“the worst delivery service i have ever seen! I had a problem with the delivery right with the SOUTHALL office! the bellman in question took pictures where I live and wrote that I was not at home .... which is absolutely false! later not being able to trace the package, I contacted the company where some incompetent people made me visit various websites where I could solve the problem that they themselves had caused me. and I visited sites for 4 days but in the end no one helped me ..someone said that the package was lost, others that the delivery man would be back and much more! highly discouraged”

“"Failed Package Delivery Dear jackiebrowne, We regret to inform you that we were unable to deliver your package on the scheduled date. Our delivery personnel made multiple attempts but were unsuccessful. Best regards, The DPD Team" This company is dishonest. Myself and a friend were in all day and I have a ring doorbell and yet these liars say that they made multiple attempts to deliver the parcel. That is profoundly untrue. There is no image of a delivery driver on my ring doorbell recording. I tried phoning. Was told that I could speak to rep. Waited on the phone for about 20 mins. Naturally, nobody answered. This company should no longer be in business. Jackie Browne Romsey, Hampshire.”

“Stayed home all day to receive a delivery, got a call at my gate, opened the gate to let the driver in only to then see an email to say “sorry we missed you”… Customer service no help at all. Delivery drivers not wanting to deliver parcels and customer service wanting to do everything except help, great!”

“The company's service was extremely disappointing. Initially, I was informed that the parcel would be collected from my home, but the driver never showed up. To my dismay, the status was marked as collected, which was completely false. When I reached out to customer service, they assured me that a new driver would be assigned. However, this never happened, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. Despite their earlier promise, the company now informs me that the collection couldn't take place today and insists that I reschedule the order for another day. Moreover, they cannot guarantee that the collection will occur on the next attempt. It appears that it's quite common for customers to wait for days for their parcels to be collected, which is incredibly inconvenient and stressful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I strongly advise paying extra and using a different courier service that can provide reliable and efficient service.”

“I waited in all afternoon. The driver texted and said I wasn't in and would come back Monday. I ran outside - no sign of any delivery van. He lied. I paid for today delivery. DPD say they will deliver on Monday - when I won't be here.”

“In one month and a half I have experienced only bad things with this company. Literally looking at the drivers how they approach the door without knocking and ignoring a big A4 paper on the door that has my phone number as well. Had to spend £6 to call them and make a complain to have my order dropped at a local store and pick it up myself after paying for next day delivery. Just sent a parcel yesterday to a friend and the driver said he couldn't find his adress. He got an email saying his parcel was dropped to a local store, when my friend went there, no parcel was delivered. He later gets another email saying that as per requested, his parcel will be delivered the next day to his address. This company it's a total joke, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of time and money. When I've called and complained about the driver not even knocking at the door, I was told there is a picture with the front door and my reply was, does a picture proves he knocked? I was looking at him, he did not touched my door, he was there and he left.”

“Total liars as you know. Lost a days pay,.waited In all day,.said they attempted to deliver and they didn't. Called customer service who said the GPS didn't come nowhere near my Property atall, so why tell lies??? Please answer me that?. Ruined all my.plans and cost me money. Will never deal with this company again. Not the first time this have happened”

“waiting on a delivery never bothered to attempt to deliver just said no one there to sign for it...lies....i have to now go get the package i paid to get to delivered. 2nd time iv had something sent by dpd same thing again. il be checking which courier is being used next time i buy something if its dpd il be buying elsewhere. shambles of a company.”

“Rubbish delivery driver never rings the doorbell and I live 2 flights up if I manage to hear the van I run downstairs and he’s gone they do not wait 2 minutes don’t even deserve 1 star had a day off work for this delivery as it was important”

“Unreliable, useless, stupid... I miss words to qualify DPD. Impossible to get sound information about my parcel delivery (the guy on the phone will say something different from the website, calling the day after an another guy will say something else...). Run away if you can.”

“Said we had missed delivery , althogh someone in the house all day , also have cctv . not an attempt to deliver parcel. It was to be left for myself to pick up at local pick up point 40 miles away , i hope companies cancel all contracts with this company ,”

“I have received an alert stating that I had missed my delivery. This is blatant lies as I was in the house all day and there is no sign of the driver attempting the delivery on my security cameras. It astounds me that these lies are sent out when I had an earlier alert stating that the driver was running late. Please get your house in order as this has now ruined my weekend as I needed this parcel on the day stated. I have also reported this non delivery and lie to SKY tv who had sent the parcel.”

“They have stolen my parcel! I was waiting for my new phone and smart watch, worth over a thousand pounds and they stole it and kept saying every day it will be delivered next day and it never was! Terrible terrible company, worst I ever came across. Will be taking care of it legally no doubt!!!”

“They are liars who haven’t even attempted to deliver my sky parcel. 5 hours after delivery time it still hasn’t turned up with them claiming the driver was running behind. Spoke to someone via chat and she was just as much of a liar by promising to phone my driver and tell to get his skates on which she clearly never did.”

“Boycott this company. They hire self-employed, probably they pay them peanuts and you end up having people asking to help you deliver your boxes in case they are too big cause they don't even want to bother bringing your stuff to your door. This company is a joke...”

“Always been good in the past but seen a different side now things went wrong and just may as well talk to a wall than their customer service I sent a Parcel and paid them £15.45 for next day delivery, I then followed the instructions to take it to the nearest post office and got a receipt from them to confirm it then 4 days later the receiver is asking where it is and the tracking numbers are not working so I phone DPD and was told it wasn't sent as the address, town and postcode wasn't valid when it was all fine and told to take it up with the post office as all the tracking numbers are not valid I went to the post office and they said it was still there as DPD had refused to take it so no idea why when you was paid to take it but really poor service that it wouldn't of come back to me ever if I hadn't of gone looking for it myself and could of a lost a few hundred pounds just by following your drop off instruction Anyway I take the parcel back from the post office and take it to the receiver myself as it was a birthday gift and was meant to have been delivered so didn't want to let them down like DPD did to me and then phoned DPD but totally useless customers service, they said all the different sets of numbers that DPD had sent me when I paid them are not valid and without a valid number they cannot help I then say I just want a refund so they said it's got to be done on the live chat only so try that but needs a reference number to start it and shows mine are invalid so I phone them again and they give me the reference number on the phone to put in which I did and still invalid then they say they cannot assist further again? Now looking for a way to talk to someone there and get a refund for the service I payed for and they didn't provide Used DPD many times over the years and always been great but wouldn't again after this experience as I cannot even get an explanation from them about what went wrong”

“Unprofessional, unreliable, driver’s are big liars, never attempted delivery, but he marked it was delivered, or missed you, then I have to go and look where is it , why I have to pay for delivery then pay for taxi to collect from depo.”
