“I must say that personally for me DPD are by far the best delivery company that I use for my business, I have never to date been let down and Simon in particular is always very helpful, courteous and always delivers within the time slot I am given. More often than not he has to leave deliveries in a safe place for me and does this without fail. I appreciate I always seem to have the same driver so this in itself is a huge benefit but great service for me from Simon at DPD.”

“Recently had two separate deliveries from DPD and couldn't be happier. I was notified a few hours before the delivery to let me know what time (within an hour's time span) the package would be delivered which then meant I was able to double-check that my neighbour would be in before changing the delivery address. I could keep track of where the delivery driver was and what number I was in the queue along with a more specific delivery time. Package arrived exactly on the time that I was advised it was - brilliant service.”

“I only gave DPD a very good score thanks to their Romanian driver Katalin who was of immense help. He agreed to take our parcels after the Barnstaple drop off point (PC World) refused due to the number of parcels (7). They said a DPD pick-up driver is not going to take this many as they won't have room in the van! We had paid the fee online and prepared the parcels according to their acceptable sizes and weight and also spoke to the DPD online chat service to make sure we were doing everything right and no one mentioned to us that there is limit on how many parcels can be dropped off, appalling service! We left the PC World in despair as we were leaving the country the next day and could not use the DPD service we had paid for. We then spotted a DPD van which stopped in the street and run to talk to the driver. He agreed to take our parcels then and there. I can't tell you enough what a relief it was! He was so helpful! Thank you Katalin, you were great!”

“Have a delivery once a month. Always get a text with time of arrival and they are always on time. Drivers are very courteous and their customer service skills are fantastic. Keep up the good work”

“The reviews on this site really surprise me. I have parcels delivered from dpd approx once/twice every 2 weeks for years now, always get a text with a one hour time slot for delivery, & always get my parcel exactly within the slot stated. Surely cannot be the random lucky one who always gets what they paid for??”

“I have received 3 separate deliveries by this Company, all on time and by very respectable drivers, the tracking system they use is excellent and allows the customer to follow their package up until delivery, this review is my opinion of this company and my own personal experience, well done to all concerned excellent service.”

“I'll start this by saying a never review services good or bad! However I have now had three items deliverer by DPD over the past couple of months and each time have found the service fantastic! Each time I have chosen a 1h slot which the delivery driver has always honored, one time I asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place and this happened in the given 1h delivery slot. My most recent delivery was even made on a Sunday which not many other delivery services provide. The app is also really good for tracking your delivery throughout the day. Maybe I just have a good driver in my local area but overall I have been very impressed with DPD thus far and have had poor experiences with both Royal Mail and Yodel. I haven't used their service to post anthing yet so could not comment on this!”

“Charged £18 to deliver my 2.3kg parcel to Italy - the Royal Mail wanted £40 for the same thing. I admit I read these reviews and hesitated but took a chance.... And you did EXACTLY what you said you'd do!! Parcel arrived bang on time and intact. Thanks, DPD”
