Sat and waited at home for my package when they gave me a one hour delivery window. Then 5 minutes past the time they promised, I got a text saying 'sorry we missed you, we will leave your parcel at your local pick up point" Which was a lie, because I was home and my buzzer was working perfectly fine (called their support centre, and buzz it to show her it was certainly working, because she was also useless trying to make excuse for them). The driver's name is Abdelhamid, probably couldn't be bothered and picked a random house that they can skip thinking we might not be home... I see a few reviews in the same nature, maybe it's something the drivers are doing. God knows.. If I see what company are using DPD, I won't bother doing business with them anymore... pisses me off.. if they don't want to be there or do their job, go and do something else, stop wasting other people's time.

Terrible service, waited for my parcel on Saturday, got the txt that I wasn't home ,when I was at home. Waited for the parcel Sunday, same thing got the txt that I wasn't home, when I was. I have door bell, moving sensors veb cam, guess what no one showed up both days. Dpd send a picture of the house to prove that they where there, not my house. Useless service, swindon dpd employ better people. Over the weekend to reach customer service 0 chance .

Delivered to wrong address with a picture of a white door rang to find out where it is told me to go and ask neighbours no card nothing. We all have white doors in the 100000 of houses.

Ordered a Christmas present from Nike for my son. Ordered Monday 20th November 2023, delivered Wednesday 22nd November 2023… Great! Or so I thought… The delivery driver (Ruben Pereira) delivered my parcel which was signed for by a Mr Kaleija, to a random address somewhere in Leicester. No location given. No map. My actual address is roughly 40 miles from Leicester near Derby. Phoned DPD 1 hour after the delivery, first call 30 mins, operator hung up whilst I was on hold. Didn’t call back. Second operator told me they’d contact me by the end of the day once they’d spoken to the driver. It’s now Saturday & I’ve not heard anything from DPD. They did however remove the photo of Mr Kaleija signing for my parcel in his dressing gown at lunchtime with a stack of other parcels, which I doubt were for him. Shambles of a company. Scammer drivers. Customer service -5 stars. So DPD I ask you again…. WHERE’S MY PARCEL?

Had an email tosay parcel being delivered 24/11/2023 between. 1027 and 1137 am to commercial premises and then get e mail to say no one there so will redeliver between 1319 and 1419 and nobody from dpd delivered then get e mail saying they redeliver monday 27th so would not recommend using dpd couriers at as they not reliable and tell customers a pack of lies and dont answer phone and just as bad as hermes

Absolutely awful. No one to speak to or contact. I gave them an alternative address as I wasn't in the first time and wouldn't be in the next day due to work commitments. I received a text message to confirm new address details and new delivery time, then I got a message no one home? My mum had been waiting in all day and when I spoke to JD customer service, DPD told them they'd tried to delivery at the alternative address, yet a picture was sent of my house when the driver had said no one was home,which was suppose to be at my mums address? So the driver had gone to the wrong address! I then received a message saying re delivery on Saturday 25th, two minutes later they changed it to return to sender. So now I haven't got the items for my sons birthday and there is absolutely no one to speak to on the number provided.

I was expecting a package today. I received a message at 11:33 that my parcel will be delivered between 11 and 12. 2 minutes later at 11:35, I received a message that a delivery attempt was made and missed me. This is a complete lie. None tried to deliver my package. On top of that there is no way to contact DPD. If you call the number it is basically an automated message.

Firstly, I am forced to award 1 star to start a review. Overall rating is therefore 0.2 not 1.2. Does that satisfy you DPD? No idea of the quality of Supplier's products, and I do sympathise as the reason is down to their poor choice of DPD as their delivery agent. Our order for a quite expensive pair of shoes was placed 19th November and I set my delivery option “leave in selected safe place” same day. The only delivery option was “express 1 to 2 day” for £9. DPD advised delivery 20th and delivery advised that day. It never arrived (how can this be when safe place specified?). Delivery advised 21st, this time with a time window. Text received “Sorry we missed you, won’t be back today”. My safe place was still here. Delivery advised 22nd with delivery window, we waited and watched. Ten minutes into window, text arrived “Sorry we missed you”. No DPD vehicle had passed the house, and the safe place was still where it had always been. 23rd, 4th attempt, delivery advised, and time window given, this time with a tracking map. Delivery text was received mid-window, “Sorry we missed you” which was sent whilst the delivery vehicle was 3 miles and 11 drops away. The safe place remains where it was, undisturbed. I have cancelled the order for a product we are never likely to see. Whilst I have had emails from “Dear Frances”, DPD have made no effort to contact me. Dear Frances, beware with whom you associate, they may ruin your business! At time of writing, I am awaiting refund for the undelivered goods and service not provided

Disgusting service. Paid for GUARANTEED next day delivery, hour slot of 9:42am till 10:42, driver is Zoltan. Firstly the driver didn’t even come to my door then I get a notification saying “sorry we missed you” but absolutely NO delivery attempt was made. DISGUSTING service. Don’t bother using them or paying for next day. Pathetic company .

It’s now the fourth day they have arranged to pick up my parcel, apparently my driver ( Harris ) said he’s turned up on all four occasions but I have failed to get the parcel ready for collection, whatever that means, I suspect Harris is not one of life’s grafters and decided a nice lie in followed by lying about his attempted pick up was a better bet than working, I will never use this disorganised company again, truly useless 😩

I work from home, waiting for a delivery today 23rd Nov 2023 driver turned up took a photo from inside of the van then drove off, I then recieved a message stating the driver ran into difficulties while attempting delivery! oh really what difficulty was that? Laziness is the difficulty. Why are DPD such a bad company everything I get something delivered by them via amazon it never arrives! inept.. I work from home, I have an intercom with a video and automatic entry system the guy never even got out the van. Astonished but not in a good way.

Tracking number ending 6391 I was informed my delivery would arrive Friday I received notification no access . I live in a sheltered housing complex which has secured entry system and the buzzer certainly didn't ring I was told delivery would be Monday and to check on the app .Monday came and went no delivery phoned again asked the lady to leave a comment I was disgusted with the service this morning Wednesday I received notification it would be delivered by 8.50pm as a disabled person I think it's a disgrace expecting anyone to wait up till 9pm for a parcel we are now 8.20 pm my pain is terrible I will never buy from a company that uses them SHOCKING COMPANY

Yet another delivery to a random address that is not mine and keep quoting GDPR as their reason to not be able to help. I'll do my best to make sure I don't order from a company that uses them.

Such a horrible company . I was waiting for a north face parcel through did. As I always had bad experiences from dpd I was waiting for the parcel exactly on the time slot given. Just at the start of time slot I got a text saying I wasn't at the property which is a clear lie. There was nobody even tried to deliver I got cctv showing the same. When contacted dpd to report as always they will investigate it but I won't be able to know the outcome as this is an internal investigation

I'm adding DPD to my list of incompetent organisations. My wife ordered a wash basin and cabinet from Amazon which was to be delivered by DPD on Tuesday the 24th of October, items we needed as we were in the process of 'modernising' our bathroom. The DPD driver Darrell came to our house during the afternoon of said Tuesday, knocked on our front door but couldn't get an answer. If Darrell had rang our doorbell my wife would have heard, she was at that point in our bathroom upstairs paintng so didn't hear him knock on ther door. We have a very loud doorbell that we can clearly hear from the upstairs of our house. I know that he didn't ring our doorbell because I checked my CCTV which clearly shows the bell push and for some reason Darrell the DPD driver didn't go near it. Darrell, the DPD driver left a calling card, I checked the DPD website and the parcel's were going to be delivered the following day, Wednesday the 25th of October. Wednesday came and by the afternoon no parcel's had arrived so I checked DPD's website again which said that Darrell, the DPD driver couldn't find our house despite the fact that the previous day Darrell did find our house because he put a calling card through our letter box! I'm now wondering if Darrell the DPD driver can even find his way home at night? Anyhow I rang DPD and spoke with someone named Suyod who promised to contact my local DPD depot and have Darrell redirected back to my house to deliver our parcel's on that same day. Well that didn't happen so I suspect Suyod lied to me. I aslo went on DPD's online chat thing and spoke to someone called Mohd Iliyas who only apologised and couldn't help in any other way saying that she wasn't able to contact my local DPD depot so DPD's online chat is a waste of time also. My conclusion is that DPD are yet another incompetent organisation run by incompetent people!

Spoke to advisor on chat who closed the chat as I didn't respond quickly enough - fastest finger first! Parcel appears to have been misrouted twice and as it's a replacement mobile phone, I've stayed in for 2 days as it's urgent. Frustrating!

They said our driver missed you, but they never attempted the delivery because I was at home waiting for the parcel. They do that ALL THE TIME — the worst company in the world.
