I was given a 1 hour window for the parcel to be delivered. As in many times before, i got a message, saying that i missed the delivery, which in as many times before, was a lie. No one was even attempting to deliver a parcel at the specific time. As usual, no card was left as they were nowhere near my place. To be honest i gave just about a 20% chance for the parcel to be delivered as promised by the DPD. From now on I will be avoiding buying goods from companies, who use the "dpd next day service " If they can't deliver the parcel, no need to lie to costumers and waist their time. I wouldn't say a word if they can notify in advance that they can't deliver today but will deliver tomorrow.

Absolutely shocking "service". Parcel reported as being delivered to a house that has been derelict for over 60yrs, not even on the same road. Bad enough to have to deal with customer service once (a pointless exercise) but the driver has just gone and done it again! Rang enquiring as to my orders whereabouts and told "Patrick" I was just home from hospital after a hip procedure and can't go on the treasure hunt I apparently signed for. His response was "you mustn't be too bad when you can ring me complaining"!!!! DPDs incompetence, ignorance and blatant stupidity is astounding. Will add photos of my new/old house! Advise anyone to find an alternative to DPD

Today was the 5th time this month a package has failed to be delivered to my house. Drivers claim that no one was home during the delivery slot, but this is a complete lie. It's the same pattern every time. I'm not sure what the issue is as all other companies deliver successfully on time. My guess is that either DPD drivers are cancelling slots on purpose due to unachievable delivery schedules or that they just can't be bothered. Customer service is equally dismal. I'm not sure whether the blame is on individuals who work for the company or the company itself and the conditions that are set for DPD workers. It seems that DPD as a company that set ridiculous delivery schedules promising the earth and under-delivering, forcing employees to have to resort to these tactics of cancelling delivery slots to keep up with the schedule and avoid penalties or repercussions from DPD. This is simply the worst delivery service and one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with.

Driver name “Damian” is extremely unprofessional, rude and unfit for the job. He was acting as a time ticking bomb. Worst ever experience I ever had with any delivery person. People like him sabotage the efforts put in by the company to build reputation. I will definitely not order anything from the company using DPD services.

I was initially given a date to receive my parcel on a day that I was working so I had no choice but to upgrade my delivery. On the day that I was to receive my package it was then redirected to a later date "due to an expected error" with no hope of getting it even when I offered to collect it at the depot

Came on the 1/10/26 but his scan machine did not work, said he would call the next day to collect my parcel for delivery But Did Not turn Up, TOTAL TOSSER. WILL USE HERMES IN THE FUTURE !!!

I order from a company who use DPD so I am stuck with fortnightly delivery from Scott, the driver with attitude who thinks it is ok to drive on my lawn. He first did so in July. I complained but received no contact or response. Again in August by which time I had dug and reserved,again September

If I could have put 0 star rating I would have... Very poor Courier Service.. Did not follow Instructions given re Delivery....Should have been made on the 29th September....Did not deliver/attempt to put a card through the letterbox... (did not enter the open main door and go up to the Flat)...Same Scenario on 30th September....No Deivery/No Card... Today 1st October...I received another"None Delivery"message....but The Recipient had been watching from the window and saw the van arrive...He went out onto the staircase...saw The Courier again made no attempt to enter The Building...as per Instructions again given... He stopped the van as it pulled away and was given The Parcel....(72yr old who should've been Shielding,not chasing after a Van...) In This Instance...A Very Poor Service....No Effort made at all...It was a Birthday Gift...Meant for the 29th September....He was in all the time!!!

Unreliable company. They sent me a message 10 minutes ago where they said they tried to deliver my parcel but no-one ringed nor knocked the door. I tried to call the company when I received the message but there is no way to talk to anyone. I would not use them to send my own parcels and I wrote to the company that works with them to say what happenedand recommend them not use them in the future. I hope they seriously speak with the driver as they made me waste my whole morning. Well done DPD

Will not use this company again. They claim to have tried to deliver a number of times,(more than 6), taking pictures as proof of delivery that are of other locations, I've made it clear to leave in a safe place which they haven't and ring me for directions which they don't but claim they don't have my contact details. What a load of rubbish!! Down loaded the App and that's not much help either!! The product that I was waiting for was required for me to run my business and consequently have let clients down because of none timely delivery. Poor, poor, poor.

Dpd have given me a terrible experience. They have automatically sent my parcel to a local self storage to be picked up tomorrow when my address was clearly stated as the delivery address. I have had surgery and cannot drive to the self storage or walk the 30 minutes it takes to get there. Upon messaging the customer service they have told me there is nothing they can do about it and they are sorry however they still will not deliver the package (as originally requested) to my house. They said I set my preferred place of pick up as the self storage however this has never happened and they have chosen to do it for their own convenience rather than deliver to my address. The items are perishable so I am extremely upset.

Worst service, better to avoid these fellows. If possible avoid sellers who shipping through dpd, they will never ever deliver the shipment on time. I had 3 times the same experience.

I ordered my macbook pro. Was very eager and desperate to receive my parcel. I receieved messages from this company that parcel will be delivered from 3.10 to 4.10 pm. and sudeenly i got a msg i missed delivery. they have drivers who dont attempt to ring bell and to call you. VERY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE. highly dissatisfied with there delivery attemt. my parcel number is 1741548571

My mum sent me a parcel from Spain with a Samsung TV, dried meats, olive oil, towels, bedding... It never made it to its destination and DPD simply ignores me and does nothing about it. The company is Spain is Seur and then Seur has a partnership with DPD in the UK since Seur doesn't operate in the UK. I have talked to the Customer Service team a million times, with assistants, managers and senior managers. I even emailed the CEO directly and his team replied to me but did the same as the Customer Service people. NOTHING. They keep asking me to contact Seur because that is the "internal process"; even though, Seur did its job well since the parcel made it all the way through Spain to the UK, where DPD should have taken care of. Surely DPD has to get in touch with Seur and sort this out for the customer. But no, they clearly don't care. I had a conversation with the Operations Manager who promised to call me after 2 hours. She never did of course. I called her instead and she never took the call. So apart from being bad professionals, they lie to you shamelessly. My parcel is still lost and nobody has given the money back to my mum for the lost items. There are two clear options here: The people in the hub damaged the box and hid it to avoid issues OR Somebody has stolen the box

The worst company ever. I was about to send my luggage from the Netherlands to Hungary which never arrived, but the customer service was lying about it first being on the way then searhing for it. After thousands of calls and emails they claimed it as lost and they asked me to send the invoices of the lost items. After sending the invoices they did not reply again for months, only when I started to involve customer protection authorities. After this they gave me only €200 which was not even the half of what I lost... NEVER use DPD

Horrible costumer service, the guy never showed up with the parcel. I left an instruction of leaving the parcel to a local shop next to me where they accept parcel and he didn't even try. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Also, I was home and he didn't even try to deliver it, cause I haven't seen or heard anything. The driver was probably eager to go home early and didn't bother to deliver my parcel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT RECOMMEND
