i ordered a new phone as mine is unusable and im stuck in isolation. i was waiting by the door all day waiting for it to come and as im in isolation, put a sign on the door telling them clear instructions on where to put it. the delivery man called ben proceeded to walk down my steps, take a photo of my door with the note in the picture and leave, not even a knock was given and my dad was playing his trumpet with the window open so there is no way that he could have thought we werent in. i then try to call,text and email DPD to which i get no chance to talk to a human and only got pre recorded messages with limited options none of which were complaints. disgusting service.

This company is the best bad company in the world, I can't imagine a worse company in the field of deliveries. I had 5 orders made at L'Oreal, three of them arrived, all the boxes were mixed, to understand which product in which box to find I had to open all the boxes and then follow the order after invoice.The worst happened to the other two orders, which were divided into 12 boxes. I only received 6 out of 12 and I was able to verify my delivery by invoice because it contained part of an order and part of another order,I did not receive any track number message on my mobile or email.in order to get in touch, with someone who could explain to me where my long-awaited products were, they asked me for a track number, which I didn't have. in the end the 6 remaining boxes on two orders go back. The reason they didn't find me.my question is, how can you not find someone if you have already delivered to that address? how can you hang so carelessly towards your customers and mix the boxes, when they are on different invoices? how can you request a track number when you are not sending that number.I'm sorry that a company as big and beautiful as L'Oréal is using such a delivery company with such bad standards. I hope to be able to take my order, because I waited a long time to be able to order the respective prose in an event.

I was actually outside of my house doing gardening for the entire duration of the delivery slot. Nothing. Five minutes before end of allotted time slot I receive a notification that a delivery attempt was unsuccessful and get a random picture of a front door (not mine, not even same street). I contacted their customer services and was told I would get a call back within thirty minutes. I waited an hour and called back. After promising to put me through to someone they hung up. I called again and was told more lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutey poor service. The drivers did not turn up saying " we missed you ", considering I was in the front garden here someone is invisible. Furthermore, I gave the neighboour number in case I was not at home. Liar! The drivers are totally unprofessionals, this is not first time it is happened to me. Furthermore, customer service, is ridicolous. I chatted with them straigh away and they promised to call me back within 1 hour and reorganising the schedule as it was driver fault. NO one call me. Last time with you. Well done! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Two occasions the driver went to wrong house, and saying I wasn't at home, and took another flat photos. The same wrong flat. I live in a house. Not sure which maps / GPS they are using. It only happened with DPD. I have countless deliveries from other couriers without any problem. I tried to call them, but only automated machine replies. I can not speak to customer service. After one hour they reply my WhatsApp message. Got a phone call from local depot with promise to ask the driver sending it again at the same day, but no delivery has been made. Very bad company. Too bad Vodafone and Sky were using them!!!

Absolute rubbish. I asked for a specific delivery time. I had someone waiting in all day. Then got a message to say driver could not deliver. Checked cctv recording of my house cameras and nobody actually came! Also, even if by some weird twist of fate a driver really did turn up, my app instructed to leave on safe place or neighbour. That didn’t happen either.

Worst delivery service I had to deal with. My package has been postponed for 5 consecutive days. The person at the customer service told me the package arrived at the depot yesterday; the app says the package has been sitting there for 3 days. The app says the delivery will be on Sunday, the customer service says it won't because for some reason they don't deliver here on Sundays. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost it. That happened twice this year already (both lost and completely damaged items in the package).

The worst company in the uk Don't recommend to any one they damage the parcels and i couldn't get refund of the most damaged parcels as it is impossible to talk to customer service. Very Very bad company

After paying extra for premium Saturday delivery, the Enfield depot controller messed up the label and did not give my parcel to the driver. I got a message instead to say my parcel will be delivered the following Monday, when I was going to be away from home. After many phone calls to customer services they put me through the Enfield depot and I spoke to the woman controller. She was going to try and rectify her mistake and call back. She never did and my parcel had not been delivered. When I called back there was no answer and customers services said she must have finished her shift and left. I tried to get a refund but the customer service advisor did not know how to do it and asked me to call back another time. They still have my parcel and my money. I would never get back my wasted Saturday and the time spend on the phone throughout the day to customers services department. No avenue to make a complaint through their website. The customer service advisor said he’ll make a note of the incompetency and lies of the Enfield depot controller and highlight to his supervisor but I have no trust that anything will be done about it or that I will ever receive a ‘sorry’ note. Never using them again!

never want to use DPD anymore. a driver called Dylan never can deliver at the first place, he always just came to the garden and took a pic and left. no matter how many messages were on the box and on the website to ask him contact me, he never had a look. and 50% they won't come on the rearrange date but they will only come back whenever they want. I called the customer service, a man who doesn't want to help at all, he even accused that my notes to the driver were rude 🙄 they want to be some God and let all the customer to obey them🙄

3 times was told my parcel would arrive, even promised me ,no phone call nothing, still haven't received my parcel, dpd are pure 💩💩💩💩💩💩still have no parcel drivers and thick,never use dpd as their customer base is in South Africa they don't care about you or your parcel, I've made 20 plus phone calls they are useless

Home all day waiting self isolating, driver Claims nobody home, NO text message 1 hr prior to Alledged Delivery. Then to call Customer Service they charge £3.50 per minute for their incompetence, very clever cost to avoid interaction with customers. AVOID any dealings with DPD read the reviews, useless fraudulent claims of delivery, driver did not follow DPD's rules, text 1 hour prior .....NO text......DO NOT TRUST DPD...... Customer Service charge £3.50/minute plus mobile charge... this shows their disregard for customers, lack of respect, value and total no interest in providing Customer Satisfaction......AVOID AVOID AVOID.

DPD is a disgrace!!! Driver failed to deliver. Instead sent a message saying ‘no one home’ and attached a picture of front door - never seen that front door - it was the wrong address. How can a courier company get the wrong address? Actually, silly me, this is DPD we are talking about - a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. A company that is a complete joke.

I have been waiting for a package to be collected from my property so that a return can be made , this pick up has been arranged by the company I am returning too . DPD have failed to pick up the item three times so far . On one occasion when DPD did turn up , the man refused to collect the package claiming it was too big . When I asked him if he had a trolley to help lift it he claimed he did not . He assured me he would collect the next day but he did not attend . I am appalled at the unreliability and complete failure of DPD to have carried out this simple task which is what they are supposed to be doing . If I could mark them as a ZERO , then I would . Appalling service , do not use this company .

Once again, a DPD driver refused to leave a parcel at my doorstep, even though I had left a note , saying that I was self isolating and asking him to leave the parcel at my doorstep, as per DPD's instructions. The driver insisted for me to open the door, even when I told him that he is not following his own company's rule. I then spent 1 hour online waiting and eventually chatting to their customer service team who were not able to explain why this keeps happening and they were also not able to send the parcel back to the sender. Next time I buy something online and see that DPD is going to deliver it, I will make sure to cancel the order before it is delivered. They have wasted my time too many times.

Drivers claimed on two occasions that I was not in when they called, once for a collection & a few days later for a delivery, not true. I was in both times & cctv proves that they did not come to my house & more importantly, I have a very loud working doorbell.
