Is this a joke 5 days now av been waiting 3 mobile have rang you as well as me every day now am told its sorted and will be at my door Saturday. Now you have told me its on it way back to sender 5 hours over 4 days i have been on the phone is this funny to dpd because its not to me and it will be going to trading stanards as well as the calls i have of your staff lieing on record i offered this to your head office with no reply now am taking it further notice they reply to all on hear but not mine if you do not reply then dh9 radio and my work place metro radio will be happy to run my story and recorded calls the ball is in your court

Pathetic service. Failed collections, failed deliveries both in time .. and completely ... all year around. Impossible to get hold of anyone in order to resolve the issues. Email don't get replied to and the phone never answered. Will be moving to any company able to deliver properly (any would probably do better), both for my personal as well as company needs.

My package was apparently delivered twice and both times the driver didn’t ring the doorbell, I was home both times. I did see the driver driving away the second time but that’s cause I looked out the window not because he rang the doorbell. Still no package. Useless

Event - DPD delivery at 13.14 on 12 Dec (all recorded on security cam) No early morning DPD notification of any kind of a pending delivery. No DPD notification that delivery has been completed. It's as if no DPD event has occurred today. It has however, rained heavily all day long. We went out and returned late afternoon, to find a "CARDBOARD" package sitting in front of the garage. It was in the rain, and on the ground which was soaking wet. In the box was a Christmas present for our son. It's going to look awful when we hand it over to him. Do DPD care --- absolutely not. DPD drivers seem to be brainless morons who don't give a damn what happens to customer's goods. Whatever happened to REDELIVERY?? No chance, they're not returning --- it's all our fault for not being at home, even though we weren't told !! And when we are at home, we get 5 seconds to get to the door. Our last delivery a week ago, was like this. Doorbell rang. I rushed downstairs to get to the door, and saw the driver opening the front gate and leaving, and our package was left on the doorstep. I called out to him, and he (begrudgingly) returned. I told him that customers should be given more than 5 seconds to get to the door. He replied -- "we're only allowed to wait 5-10 seconds at the door, then we have to go". WHAT!!! And what if I had rushed downstairs to try to get to the door even quicker, slipped and fell down the stairs?? I rang DPD, and was told that the driver lied .... they're given up to 1 minute to wait at the door for it to be answered. Sounds like DPD drivers do whatever they want. At one time DPD were the best, they are now close to the bottom of my list. What a complete waste of time DPD have become!! I shall be writing to the retailer to advise them how unprofessional their courier is, as well as posting my comments on review sites.

Appalling service, paid for a Sunday delivery for four items, one was delivered on Saturday! Nothing on Sunday, so I chose a new delivery date for Wednesday, the driver then delivered the other three items to my neighbour and didn’t even knock at my door. I hope I never have to use DPD again, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I called this morning got through to someone in a Uk call centre who barely spoke English, I politely requested him to put me through to a manager as I am really struggling to understand him, he then, in his broken English told me “oh I have to put the phone down then” and he did!!!

Dpd drivers rob your stuff. Still waiting for this disgusting company to get in touch. Absolutely disgusting customer service and the drivers well. They are scum.

It's true. This company are totally useless. Every time I see that DPD are the delivery company, my heart sinks. We get loads of deliveries from other couriers, never a problem. The problem seems to be because our house has a name and not a number DPD drivers can't find it. I think the drivers are that thick they can't read.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday we have a shop the driver went to a house even though the address clearly said shop, they said they would redeliver on Monday its now Tuesday and we still have not received our parcel and to top it off they want us to pay £6 for the privilege to phone them to find out when they are going to deliver our own parcel which they should have delivered already, we have now completely missed our deadline, never again I have instructed all members of our staff not to order anything from any company that uses a delivery service from the dpd

They gave me a delivery day , took day off work then they inform me that it will be the day after. So as compensation they will deliver my parcel on a day that suits them but i will get a text on the morning of the delivery how great when i am at work.

Honestly the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Communication was terrible. I was told my parcel was in Ireland but when I rang my local depot I was told it hadn’t left England.Date of my delivery was changed 3 times. Please don’t use their services

Pure laziness from 1 of your drivers they think taking a pic of my comunial door is a good enough reason to not knock ring or anything other then driving off. Im also down on a days wage as ive sat in all day. This is not good enough absoloute poor service

15503004195399- parcel reference number, Hadeep was supposed to deliver my parcel to my home address a few hours ago,and we've been home all day, however received picture of parcel being delivered through the letter box of a door that had no door number to identify,I have my house number next to my door but the small time criminal Hadeep obviously made sure that wasn't included in the pictures because it wasn't my door.what a small time crook working for crooked DPD. I have called DPD severally and Everytime, I was assured he will return to redeliver to right address, six hours later still waiting. Do not use this company!

If you’re attempting to live a stress free live, I strongly recommend never using DPD. The first warning you have of the service you are about to (not) receive is the message when you call their customer service number, it asks you not to be abusive towards their staff. Strange message, why would you ask that unless your service is so appalling bad that this is a common occurrence. I was arranging a collection from a shop in a main street in London, hardly a challenge for DPD but.. The first collection was arranged for a Tuesday, I got the lovely text telling me when they would be arriving, but no one turned up. I contacted DPD (after spending 20 minutes on hold, which I was to discover is about par for the customer service number) they apologised, and the collection was re-arranged for the following Tuesday. The happy day arrived, but once again DPD forgot to turn up. I once again contacted DPD, they apologised profusely and the collection was re-arranged for Thursday afternoon, but now as a “priority one” collection. The happy day arrived, and by now it was no surprise when they didn’t turn up. When I contacted customer service (oxymoron) they advised that they had attempted collection but we weren’t in. The shop was staffed and open for the whole day, so that wasn’t true. During this conversation they’d given up on apologising, didn’t seem to care that they had missed our collection three times and could only suggest I re-arrange the collection again. In summary, there are many companies that are happy to take your money, but reluctant to provide any type of service in return, DPD is an over achiever at this. Good luck and just use someone else.

F...ing useless liars waited in all morning for parcel & then get email to say sorry missed you 😡😡 Lying delivery man never even rang doorbell - just useless illiterate conmen drivers - caught one of them one day about to drive off with my parcel he hadn’t even bothered to try & deliver- was walking off up the street 🤨 with my parcel in his hand - thieves for sure & he took a picture of my front door without my permission which is illegal- def criminals - will be suing.rn

Driver hammered on my door extremely loudly only to find out the parcel wasn’t for me and he wasn’t even at my door when I opened it. I’m a disabled adult so I asked him if DPD could stop knocking at my door as I don’t get things delivered here and it causes me problems only for the driver to turn round and have a go at me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Service I ordered 2 items from 2 different major retailers (who both use DPD) on Monday for next day delivery. I was given a 1hr time slot on Tuesday. The driver (David) didn't show, with no reason. I was then given a 1hr timeslot on Wednesday. The same driver didn't show, with no reason. On Thursday, the items didn't even leave the depot. After a phone call to them, they rearranged another 1hr time slot for Friday. On Friday, Guess what? The same driver didn't show, with no reason. So it is now the weekend and with no explanation I still haven't received parcels I ordered last Monday! My advice to anyone is to think very carefully before using DPD or retailers who use DPD.
