“I have been meaning to leave a review for a while after several deliveries from DPD. I find the service exceptional, the informative website is accurate and easy to use. I think all companies should consider choosing DPD, and has on occasions swayed me as to which company to buy a product from if DPD is the courier. Excellent customer experience.”

“Believe most people only rate a company when they have an issue, speak as I find however and DPD were tip top. Speedy delivery and kept updated with their tracking system. Very impressed with the service. Many thanks.”

“Top service, easy to alter delivery detail. Conformation of changes by txt message... Shame Royal Snail (Parcelforce) can't take a leaf out of The way DPD do things. Cracking service. Thank you 👍”

“Thank you so much Gareth and Andy, two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I had such a bad day yesterday and never thought I'd ever get this. You're brilliant. Please thank everyone for everything they've done.. honestly the best customer service I've ever known by a mile! I won't forget what you've done.. thank you! “The price was very reasonable was posting outside uk.Was given a time slot for pick up & came in that time .Pick up driver polite & helpful.Was given tracking & received up date emails .Parcel arrived within a week all intact ( fragile items ) Would definatly use again very pleased with service”

“I was shocked at the bad reviews as I have always found DPD to be the perfect delivery service. I always choose them, if possible, and wish all companies used them. I have always received notification of the hour slot they will be arriving and have never been let down. Their online tracking service is amazing too. I have just had a delivery and it arrived exactly as advised with minutes of the allotted time. Perhaps I am one of the lucky ones but all I can say is... a great driver and perfect service. Thank you DPD and S Brady driver,”

“I wish to compliment you and your driver on an excellent service the drivers name was Ivan Kraster Rout No 517, he was polite and the parcel arrived on time. Very few delivery companies arrive on time and they keep you waiting or Hanging around four hours, most satisfactory service Thank You. Mr Bashford. Tonbridge.”

“Over recent years I've received terrible service from Couriers, with the sender being their priority, and a 'don't care attitude' when chasing a parcel via telephone. DPD were as bad as the others. However, there seems to have been a marked improvement in recent months, especially since their Smartphone App was introduced. Yesterday I received a text with an ETA, and I couldn't be in within those times, so I used the "safe place" option in the App. It worked flawlessly. The text said mine was the driver's 95th drop. For a rural area, these guys must be busy.”

“Advance notice of 1 hour delivery slot which they adhered to. I asked them to be patient as I'm a bit slow getting to door - which the courier was. It is the best delivery service I have encountered for a very long time and the young man even offered to carry the parcel indoors for me. Impressive!”

“I am a regular recipient of parcels delivered by the same DPD driver. I always receive a text the night before delivery and then one on the day of delivery with an hour long delivery slot. The parcel has always been delivered in that time slot in a cheerful and polite manner.”

“I hav to say DPD is by far the best delivery company. Not only do they email to let you know day of delivery they also contact you on delivery day to give you an hour slot for your delivery WOW. IF THEY CAN GIVE YOU A TIME WHY CANT OTHER COMPANIES. No complaints from me.”
