DPD sent a mesaage that my IKEA parcel will be delivered today 12th August between 10.14-11.14am by Driver called Olando. I am sitting here in my living room waiting. Only for me to receive another message at 10.33am "sorry we missed you" that your driver Olando was here but no one was in. What a bit LIE from the pit of hell. Not a knock, a buzz at my door!!

Douglas Wesley the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to knock on the door Douglas is an idiot Douglas thought it ok to post through the window, Douglas is a pillock, douglas has no respect for people and their property, Then DPD cant be bothered to call to find out my complaint DPD so I guess DPD is as much an idiot as Douglas. turns out DPD dont have complaints department, turns out DPD doesn't actually care

the courier drove past my house and said that there was no one at home. Although we were at home and saw him as he drove on and did not stop . This is not the first time.

Avoid DPD they just dump your package wherever and then you have the task of speaking to the "s" customer service who just hand up when it gets to complicated. try employing somebody that can actually speak English DPD if your going to trade in English countries

Item was damaged and no compensation. The most difficult claiming system in the world and to investigate they need 7 days, its the waiting game and they hope the customer get fed up & give up on the claim. Always there is an excuse. Consignment number 6867669452

Horrible. 2 times saying delivery attempt unsuccessful even though someone was home all day both times. Horrible application. Package redirection not working at all. No confirmations or notifications. Very late and useless customer support. I never bought anything that was not via internet for more than 2 years and never had any issue. Would never ever chose DPD in my life. Legit scam!

This is the worse delivery company you can deal with. I order from a company and they sent the parcel with DPD. However, the driver missed my delivery, I reached out to the company asking why it has been missed and how can we solve it as I will not be in the city tomorrow. He kept saying sorry without providing any solutions and he said that he cannot communicate with the parcel shipping department. I believe this is the worse service and customer service ever. The agent was ignoring my questions. The agent confirmed that it is the driver's fault. I asked him since it is the driver's fault can you please get it delivered today he kept saying no and cannot do that as he does not work in that department. He could have called the department and got it sorted. I asked for the department number and he gave me the customer service number I am very very disappointed with the service. Before I order from any company in the future if they are delivering through PDP I will not order. I feel even 1 star is too much for the service that I have not received.

DPD sent me a nice message saying "sorry you weren't in" and a photo of the front door to my flats. It would have been even nice if they had actually rung the buzzer for my flat, as I had been waiting in for them.

Very terrible! Just terrible!!! Your parcel either gets damaged, delayed or returned for no justified reasons. Tried two times and this third time for the benefit of doubts but was still not surprised. Never again! Please do better DPD!!! I need to be refunded of the money I spent on this label since item was returned back!!!

Disgusting company. Money grabbing and zero help. Messed up a parcel being sent to my dying friend and never sorted it. I can never get that back and let my friend know someone cared. Ended up receiving the parcel back after 2 months when it was too late. Tried to claim the postage back and they just passed me from pillar to post claiming I’d sent it to the wrong department or other false claims over and over again to get away with it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Parcel left in pouring rain, damaged and then they don’t accept any formal complaints only I house. The removed their own photo that proved they left it in the rain to cover up what they did. From the looks of other complains they are going down hill so avoid if it’s anything of value

Expecting a delivery today. My son was waiting in the front room for longer than the one hour slot allocated. Just received a text 1min after the end of the 1 hour, saying no one was in. I have large bay windows you can clearly see when someone walks up the garden path. No one walked up the path, no one knocked on the door or rang the door bell. Not even a "we missed you" slip was left. Their service has gone completely down hill. If they're not careful they're going to tank their reputation even further.

DPD have really gone down hill lately. I don't know if they just anyone as a driver or change rules for drivers..But the last 3 or so deliveries has been awful! 1 incident. My roommate sitting in the front room, blinds half up as he knew I was waiting for a delivery. He saw the delivery guy walk up to our door, he looked like he was pretending to knock, turned around and about to leave. My roommate barley made it to the door to stop the delivery guy and take the package..meanwhile the delivery guy were giving him attitude. 2 incident. About the same thing happen to me. I'm upstairs in my room (that's at the front) with all windows open. I hear the doorbell I yell, letting the delivery guy know I'm on my way down. I was lucky catching the guy as he was about to turn around and leave. I know that they have to take a photo of some packages as proof that they had been delivered. They guy did not ask if I was okey with it and just took the picture and left. 3 incident, happen today. I had given them a safe as due to being pregnant and always tired I fall asleep easily. At the time I was in the kitchen having lunch. I suddenly get an email saying "Your package has been successfully delivered to your safe space". There was no knock or doorbell. No attempt what-so-ever The delivery guy had just dropped the package in the safe space and left. Bonus, few days ago on my way home, I saw one of the delivery guys driving around with their boot open. Really professional..

My parcel was not delivered and it was returned to me ( damaged) I didn't request to be returned. The buyer took a day off to wait for the delivery for nothing and I had to take an extra day off to wait for the parcel to be returned. I talked to DPD through dpd local online, I was promised that I will receive a phone call within 48 hours. One week later no call, I tried to get in touch with them again, but somehow I am locked out or something I can't get in touch with them by any means, phone or email. So please for the love of God avoid this company like the plague. You have been warned
