting for delivery and the driver sent me messaged me that he'd missed me...really? The problem wasn't the parcel but the fact that he lied and waisted my time 😡 Very disappointing 😠”

“The worst delivery company in UK. Not worth even one star. Arranged parcel delivery day twice and both times they failed to delivery our parcel. Driver just marked he been there,but we can not provide the pin. When we called to customer service,they tracked the driver's route and found out he not been even in our area.After that both times they promised driver come back to us. Nothing”

“much worse than evri dont like their attitude my last two deliveries failed and they dont care the driver was even in my area and had the nerve to say he missed us even though he never called at my house In the future I will check who uses dpd and avoid them”

“Deliver driver sukhbir is a joke I was tracking my delivery he was on delivery number 93 and I was delivery number 95 then all of a sudden he must think I can't be arsed to deliver it and put it as missed with a picture of bushes and someone's roof of a house, my delivery had medication that needs 2 be in the fridge don't see him paying me back for that!!! I have 3 people in the house 2 dogs and a camera on my front door. I have screenshot to prove he was on delivery number 93 and I was number 95 plus the driver screenshot and the random bush he snap shotted. Dpd is a joke rang them and they rang driver n he said can't deliver it now hes not in area, NEVER EVEN BOTHERED 2 DELIVER IIT FIRST TIME!!! absolutely fuming!!”

“My parcel 1550 0252 197 403 1 was never delivered: head office couldn’t generate a PIN, dpd london docklands depot mishandled it, delivery staff rushed, customer service ignored back-to-back calls, and emergency delivery was refused. Outdated and frustrating — DPD customer no more; better alternatives are UPS, FedEx, Hermes, or Royal Mail. DPD customer no more.”

“If only I can give a “no-star” for dpd, that’s it. DPD is such an unreliable shipping company. How come you are still choosing this? They have attempted delivery? But no one rang? Our time is precious, too. The same problem happened to me multiple times with this company. Habitual manner. No improvement. Customer service is such a mess as well. They cannot reassure you enough. You will still follow their instructions even it is mainly their fault. Very inconsiderate of them. They should close, actually. All of their staff are incompetent.”

“I have be waiting for a parcel to be delivered on Sunday and it have been delayed and delivered on Tuesday the 2nd of September and I am still waiting for it to be delivered and I have not received any update yet . I have try the online message all day and still no answer on my package. I will be contacting DPD by phone tomorrow morning on the 3rd of September and hopefully get a update on the package and the delivery time as I will be working last”
