Dreadful service . Dishonest tracking, drivers say you weren’t in when you clearly are at home to receive deliveries. No cards left … one of the worst courier services in the UK .

I was riding a horse through country lanes and signalled to a DPD driver to slow down. He ignored me. I repeated the request verbally as he drove past and he stuck his middle finger up at me. The highway code says to pass at 10mph and to comply with rider signals. He passed in a dangerous manner and was then abusive to me.

If its hard to deliver they won't bother. If its late in the day they won't bother. Tonight my driver took a photo of black to show I apparently wasn't home and sent the parcel to pick up location after I paid express shipping. They didn't even take it to my local pick up point that is 3 minutes from my house. Instead I must drive 15 minutes. Customer Service centre is even worse and completely unhelpful and not an ounce of empathy.

The worst courier company I've ever experienced, if you are using for business I strongly recommend to avoid like a disease as they WILL effect your customer experience. There is no support and the biggest problem is their drivers, a complete lack of care. I understand we all make mistakes and companies do too, that's fine, that's why we have support. When something does go wrong you are completely left alone in most cases absorbing the loss of package to re send. I've gone back to Royal Mail UK and FedEx for international. As you can probably tell, extremely unhappy. I will never touch DPD again.

I wish there was an option to give no stars. For the second time the Milton Keynes driver said nobody was in, not true. Took a photo of a house that is 150 metres away. I tried to call customer service and they are as useless as the drivers. The house has its own postcode.

Came out of my garage recently to get my parcel from DPD as I'd done many times before to be met by a driver with a bad attitude demanding I go back, thru the garden, thru the house to appear back at my front door. I declined given I'd NEVER had to do that before. So he drove off & now I find every parcel that gets to the local depot is sent back to the retailer. DPD customer service say this is due to the address being wrong, the addresses are fine. Particularly irritating is the fact I've just watched a driver leave a parcel at a neighbour's front door. We also got a parcel delivered to one of my relatives at a different address, once again dumped at the front door without even ringing the bell. What a petty bunch of individuals! Pity that zero isn't an option.

DPD have dopey drivers. One in particular called Amandeep, he took picture of some random street saying he left calling card because I was not home. He went to wrong address, picture was of street I live in an apartment block of five floors. This driver has been to my door before and delivered but on this occasion he didn't bother instead just took pic of sum street and said he missed me. DPD are rubbish but cheap that's why companies use them, they are cheaper than the rest because they are rubbish. I hope they go bankrupt before the end of this year.

2 deliveries a week apart and both times driver stated ‘sorry I missed you’. Delivery was not attempted on either occasion. Then had to collect from local drop off location. The 2nd time the drop off was not even my local one and had to travel several miles to collect. Absolutely disgusted with dpd - some of their drivers are lazy and just don’t deliver. I have read the other reviews and my opinion is that dpd is now the worst delivery service

Every time we have a parcel delivered by DPD, the driver never knocks on our door, and marks us as 'not in' despite us being at home. This is incredibly frustrating as many times I have worked from home specifically to wait for a delivery. This is an ongoing problem, and DPD offers very little opportunity to complain about service.

Utter pathetic! We have clear delivery instructions for occasions no one is home. We live on a busy Main Street. Last 3 deliveries, parcel dumped on a neighbours front door, dumped on our front door step and today driver didn’t even get out van, I received email of a blurry pic as he was driving past. Our neighbour actually seen van coming along the road, slow down and keep on driving so that makes sense with blurry picture. All 3 occasions we’ve been home and the delivery instructions haven’t been followed. Total waste of time trying to get in contact with DPD, half an hour to get on live chat just to be told sorry and if there’s anything I wanted to add to delivery instructions so this didn’t happen again? Aye and what use will that do if the driver doesn’t get out van!! HOPELESS I hope DPD will be taking action against these clowns you have working for them these days.

Lazy driver, did not ring the bell, took picture from vehicle away from property. Seems he does not like walking up the stairs. Next day to "attempt" redelivery but did the same thing. I think if parcels cannot be left in a safe place, they will just make it appear that the customer wasn't home then will let you pick up your parcel from a pickup point. They have developed this bad habit. Rang customer support but they can't ask driver to come back. Then you can't chat properly as it is automated, unable to converse with you.

They don’t deliver packages to the addresses. Lazy drivers claim you’re not home and make you go to a pick up location. I wish business would stop using them for delivery.

We are a business and about 10 of our suppliers used DPD to deliver stock to us daily. I have noticed that our suppliers slowly changed from DPD to FedEx and others and owe begun y to o ask why.?? My sorry I now have only 1 supplier left that used DPD for our deliveries and were desperate to get an order in on Friday so we have submitted an order as normal to make sure we will get parcel in time as it was very important . Friday morning before 9:00 our business open time DPD (regular driver over 6months delivering to us) sent a picture to local depot (distrus ws have missed you) we will be back Monday . I have called DPD and talked to the office diverted to (India and South Africa)however they could not help. So I have contacted my supplier and try said they always have issues with DPD on Friday so they will rearrange it to Saturday since I need it for a customers on Saturday. I thought great……. I had another confirmation from DPD my parcel will be delivered on Monday so I’m now in processing of getting rid of DPD delivery’s at my business moving forward. They don’t have a local office where I can contact and arrange my own collection when I need it desperately. Now how we do business letting customers Down and I can understand why only 1 suppliers left using DPD. Kind Regards

Dpd local driver in Newbridge is a nasty piece of work. After constant complaints to dpd HQ he still persists in blocking my access to my property when doing collections. When I confronted him he has become abusive telling me that he works for himself and not dpd. Dpd have had several complaints about fhis driver and nothing gets done about it. Next time I'll play him at his own game
