Delivery was dumped on the doorstep of another house in the next street and driver claimed it was received by me. This happened despite being a Dyson repair delivery which clearly says should not be left in a safe place but handed to customer. No photo to prove delivery. Had to retrieve this by myself.

Over the last 3 weeks i have been struggling for the driver to leave me my parcel due to needing a pin code. I always thought by shopping on line and having it delivered especially with DPD it was meant to be an safe and easy job how mistaken was I. Still waiting for these parcels to be delivered and i now have to wait another week for me to be able to accept this parcel absolute Joke

On December 4th, a parcel was supposed to be delivered, but according to DPD, the driver couldn’t find the address. This claim is completely incomprehensible to me, as this address has always been easily found by other delivery services. They promised to attempt another delivery, but that never happened. When I tried to contact DPD, I found it nearly impossible. The entire customer service system is automated. After several attempts to speak to a customer service representative, I was repeatedly told by an automated voice that the lines were overloaded and that I should call back later. Despite multiple calls, I was never able to speak with anyone to clarify the status of my parcel. This automated system leaves customers completely stranded. There is no way to resolve such issues directly with a person, and now I am left without my parcel and without my money, as the refund is still pending. In my opinion, DPD’s service is absolutely unacceptable. This experience is not only frustrating for customers but also harms sellers who rely on reliable delivery.

Don’t even bother, my delivery driver didn’t even try just said ‘failed attempt’ for them to only be able to deliver it the next day, day after needed. Hope to never have to use again.

Useless tracking & customer services will say anything to get rid of you So. I get short notice for a delivery from DPD, on 10th Dec. Time slot 10:38 - 11:38. As this was sky equipment, I had to be home, to swap the old for new. At arround 2pm, contact them on their "chat" only to be told, the package would arrove, and be pation. Im pretty sure it was a BOT! 5pm, still nothing, so i use the chat again. I was assured that delivery would be no later than 8pm. At 7:30pm, tracking suddenly starts reorting driver is 1 stop away (aprox 15mins). I can see the driver is only a few streets away. At 8pm, i check again. The driver is back in dunstable, the DPD depot. To get there from where he was, he had to drive past my house. So now I need to spend another day, home, but I dont eeven know, when delivery will be rescheduled. I have been lied to.

Terrible company!! Don't work with them! We moved from the Netherlands to Greece. We sent 12 boxes with very important things. Only 8 arrived. The company denies and takes no responsibility for the loss. There is no one to talk to.

Incompetent Drivers received message to say failed delivery attempt, photo attached of house I don't recognise. I contacted DPD immediately but now I have to book another day off work to take delivery as the parcel cannot be left in a safe place. no faith that the driver will find his way on an second attempt. with modern technology how does a delivery driver attend the wrong address. I don't live in the middle of nowhere, I live on the main road of the village in a 30mph zone.

Disgraceful service. The dpd driver delivering the parcel simply left it in a nearby Bridleway. A stranger luckily delivered it to us.

USELESS! I have had so many problems with DPD and not just with one depot as we've had problems at my home address as well as work - turns out they are "served" by 2 different depots. There is no way to contact DPD to sort anything out and my opinion is not just based on one delivery - there's a problem every time. I've had multiple parcels un-delivered as apparently I wasn't there - I have been and with the non-deliveries at work, the CCTV confirmed no-one even attempted any deliveries! When they get sent to a parcel shop, after I get my notification to say it's there, I've had one parcel shop tell me that "they've not been in today" and after I advise I had a confirmation of arrival "oh they do that - they don't always turn up". I requested one parcel to go to a parcel shop near home, the parcel shop do not care about the parcels and damage them but DPD do not care and when I actually got through to someone on chat (no mean feat, some kind of magical unknown pathway which I have not been able to replicate), they said they would change this option for me - they didn't as the next order I placed, has gone to the same friggin' parcel shop. The chat person also directed me to the app or the website to make changes to future delivery preferences. I asked repeatedly at the time for the link on the website where I can do this and my request was repeatedly ignored. I have since tried the app but it does not let me set it up (I have tried on different devices, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked spam for the mythical access email - nothing). I do not understand why companies use this pile of sh!te service as it puts me off ordering from somewhere that uses DPD*. * Note to businesses using DPD - PLEASE STOP! This reflects on you as a business and just frustrates your customers. * It has certainly stopped me from making enquiries with them on behalf of my employer who have been looking around for a delivery company so DPD's loss!

I'm shocked! It seems like a constant practice of this terrible company. I was waiting for a package, I spent the whole day at home waiting, it ruined my whole day. Then I get a message that no one was home, and like other complaints, only a black screen as proof. Do they really think we're that innocent? They ruin someone's whole day when the driver clearly wanted to shorten his route. A terrible company.

Received a notification to state I received a delivery (with my name) and a photo of another house. I DID NOT receive it and it was another house. Delivery from Symths tots via DPD. DPD mission impossible to resolve!! So annoyed. Need to go back to Smyths. Not the first time either! Annoying to even state my name as received whereby they left it outside someone else’s house. Rubbish customer service. Have to make loads of calls and live chats but DPD still not resolved it! Told me to go back to Smyths!!!

Should be a button for a zero star rating. The ABSOLUTE WORST delivery service available. First issue we had was a mobile delivery which failed to turn up next day delivery. Instead the dreaded card through the door saying sorry we missed you. We were home all day. Phone turned up the next day but had been opened and had been tampered with as we were locked out of it but thankfully the fraud department at ee sent out a new phone which we received the next day. Now a very expensive push bike has gone missing after we waited in all day on Monday but the driver didn't knock or ring our ring doorbell. Just left the dreaded we missed you card again. Numerous phone calls/emails all week with them promising redelivery but now today, they 'can't find the delivery'. We suspect it's been stolen, just as they tried stealing the mobile. How this company is allowed to still operate beggars belief. The anger and annoyance they cause is shocking. 3 days wasted staying in for something that was never getting delivered by the seems of it. Perhaps the driver 'Phil' fancied a new bike for christmas. Bunch of lying thieving scumbags.

FAIL TO DELIVER THEN LIE ABOUT IT... DPD are an absolute waste of time. Waited in for two days for a delivery. The delivery driver 'Adam' claimed he attempted to deliver, but made no attempt to do so. Assuming as it was a large parcel, he was too busy or simply couldn't be bothered. Had to reorder items that were needed for a holiday, but they subsequently arrived too late so couldn't use them. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Useless delivery service. Not worth the 1star given. Driver Vaidas would not deliver my parcel. Was home waiting for the delivery yesterday, driver didn't show up but claimed recipient was not able to provide delivery code. I complained to customer care, he was tracked and it was discovered he didn't get to my address. Another delivery was scheduled for today, only for me to receive a message that the driver missed me, while I'm home waiting. Rubbish service. I will never buy from any seller that has DPD as delivery. Beware!

This is thee worst courier company I've ever come across, you pay for a 24 hr deliver and gets delivered after 72 hrs every week. Total joke of a company. My son's medicine never gets delivered on time, and I mean never. Please avoid at all cost.
