The worst delivery service available. A shame for the name. This is how they drivers show that "they've missed you" when all the family was at home and he didn't even rang the door bell. Disgusting

The rating should be in the minus not plus for this company! Here I am waiting for my Smart TV to arrive and get a text to say address query problem with the courier! Will probably never see my parcel this side of the new year if ever from DPD! Got the first parcel from them on time in the Summer okay when I had a parcel delivered first but,the second time was a nightmare! Near on four times they said the driver had turned up and I wasn't there and I was outside on the driveway the whole time they said he had passed by in the van!?!? They are beyond a joke of a company! When the driver did eventually near on two weeks after I ordered my parcel online later show up with my parcel he remained in the van didn't even get out! And to say he had manners would be a understatement! I never want to have a parcel delivered by them EVER again! Never again after my experience with them,and if your reading this take my advice... Avoid big time!

My Samsung phone is still no where to be found after their driver reported delivered to a neighbour. He put a photo of 2 legs of man standing against white door frame on what looks like a terraced house. He put a first name Mark, no face , no address for me to go and get my parcel. None of my neighbours have a white door frame, non ars called Mark, our houses are detached. 5 days gone and DPD Cant even get their driver to go and retrieve my phone. Driver knew my parcel was a phone. Totally unacceptable and left without my phone up to now. Beware of DPD.

Delivery schedule between 16.15 to 17.15. Sat in my dining room at the front of the house , curtains open, lights on, nobody came to deliver. email says driver missed you. total lie.

About 4 months ago a driver out of the Liverpool Stonebridge depot, called Stephen, delivered a 4 kilo parcel to a wrong address, took a signature from them, and photographed the delivery. Wrong people, wrong address, wrong signature, unknown photo. I caught the mistake, midday, rang within 30 minutes, and was told not to worry, they’d send him back to get it. £27.79 lost. The seller was a TikTok private seller. I was furious, so lodged a complaint. That was the start. To date, nineteen deliveries by DPD driver Stephen have been ‘lost’ , ‘ refused’ , ‘ undeliverable’ or ‘ no one home’ …. That’s a joke, I’m housebound disabled…where was I at the time? Paragliding? Mountaineering? Latest batch was 5 items from George Asda. 4 items were Black Friday deals. They’ve been returned to Asda, and if I want them again? They’ll cost me 40% more. I looked for an ombudsman to intervene. There isn’t one. This terrible company are employing thieves, malcontents, lazy dilatory scumbags , and we have only ONE recourse….. to sue them in the small claims court. But we can’t even do that. You can’t sue for terrible service, it has to be for financial loss. For now, where possible, check if the seller you buy from uses DPD. I now email every company I’m thinking of buying from before I order. No more Amazon I’m afraid. Terrible, terrible company.

My parcel should have been delivered to my home address but your company took it upon yourselves to have it delivered to the Post Office in the next village. The item in question was bulky and due to my having mobility issues the whole idea was for it to be delivered to my home. This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried using your app to chat to a customer service personnel but when it came to my turn to chat the app wouldn't allow me to. Kept saying DPD was not responding. An absolute shambles. Before I order anything from a company on line I shall check if its with your selves. If it is I will not order the goods.

Their deliverymen consistently dumps the packages in public areas without ringing doorbells. 2 of my 3 orders I found at the entrance of apartment block by sheer luck, but the 1st one is definitely stolen. I have been in contact with them for over 10 days now. They sent me a "your parcel was delivered!" email even though there was neither a note nor a parcel delivered to me (I was at home the whole day). There was even a fake delivery note with my name written incorrectly and fake signature, a few days later the fake delivery note disappeared from system.. A few days later they claimed the parcel was delivered to a neighbour and gave an address on another street. I went to the address and unsurpsiringly the resident had not received anything in my name. Finally they just sent me an email advising me to tell the seller to open an investigation... The seller is ColumbiaSportswear, which will probably take another few weeks to process. It was a Black Friday item for winter and even if i get a refund (probably in about 2 months) i will have lost a lot of money. From now on i will NOT shop online from companies using DPD, so columbia sportswear is off the list too.

Paid for next day nothing shows up customer service haven't got a clue I spent a lot on amazon never again the same trouble with them on ebay still waiting for a lot of my money back the time I've wasted using amazon and ebay is not worth it.

I have had to report DPD to the police I have had to report DPD to the police. It is a potential LGBTQ issue of discrimination against me by drivers. Two of their drivers, Daniel and Leigh operating from the Roche Depot in Cornwall are deliberately not delivering to my address. They are lying to me, the seller and their employer saying they did and providing photographs that are not of my house. They are not delivering to the pick up point either, deliberately with-holding my delivery. The pick up point is an off license with a very rude and nasty proprieter that is two miles away and that I don't use. They have messed up many transactions for me and sellers, in the thousands of £ now. I have no option but to report them to the police for this. That has now beeen done today.

I expected a delivery today, was home waiting for the driver when out of the blue I got a "Sorry we missed you" text. The guy didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel. From now on I will always check when I buy stuff and if they use DPD I won't shop there for sure.

I reluctantly have to give one star as 0 stars is not an option. My delivery was due and I was tracking it on the website. It was showing as being with me in the next half hour. And then the status suddenly changed to 'Item refused'? Really? The delivery was not attempted so how can it have been refused? The driver is not telling the truth. Very disappointing that the company employs dishonest staff. I tehn called the support line who advised that they have asked the local depot to redeliver the following morning as priority. Nothing arrives and when I check with the support line no delivery has been arranged. Incompetence and dishonesty. I will always check when I buy good from now on, and if they use DPD I will shop elsewhere.

Driver said he got no answer I didn’t even hear the door I don’t think he called then he delivered my package to a post office in the next town and I don’t drive so I have now got to get a taxi there and back to pick it up after paying £5 for delivery horrible company to deal with

anonymous buyer did not get his nike goodies. i am extremely disheartened by this atrocious behaviour from this company. i will definitely NOT be recommending this company to other people. it's 2023 for god's sake and you still can't do your job properly.

md73605058, order from Michael kors 0522 8739 723 413 my delivery number from Dpd too time off to be home no one turn up, the I get a message to say no one was in, it's not the first or second time, the company need to hold these drivers to account. No driver turned up, and on the app it's the AI no one to speak to.

Utterly useless courier company! How they’re still in business must be the 8th wonder of the world. They’re yet to deliver my parcel (on the 6th day), even though I paid for a next day delivery service. To make matters worse, I was the one who contacted DPD first, as I didn’t receive confirmation that my parcel was delivered or the whereabout on the 2nd day. When I finally managed to get hold of someone over the phone, I was advised they’re unable to find my parcel, and the only way I could reach the team that can help me was through their chat platform. (You can’t speak to a human, even after your urgent/important parcel has been declared my lost). They advised they would raise a case and solve within 24-48 hours, then they changed their minds to resolving within 7 days! This morning I received an email stating they would hope to resolve my case within 14days. I am shocked at the inconsistencies I have encountered with what is meant to be a logistics company! It is evident they have not put clear processes behind their day to day handlings and or integrated root cause analysis tools to reduce errors! I have never encountered such poor customer service and they have left a very bitter taste in my mouth! Good luck to you if hand your important parcel to these bunch of jokers!
