Parcel sent by Ikea but seemingly badly boxed by DPD. Also parcel sent recently from Sam Turners also badly boxed. Both deliveries had unsealed boxes obviously made up from whatever was available. Very unprofessional.

Delivery attempted without email advice it was going to happen, I was outside on property and only realised when I got email saying delivery failed, then four days later got email saying no room on vehicle for my small parcel and I have to go to depot and collect or it will be returned to sender, it is less than two miles from depot to my address

3 parcels missing in a week says it all really. as always customer service is beyond awful and i try as much as possible to avoid ordering from companies that use dpd as their courier.

Lost parcel no attempt to resolve issue Dpd delivered my parcel with 230 euros worth of good to "someone", not me. When I track my parcel it states "delivered". As the parcel has the eircode on it I presumed, incorrect that it would be safely delivered. When I emailed them on the website email, it bounced back, when you do a " live" chat with Barry the bolt all you get after inputting your reference number is "delivered" . After 1 hour 15 minutes on hold to the Athlone brand I got the same "delivered" after this I rang the Roscommon brand and after 45 mintues on hold was again informed my parcel has been delivered. While this is factualy correct, my parcel has indeed been delivered, it has not been delivered to me. Dpd has made no accept to trace where they delivered my parcel, currently it has been missing now for five days. Unprofessional

Shame that I have to actually rate this one star. I ordered a phone around 4pm on a Friday. Was told DPD would deliver on Saturday, I was stunned! I thought wow, that can’t be right, what an amazing service. Little did I know I was right. At 0245 on Saturday the parcel arrived in their Birmingham hub. No movement on Saturday, no movement on Sunday, no movement on Monday, I decided to contact them on Monday twice, once in the afternoon and once in the evening, and was told to contact the seller, bit weird but ok. Monday night at 2056 it has arrived, guess where... The Netherlands!!! (U.K. customer by the way). It states it will get delivered on Tuesday, fair play so I didn’t bother contacting them and assumed it was an oversight or system glitch. No delivery on Tuesday. Contacted DPD via chat this morning and had to ask three times, how it was in Holland? At first they said it was an overseas parcel. Then finally they said it had been re routed and to wait another 24 hours?? I don’t mind mistakes happen, but there is no accountability from this company, I’ve never liked their service or even the attitude of some of the drivers I’ve seen around the North London area. They could have contacted me and said they made a mistake. Absolute sham of a company

We have had nothing but a brilliant service from DPD. The driver for our area is great, she goes out of her way to provide a brilliant service. We can even call her to let her know when we are in for her to collect. I am really surprised they get such bat feedback. Maybe people whe get good service don’t leave reviews!

Stay away from anyone using this delivery company , rude, will not deliver, they lie, they cheat, they do everything but deliver to your door.worse experiences ever DHL, GLS, Herms ok, DPD is the worse company ever , they won't even ring your doorbell, leave a note, nothing!!! then they said they did !!!!

Update: Be aware people. 870 euro worth Delivery stolen from me June 4th, 08.20 am, DPD South West driver claiming that it was left outside with my "roommate who was smoking cigarette" I was at home with my stepson no one else was there that morning. Total anarchy, And of course no signatures required cause COVID-19.

now isolating talking to delivery person who insisted I go to him and sign on his pad they then took parcel back .Note on door stated leave insecure porch in which he was standing

Absolutely disgusting service waited in for two days not even a knock on the door , they posted card , to top it off I was waiting for birthday present for my daughter which she didn’t get on her special day .... specialist in ruining it for birthday girls and single dads

this company should be out of business as soon as possible. really bad service, i do not understand why other companies such as Apple still trust them with their services. Absolutely rubbish.

Harassed verbally and wife physically assaulted with a package from Harrods by DPD drive... still no resolution. Their CS people 2x promised a call back from the depot manager (West London), still nothing. Currently holding one parcel hostage, ordered from a company who said they don’t use DPD on their website.

A total piece of sh/t "company"... Order placed 10 days ago, online retailer stated delivery in 9 days. Initially the DPD tracking site provided an estimated date for this shipment. As it got closer to that date on the calendar, the estimated date disappeared from the DPD website. A chat rep confirmed delivery was to occur yesterday. Did not, surprise. Today the chat says 'driver cannot be contacted' and closes chat. I will never again buy anything from a company that uses these fks to 'deliver'. Will contest charges with the bank. A closer look at DPD explains A LOT.

OMG. What a company. Waiting for parcel over two weeks now 1000 euro worth goods. I follow every day tracking progress it was slow, but yesterday finally I received SMS on my phone "Your DPD driver will deliver your order ref blablabla today between 08.00 - 9.00" OK.. that's about the time. Waiting, waiting.... half day waiting and no delivery so, i checked DPD tracking system and what a surprise it had been delivered to me and i have accepted it... SHOCK... So i call DPD... waiting and waiting for some one to answer the phone call as their agents are busy for about 20 or so minutes and no answer, finally i run out of phone credit (topped up for 20 euro just day before) 20 euro gone that even more boiled my blood. Next thing.. I'm looking for more contact possibilities on DPD website and i found that Live chat thing.... 3 hours later no connection to their chat agents as the all are busy at this moment.. Absolutely disgusted, don't even know what to do...
