My parcel was not delivered and it was returned to me ( damaged) I didn't request to be returned. The buyer took a day off to wait for the delivery for nothing and I had to take an extra day off to wait for the parcel to be returned. I talked to DPD through dpd local online, I was promised that I will receive a phone call within 48 hours. One week later no call, I tried to get in touch with them again, but somehow I am locked out or something I can't get in touch with them by any means, phone or email. So please for the love of God avoid this company like the plague. You have been warned

DPD meant to deliver Friday in time slot.. message came in saying driver running late…no delivery…called customer services the following morning.. arranged delivery for Sunday given time slot .. again nothing arrived absolutely terrible service .. no notification from them … need the item for work tomorrow morning .. so I have a BIG problem

I don’t understand how this company is still working. They don’t do anything right. And then you call them,answer laughing and hang up . Amazing. The worst company ever!!

I can't believe what kind of company this is! They did the same mistake to my parcel for the second time. Everyone be aware about sending or receiving parcels with dpd from eu. There seems to be an issue as it's the second time that my sister send me a parcel from the Netherlands and same issue again. Uk system doesn't show full details! No full address, no name nothing! When i call to try to resolve i get usless females on the line and all keeps saing contact dpd in NL. My sister did but everything is fine from there side i have the lable and booking and it's all correct, it's the uk system again. They refused here to fix the issue and didn't even want to listen at all as they can't do the security check they say as my details are missing!!!!! How dare you how is it possible that you do after 1 year exactly the same you only can blame others ...have you really never released that there is an issue with your system with parcels from Netherlands ???? When my sister contacted dpd nl they said they keep hearing same problem about uk since brexit! Are you such an extremely poor and bad company that you never released and resolved this since brexit time????? Just UNBELIEVABLE!

Waiting in my timeslot nothing checked the status, the delivery attempt was made( it wasn't) card was left(it wasn't) Called the local depo and got called a lier and hung up on

Once again I had problems with DPD worst courier company I have ever had to deal with, they always try to deliver my coloplast medical parcels in the morning, even though they know noone is available until after 12pm, so I have been paying out the £4.99 to have them delivered when here, but everytime on the day I ask I get a message later on the day saying they are delayed and will be here the following day even having payed for the service, so what happns then is the next day they try to deliver once again in the morning, try to email a complaint each time it happens but never get anything back from them, would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Terrible. Delivered to wrong address. Asked what address they delivered it to they wouldn’t tell. Me. They tried to blame the sender. I eventually found the parcel by working out for myself. I went and picked it up.. When a company gets to big all they go by is protocol. Lost the customer service personal touch.

Paid for next day delivery, did not get the parcel. I then had to pay for their 'VIP' service to get my product the following day, I did not get my order that day or the next day. I will not use a company that uses DPD for delivery again.

If you expect something to be delivered on time use anything else. You stand better chances sending something via pigeon than these fools.

“Your driver Shawn won’t be back today” Absolutely shambolic as no delivery was attempted. I put off other commitments today as my parcel was due between 18:36 and 19:36 as not to have to rush back to receive it on time. Angry doesn’t cut it, biggest group of incompetent liars going. Driver didn’t even attempt to reach my block of flats ( which I have a direct view) of the outside, main block door and the only entrance and exit to and from my property. How is this company still in buisness? No way to contact customer service either. 24/7 chat greets you with “closed for the evening” Oh and let’s not forget the photo taken of goodness knows what as proof of delivery and the fact tracking said it was in Southall at 19.04 a whopping 36 miles from my address!!!

Yet another failed delivery from this shoddy company! No attempt to deliver yet claim they had? Be aware Amazon use these people that changes the "next day delivery" to "maybe delivery"! Joke

All the innovation, all the technology and employ people who can't use a technological innovation that's been around for years called a doorbell. A device that alerts the homeowner someone is at the front door. A picture taken is not proof of an attempted delivery if the driver fails to knock or ring a doorbell. Then they take your goods to a shop for pickup. If I wanted to go to a shop I wouldn't have ordered online. And apparently when you request it be redelivered to your address DPD state they aren't allowed to change the address!!!!!!

What a waste of time this company is, was sent a next day delivery from sky for a Thursday, driver said I wasn’t in a provided a photo ( shame it was my neighbours house and car ) the told it would be delivered on Friday however my parcel was 90 miles away in Nottingham??? Was told it would arrive on Saturday but didn’t receive it until Monday.

I placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery; however DPD seem to have lost my item as it never got delivered. The item I ordered was medication for my pet and I needed it urgently as my cat's health deteriorates massively without the medication. As the item never arrived, I had to order an emergency supply from my vets and paid more for it! Then I placed another order for DPD delivery. It was supposed to arrive the next day and I was given an hour slot between 14.04 and 15.04. I took an hour off from work to ensure I'm home when the order arrives; however it never arrived! I called DPD and by the time someone answered, he said he will put me on hold to check with the driver, but he ended the call instead! I called again and I was told the driver had to skip deliveries and now my parcel will be delivered between 6-7pm!!! I tried to reach DPD to resolve this for me and for a refund/compensation for all this mess. Their website showed various ways of contact; live chat, call or what's app chat. I tried to connect with them via the live chat and didn't get anywhere. I sent them a message on Whats'app, they never answered until today! I tired calling them and every time I call, I was told a manager will call me back in 2 hours. After many days of calling and keeping requesting to speak to a manager, the manager called me back after 10 days, when I was told the call will be within 2 hours of my request each time I called! The manager refused to give a refund or compensation for all that happened! This is extremely terrible and poor customer service. I will never use DPD again and I recommend that others don't use it so they don't get disappointed!

Driver Fanel (in Peterborough) does not deliver. He takes pictures of the front doors and marks them as "missed". Not even at the right address. Don't use drivers like Fanel. You'd better tell us where we can get our parcels. It was important to me to get my delivery TODAY. DPD DO NOT DELIVER Parcell - 1550 1542 122 440 D

3 failed collections and leadership team have no accountability, they seem to lack professional and integrity. Compensation for service not received is something that is not considered. Do not use let’s make them sit up and listen
