Is a door step a porch? What is a door used for? What is a doorbell for? We have a video doorbell so record the DPD person make no attempt to a. Wait for an answer B. Open the door. If the delivery instructions are Front Porch then how does it mean door mat outside in rain? 1 star because at least you found the address.

Sh%# company. All day I was waiting for my baby formula and they left the parcel in the other address. When I went there no one pick up ! I got the hermes delivery 10min before them without the problems. Change the drivers if they don't know how to find properly house!

Worst company ever, the driver tried to deliver the item a few mins than the scheduled delivery time and also waited 25 seconds for someone to answer the door, even when we shouted through to him we were on the way to the door, he was talking to someone on his phone at the time because it was all captured on my ring doorbell, he had no intention on delivering the item and was going before my 1 hour time slot had began.

@DPD_UK #dpdlocalonline delivered PCR test results 72 hours late. Next day delivery by 10.30 a.m. service. Friday morning delivery became Monday morning delivery. Efficacy of sample ⬇️. Online help useless. No refund as ‘no guarantee’ of delivery line in its T&Cs. Beyond appalling.

DPD delivery for Piktfresh. Clue is in the name - delivers ‘fresh’ food. Box was covered in notices to say ‘must be delivered on time’. DPD delivered 24 hrs late and some food turned to mush!! Granted could have been quality of produce at Piktfresh end but named delivery day doesn’t mean when it suits them! Shame.

Ordered phone from 02 get a text email from this courier saying getting delivered Tuesday sat in all day get a text 4pm sorry delayed but back on track text messages next day your parcel will delivered today needs a signature not delivered same thing Thursday and Friday and the item needed a signature am expected to sit in all day for days on end listening to their lies they told me it’s in transit but that’s just lies if it was in transit I would of had it by now am seriously thinking of telling them to shove it and just cancel my contact just a shower of liars 4 days on the trot I get text emails saying it’s getting delivered today am I just expected to plonk my bum on the couch till you decide to drop it off there’s a list of questions about the delivery which I can’t answer as it’s not been delivered

Would give zero if could, driver rude, caught glimpse of someone running up my drive, so went to door to find driver running back out. When saw me, shouted “parcel in bin” and threw a missed you card at me, not filled in, not written on or marked in any way if in safe place or at neighbours! Didn’t make any attempt to knock. So if hadn’t seen him, bin collection next day would have seen my parcel disappear at the refuge centre! Used number printed on card and said was dropped off 3 hours earlier than actual by liam snd in my porch....which is a miracle as don’t have a porch! So no evidence of where parcel would be! Complained to dpd, ignored the complaint as they don’t care about their customers who end up having to pay them without choice. Worse than hermes, and thats saying something as hermes useless! Avoid DPD

The worst comapny !!! Driver was before 1hr slot time !!! And i just receive message that will deliver tomorrow!!! Tomorrow ? Kiss my ass tomorrow!!! I need parcel today !!!!

Dpd is absolutely the worst. I have some missing packages in last few months, so i chose in settings option to deliever everything to the Pickup point where i can get my package in convenient time for me. Got the confirmation that the service is active with the exact date from when it’s on. 2 weeks after that the package is being apparently delivered to mailbox again and missing. Customer service sent me to sender and they cannot do anything because the package is ‘delievered’ in system. Dpd is a nightmare. So unprofessional and so frustrating.

my package was sent twice in the same week to a pickup station, when I was definitely at home during the delivery time. My door bell works. So I guess the driver, either didn't even drive by my house, or he did not even ring the bell. unbelievable especially during a global pandemic. what if I was in quarantine and in need of medication???

I have been using DPD for my business for a few months now, their reputation does not accurately reflect my experience, unfortunately. I have over £3,000 worth of missing parcels, some of them over 3 months old. I have contacted them almost every week to resolve these issues and finally refused to pay my invoice. let me tell you it didn't take long for them to put my account on stop when I am due them money. They don't seem to care. They have refused to reinstate my account while they correct their own errors. Subsequently, I will be pursuing them in court for my losses and using another courier from now on.

Most INCOMPETENT delivery service!! Most INCOMPETENT delivery service!! I have never received a parcel from DPD in person, as I immediately get an email that they were not able to deliver. So, I placed a sign at the door, right next to the door bell, saying that we are at home and they can ring the bell before dropping it at a station. What happened, I received an email saying that I was not at home, anyways!!!! I have also used the service one time to change the delivery date as the delivery was delayed and the day the parcel was supposed to be delivered, I was not at home. What happened - it got delivered ANYWAYS, dropped off IN THE GARDEN without my permission and remained there for 4 days as I was away.

Their driver left my parcel outside the flat building and didn’t even buzz. Not a safe place. By the time I got the “we’ve delivered” message it had already been taken. Phoned and they say contact the seller - but why should they pay for DPDs mistake? Parcel contained birthday gifts. Their customer service is non existent and I see they don’t even have a Twitter page. I guess that’s one way to avoid bad reviews? If you own a business please use someone else!

A parcel was sent on 26th April to Australia. It contains presents for my 2 grandchildren. It got as far as consolidation scan and we were then told there was insufficient information and that we should have completed a customs form stating country of origin, what it was made of and value for each item . This was impossible and we have never been asked this before. Have tried numerous times to find where this parcel is. Never use this company .

Local DPD driver doesn't wear mask and stands very close to the door. Not my parcel, to my neighbour's, so always asks for my my name and doesn't get it. Very unpleasant

I placed an order on the 2nd of April from London to Portugal. It consisted of 6 boxes. I paid for taxes/fees at the custom house in France in order to continuing with the delivery process. I only received one box on the 13th of April and since that day I contact DPD several times everyday to know what hapenned with the other 5. Nobody could give me a clear answer, giving excuses and different answers every time. Suddenly after two weeks the boxes were coming back to London "by costumer". I am the sender and receiver. I never requested my boxes back. To this day (3rd of May 2021) there is no update in the status, and nobody, again can tell me where my boxes are. I have no proof that my boxes are PHYSICALLY returning to London, and it has been already over a month since I had the first contact with them receiving always poor and useless customer service. As I never received my boxes DPD lost them and they do not want to admitted. They clearly have showed their true colours by not taking any responsibility whatsoever and clearly showing they don't give their customers any true value. I only expected from them to show respect to a loyal customer, but I just received indifference and lack of customer care.

This company forces people who are highly vulnerable to covid to open their doors to accept packages. Even if you follow their online procedure of leaving a signed note and instructions to leave packages in a safe place when isolating, they refuse to give the package over. Their drivers don't wear masks or gloves or keep a safe distance. They are more interested in covering their backs against complaints of non delivered goods than being considerate of the wellbeing of people at risk of covid. This company is completely the worst out there and I've had nothing but distressing experiences with them.

This is the worst delivery company I ever worked with. I sent 2 parcels to from UK to France and after 3 weeks they told me that my parcels never crossed the channel. I had to chase DPD for 5 months to get an answer on where my parcels was. In the end, they had no clue because they couldn't get hold of their 3rd party courier company. My parcels are now officially lost and they tried to give half of the money I was supposed to receive in case of lost. The audacity!! PLEASE DONT EVER SEND YOUR VALUABLE WITH THIS COMPANY!
