By far the worse service i have ever… By far the worse service i have ever had. Drivers not even coming to the property or even bother to ring the bell. CCTV footage available to prove no driver ever arrived. Is simple as follows DO NOT ORDER from companies that work with DPD if you NEED your parcel in time. Except if you ok taking it from their office or have a secure delivery place for them to throw it..

Awful service, my parcel was delivered in wrong address and driver (Preet Sunny) update the system saying I have received and sing by me. From the point I received this notification I have made Alost 8 -10 calls to DPD and every time i was given different info and false promises. To this point I was given false promises and no body can tell me where my parcel is or not even a single call from DPD. spoken to 3 different staff from Greenford Depot and all 3 gave 3 different info and no body cant tell me when exactly I receive my parcel.

Before 68 days I have send my parcel through DPD to Germany..but still missing and dose not reach to the destination.i tried many time to contact DPD through email but no response....it's more then 2 month gone but DPD not answer my question about my parcel

Absolutely disgusting service, no regard for peoples property what so ever, I sent a parcel marked fragile and it seems they did all they could to throw it around and smash everything inside to smithereens, the box had huge dents in it. Will never use again, if you actually want your parcel to arrive in literally one piece I would recommend anyone before DPD. The parcel was gifts for my dad, so upset he got a box of smashed fragments. Couldn't get through on phone, went on website to complain and it said my email and reference didn't exist, although i have an account with them and the ref was taken from all their correspondence. Been sat waiting for someone online for ages so thought id give them feedback from another channel.

"we missed you". bru. I came home and was in the kitchen, i know you didn't come near my home. why you always lying. try to get through to customer service and even thats a shambles. Imagine how much better this company would be with a single competent employee to help.

One star as you can't give zero. Absolute joke of the company. Two deliveries this week both drivers were spoken to via ring doorbell, clear instructions to leave the parcel at the door. One driver left it just to return for it later on that day the second driver refused but agreed to re-arrange it for a different day. Now both parcels are on their way back to the sender. Dpd didn't notify me about that at all. 2h on the phone and the girls I spoke to hung up twice. Let me also say that one of those parcels contain a Covid test that I need to do just so I can go back to work. Dpd response is to contact the sender and re-arrange the delivery with them. They act like they've done nothing wrong at all! Avoid at all costs!! Joke, not the company. Absolute shambles!

Disaster of company. Crashed 3 of 4 packages and don’t want to pay for the damage even though they obviously are responsible. Unproffesional!

Absolute failure with delivery and I find out that the York depot is shut today despite telling me they'd be making a delivery. The only thing been achieved today is incompetence coupled with lies!

I am awaiting delivery, which was expected on Friday. I checked the delivery status which confirmed the parcel was with the local depot this and the they were to allocate a time slot by 11am. When I checked again the delivery was updated to Tuesday and a time slot would be allocated. I have checked this morning (Monday) and it states DISPOSED OF on Saturday 3.51pm. I have tried to call, no answer; requested a call back- Nothing.

Grandson Christmas and birthday present lost no refund on postage or articles. In contact with customer services for over 8 months still not offered a penny. I would advise future customer to use a other parcel delivery service🤬🤬🤬

the delivery driver was stuck behind an oil lorry and instead of taking a 5 minute extended route to our village missed it out entirely!

Waited 3 days, from 9am to 6pm for dpd to pick up a parcel. Customer service was awful, disrespectful, and useless. Will never trust dpd again with a parcel.

Parcel broke, late, items missing and it’s impossible to contact their customers service. Just remote answer in the chat, repeating the same stupid question all the time.

This is an absolutely dreadful company and service - every time they are used there is an issue. Waited in today and after the time slot enquired where parcel is ,they said the driver missed us ! On to chat for over 1/2 hour no response at all! Apparently to call them is £6 a call

Never actually manage to deliver to me without incident. Had to chase one delivery down the street to get him to give me my parcel, despite waiting in all day with the front door open. 2nd delivery didn’t even make it into my street before telling me I’d missed them. Absolutely useless, use DHL instead is my advice

Waiting for a delivery today and given a time window wife waited all day never came. Somehow I see this company going out of business eventully. Wife got on the chat and nothing resolved in fact the rep said she had to go as other people are waiting, what a circus DPD is. Bad service. Look at the % only 5% reviews that's bad news for any company.

The DPD delivery driver crashed into my car and drove off without leaving contact details. The depot are refusing to compensate for the damage despite us providing full car reg, the driver's name and photos from an accident. I'm appalled at their attitude. Just want my car fixed. One star is too much but there's no option for no stars. Absolutely criminal.
