Driver didn't turn up. I watched him pass my street on their tracking app twice. Then the driver disappears off the map and it's now been 10 hours of "Asen is currently making delivery 84 you are 85." Is he delivering it to Scotland? Can't get in touch with anyone as their customer service is shut and chat app doesn't recognise their own order number. Looking around they have lots of complaints when anything expensive is supposed to be delivered. Dodgy drivers stealing. I would give a minus score if I could.

I had a delivery of an expensive phone and as I work in a different city, I arranged to be home for when it scheduled the delivery. They gave me a window on thursday of when it would be delivered, then without notification until 6 hours or so after the window of delivery said it would be delivered tomorrow. They then didn't deliver it tomorrow. I then paid extra for it to be delivered on saturday instead and it said it would be delivered on saturday. It then wasn't delivered. So not only was I lied to they stole my money in addition. Wish I could give less than one star.

If I could would give zero-. Tracked and DPD driver was in the area and would deliver in the next hour. Next time we get a message that sorry we missed you and couldn't deliver even though were at home. Next we get a message that we have to go and collect from a pick up shop some miles away... In conversation later DPD said they cannot arrange a re-delivery, we have to go and collect

Unacceptable service and customer support. My parcel was never delivered. I was given an extremely specific slot between 10:18-11:18 and never got anything.The app states my parcel has been delivered and received by SATURN ISSUE. I call dpd three times to understand what the above means and get three different responses:1.you need to raise an investigation issue with the sender, 2.your parcel will be delivered today, just wait 3. your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Honestly this is ridiculous. You give me all this useless information about my driver and his hobbies and you can’t even CALL HIM to understand where the parcel is? And give your customer three different responses? And your slot is specific to the minute 10:18-11:18? Honestly? That’s just ridiculous. You expect your customer to do your job on your behalf, why don’t you contact your driver first and then ask me to contact the sender, just unacceptable service. Will avoid everyone working with DPD.

Drivers can't follow instructions as to where the should leave a parcel all they do is knock and run before you can even move

Yet again DPD have failed to deliver a next day parcel. Its been to Tyneside, hub 5, Dudley Port, Hub 4, currently in Swansea. They promise to deliver tomorrow, but I doubt I will receive it, as I am waiting to hear that its gone to Scotland via hub 99 or maybe its due a trip around Europe first. Who knows with this company.

DPD were meant to collect the parcel yesterday but due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ didn’t collect the parcel and re-scheduled for today. Guess what, no one showed up again today. Not happy 😡

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Contacted them and I was promised the driver would return to the address, retrieve the parcel and deliver it to me. 5 phone calls later, still waiting. I called earlier and someone advised me to call the original sender to ask for a full refund of my parcel even though it was their drivers fault. Honestly, they are completely useless. Don’t use them. They promise they’ll sort things out and ring you back and they never do.

Dreadful customer service. Whilst away a calling card left. On return entered the details on web site to be told it was invalid. Phoned their head office in Birmingham to be told the item was signed for whilst we were away by someone with the same surname as ours with the brown door ajar. We have a white front door and so do all the other residents in our cul de sac. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of someone to call back, no one has bothered. Asked for a photo of the delivery point and told they do not send photos despite I am told that they should. Never use again.

Happily take the £4.99 to arrange a Sunday delivery to be told on the Monday they don't do Sunday delivery in our area. Have to ring customer services which is an obsurd amount of money to try and get the money back. Mean while they keep trying to deliver parcel when we are at work and the circle just keeps on going round and round

Waited in all day and got an email to say parcel delivered with a picture of delivery certainly not my blue front door but the description said put through the letter box. Checked everywhere nothing so rang DPD and complained they kept me holding on for nearly half an hour and then told me to complain to Amazon. Absolutely disguested will now not purchase anything from Amazon that is delivered by DPD.

Lived here almost a year. Had one parcel claimed to have delivered..dpd image showed it was left outside next doors garage. 1 deliveries left outsidein full sight by side gate & today's thrown over gate ( hence I didn't hear gate go) ... really not making much effort to deliver. I wonder what driver made of instructions ' please leave in front porch' as he hasn't even got as far as the front door!

5th time in a row that a parcel has not been delivered. Entire days wasted waiting for a driver just to suddenly receive a message saying: "sorry" we missed you. No attempt to contact whatsoever. Yesterday, two items bough from Amazon for next day delivery. Approximately same delivery times. Item one, delivered by Amazon: arrived. Item two delivered by dpd: Sorry the driver missed you. Unacceptable, really poor service, poor drivers and a bunch of lairs.

I was out but instead of :- -leaving in safe place ( as all other delivery drivers do ) or -letting me pick up at a depot - phoning me two parcels - are now simply in transit back to the (French) manufacture!! That is no use to me whatsoever - especially as I need the goods before Friday 25th Very unimpressed by the lack of communication Helen

If I could give -1 star,I would have done this for this company with bunch of liars. I was waiting for the parcel from past many days, everytime they updated the status 'Missed You'. The height of lie is that, we were waiting sitting at the windows but the driver never turned up and said ' no one is at home' what a bunch of liars. The pathetic company I have ever come across. Avoid this company, If they is the only company in the world also I would never use this. Pathetic servcie

Was home during the delivery day. They said they missed me. They said next day it will be delivered at pick up location. Ended up being delayed. By the end if the day it got confirmed as delivered to me but I wasn't even home at delivery time. Parcel no where to be found. And as usual, customer service is closed .

Parcel was meant to be delivered Wed, out for Delivery then heard nothing all day. So rang them, the pick up shop was closed, so they tried again Thursday. No communication I rang, and the same excuse was given.. Surprise surprise, the exact same thing happened Friday. So I went to the pickup shop this morning and they told me they let DPD know their scanner wasn't working so they are rejecting parcels.. I rang DPD this morning, they said "we will call you back with an update at 11am to arrange collection between 1pm and 2pm" So I went for a run, came back no messages or missed calls, 11:20 they rang to say they tried my house to deliver but I was out.. Still waiting on a further update.. Avoid DPD like the plague.

They sent a photo of the parcel inside the van rather than in front of my building. I missed them the next day because I wasn't even told the delivery time until that same morning. Instead of being sent to the depot like I was told it would be, it was returned to the sender. I tried to contact customer services through the web chat, and they gave me about ten seconds to try to tell them what had happened before they decided I wasn't responding and ended the chat. I tried to call their number, but the answering machine told me I could no longer contact them about this parcel. I currently have no idea what to do, they don't even have a complaints department. Probably because it would be overwhelmed with calls if this is how they treat their customers. They have caused me a lot of stress and I won't be able to go out anywhere safely until this is resolved since my parcel was a new walking stick to replace my old one, which is broken and unsafe to use. Avoid them like the plague, they will absolutely refuse to help you if something goes wrong.

We have a business account with DPD and the service is terrible. They are supposed to pick up every day, but they consistently cancel our collections at the last minute. How are we supposed to run a business like this? They have different drivers all the time that say "nothing to collect" or that they "can't find us" (we are on a main road, it honestly isn't difficult). When you phone up about failed collections the help desk are rude and unhelpful. The one today said she can't help us as she has already been on the phone with us for 8 minutes....what!? When it was DPD local it was so much better. This service is TERRIBLE for the price they charge. If you are a business i would not recommed them at all.
