Todays delivery from DPD. Photos attached, these are the real photos taken of parcel as delivered unopened. Customer services tell you one thing then lie about what they said when you call them back. Worst company service ever.

I have almost never experienced smooth delivery by DPD. The live tracking is a mess. It gives you an expected delivery which have been never met even within error of one hour. I would recommend you to avoid it if you can!

The most pathetic service three separate days arranged yet not delivered A separate DpD van delivered another package how ridiculous not to have the item on the same van Unable to contact them at all waited on phone for 20 minutes useless useless useless do not use !!!

We stayed in he didnt try to ring the bell twice he left card outside same with my sons buisness hes waiting for his parcels for his bikes.

Absolutely pathetic. Even for COVID times. I have used them before, and always had problems. I have now instructed all my vendors never to use them again. 11 bloody days on the ground in Malmo when there are confirmed daily flights to destination! And why Malmo from UK in first place. There are direct flights daily from UK!!! I had a consignment from another vendor that used DHL - 2 days. I am now at 16 bloody days and it still has not arrived! Tried to contact customer service with zero response. Leave a message on web chat to get an automated "offices are closed - try tomorrow" and it is 11:30am on a Monday! Worse than hopeless. Total sxxt show! Would give zero stars if possible. "PATHETIC" in a word!

Reference/Tracking Number: 15976809327039 cant get through on phone or emails, no one will help me. my parcel was supposed to be collected on the 21st. still not collected, rebooked not collected again. can some one sort this out! awful customer service.

Parcel was booked for collection 21st May, waited in, it was not collected. re-booked it for collection the next day, waited in, it was not collected. no one is answering the phones or emails.tried customer service, just said we can collect on the 26th, but nothing else, no response,no help or booking confirmation? no offer of a refund, as I have paid for next day delivery. Is it going to ever be collected? absolutely shocking customer service. I was a regular customer but will never use this company again. I risk bad feedback for my company and have now had to offer a full refund to my customer! just what a small business needs in these trying times. still no help from DPD, I still have my parcel! my customer is still waiting! cant get through to anyone. its now the 25th! still no help from DPD, I still have my parcel! my customer is still waiting! cant get through to anyone. its now the 26th!

Terrible service still waiting on my delivery that should have been delivered on May 4th but it went to wrong address then back to the Inverness depot as it says on my tracking info , when I phoned them to see where my package was got told , we cant do nothing at our end , very disappointed DPD

Disaster parcel provider. Never on time. I got text says parcel in tomorrow śpend next two days at home and nothing. I payed extra for quicker delivery. USELESS!!!!!

I waited in for 2 days in a row and on their tracking system they say that no one was in. This is absolute rubbish and is not the first time I have experienced this rubbish service. I would never use DPD again for sure. I now have to go to their depot and hopefully I will be able to collect my parcel as they have mislaid items in the past and I had to go back 3 times until they eventually let me into their warehouse to indentify my parcels. During the lockdown I have been buying through Amazon and they use a number of different delivery companies and everything gets to me first time. It is unbelievable that they still get business

Completely useless they never turn up ! I again have two parcels out for today and no body has come to my property. I have two emails advising I am out when I am in and the driver is now unavailable. As he was earlier! As he has posted a picture of a completely different address as he can't read a map or an address it seems . It is not hard to find our house it is no 1 the first house on the road . Very confusing it must be for these nor drivers .

Avoid DPD at all costs, this is the second time they were unable to deliver on the correct time or day with little or no communication. What is the point of informing you of a time and date if they cannot deliver the package. Well there won't be a third chance and there are plenty of other companies who will be glad to take the customers off DPD. Avoid this awful company.

Avoid at all cost Avoid at all cost. horrible company that doesn't deserve to be called neither company, nor logistics. their kind of operation is a huge scam. 3 weeks for a delivery from London to Athens for a parcel that doesnt require any special attention. There is no response to request, there is no customer service, just an automatic chat saying that "your delivery is on its way, you cant talk with someone". Again, by calling them a company, it is an insult to all other companies. Trying to get in touch with them for a week now and i cant. Unfortunately the amount i paid for the parcel i am waiting for doesnt worth to take any legal action against them.

This is not the 1st time I've been disappointed with DPD.....Last time I had a delivery I had to chase up the delivery as the live tracking said my parcel had been attempted delivery after me spending all day indoors waiting for it. This time I had no update on delivery via email or text so I wasn't expecting my parcel to arrive and long and behold not only was it delivered but it was left in my communal hallway in plain sight of anyone passing by and to top it all off i was away. Thankfully my father keeps an eye on my post and he found the parcel at the front door and took it in. What the hell is a matter with people!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service! collected a parcel from my home Thursday 14th 11.15a.m. going to Republic Ireland arrived at address in Ireland Saturday 16th 9a.m. Very good company to deal with keep you updated from pick up to drop off and very reasonably priced

I paid for next day delivery and got an email with a 1 hour time slot then a couple of hours before it was due I got another email saying they were returning it to CurrysPCW. No phone and now no money to buy another one from a reliable dealer. I’ve complained to Paypal so hopefully they’ll sort CurrysPCW out. There taking money from people when they haven’t got the goods to send.
