Ordered 2nd Dec via Prime for 6th Dec delivery.Parel at Hinckley, then Morley for a few days delayed due to unexpected issues. Each day they updated to say ot would be delivered that day. I contacted seller to chase it up, they then promised delivery today, but now have said tomorrow. Apparently the parcel took a trip down to Birmingham last night 90 miles from me, but is now on ots way back to Morley again, about 15 miles away. I feel so sorry for small businesses who have been caught up in this dreadful service.They also lies that they had tried to deliver Monday 5th and that I had rescheduled.

Still waiting after a week for a parcel being held for days at dpd depot 10 miles from where I live. Being told daily it will be delivered. Still waiting.

Utter clowns!! A next-day delivery has still not been made. Its almost 3 weeks with no eta - The current status of my parcel now reads 'Your parcel has been delivered and received by DELIVERED ' Their Live chat agents Jenifer & Neha purposely ended the live chat by pretending not to have received a response even though I typed several messages which shows just how useless they are. I just want some answers and so far I am not getting anywhere with this pos company.

Lost or stolen package at the Morley depot which they have admitted... it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd its now the 10th when I called they said it went missing on the 4th BUT still even today I'm getting emails saying its delayed by 24 hours and will be with you tomorrow . even though they know its been lost or stolen at their depot

Useless company, I paid for next day delivery and am still waiting nine days later. This company are a joke and should be closed down.

DPD service is terrible, paid for next day delivery. Every day I get a text telling me what time it will be delivered and then later I get another saying due to a problem it will be delayed until the following day. 5 days later now and I’m still waiting. Not the first time either I have had this experience. They take your money and really don’t care about good customer service. They is no where on their website to post a complaint or contact customer service, because they simply don’t care. stay away from them, dishonest company taking money for a service they cannot provide.

Terrible company- driver B Mani - came to my building, took a photo of the front door, posted the photo of the door, and photographing the door buzzers, said he couldn't make the delivery. This company are a joke. It's the 3rd time in last 3 months that they have not delivered when they say they would. Time-wasters. Inefficient, inept company that don't deserve your business. Stay well clear.

Shocking service, a week late (still not arrived) with an important guaranteed next day delivery, with the excuse that they have too many parcels. We used them with a previous company and stopped due to their unreliability.

I live in a tower block and DPD don't deliver to my flat as they should. They either dump the items in the entrance of the building, where they are likely to be stolen, or they take it direct to a drop off point, sending a message saying they attempted delivery when in fact they never did. I will put a date below, but this is a repeated experience for me

6 DAYS for NEXT DAY SERVICE as a small business covid was bad enough trying to survive now we are faced with Royal Mail and all these couriers who do not care less If you cannot deliver the next day DO NOT TAKE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ....6 days ...this is theft you are stealing money and not delivering a service that's promised You should be ashamed

Corporation policies to demise of us all Perishable next day delivery was held at the depo. I was informed that it will be resolved within 24 hours. When the delivery was released, it went all the way to my local depo just to be stopped last minute as it was a day to late. The produce is send frozen by the seller in an insulated packaging, the temperature is below 0*C so I was happy to wait one day. They said the parcel will be disposed off. I said that I happily take it on my own responsibility, but they refused to release it. Over £200 worth of premium beef and chicken from a hard working regenerative farmer will be thrown in the bin for rats to feast on! Appalling policies, I'm not a child I can decide without DPD's help if food I buy is good for my consumption. On the same day they have received the parcel from the seller DPD emailed me that it will be delayed. So they knew straight away that it will not arrive on time and they will inevitably dispose of it. Instead of returning it to seller to avoid waste they continue with travelling it around to finally throw it in the bin. It is absolutely heart breaking to know that this food will be wasted in those hard times when a lot of families struggle to feed their children. To hell with those corporations!

For the last week, they kept notifying that a delivery slot is scheduled in the afternoon to deliver the item, then it is rescheduled for before 10:00pm, then on the tracking, they leave message to say "Sorry, attempted to deliver but missed you" - What a lie !! I was waiting the whole time, but they never turned up. Even when I left message on the tracking to say leave parcel on the front porch - yet again received a missed delivery. Two different vendor orders using DPD - same missed delivery messages and reschedules over many days without success. Gave up with them in the end and cancelled item !!

There is one current DPD delivery driver to our area who always does as i ask on the order form and phones me when he arrives as our lane is narrow and he is not keen on bringing his van down it. I meet him halfway up and appreciate his co-operation and care. The others choose to deliver to the house at the top of the lane (which does not share our postcode) and do not phone me. As there is often no-one in in this house during the day I have come to realise that they leave my items outside that house’s front door or round the back. A bunch of flowers left round the back wilted as the house-owner didn’t go out that way for a few days so didn’t see them there. Not having received the bunch, my sister ordered another bunch for me which, memorably, were this time delivered to under the hedge at the top of the lane. A passing walker saw them there and kindly picked them up and brought them down to us at the bottom of the lane. All these mis-placed deliveries were noted as delivered to the correct place. I have spoken to DPD staff about this on several occasions, to no avail (presumably nothing is passed on/along/back) and will now not order from companies that use DPD, it is not worth the hassle. My preference by far is for Royal Mail who operate a professional service (and i support their strikes).

0 star option not available Never again will i use or recommend dpd after this. Delayed for days in hinckly, finally got to my local depot 1st dec and Been marked as due for "delivery today" every day since then! I will never use dpd again after this mainly because of the poor customer service! Knowone seems to know where my parcel (a £160 coat!) has gone or care to find out where it is and when or if! it will be coming. To top it off the DPD vans have been delivering in my street! I hope this gets resolved and i get my parcel but I really dont see it especially after reading some reviews from this week

Got home a couple of weeks ago to a card through the door stating "parcel in summerhouse." This immediately set alarm bells ringing as my summer house is locked unless in use as there are valuable items inside. Right enough, the parcel was in the summerhouse but the delivery person had broken in by wrenching the door open and busting the lock. I emailed a complaint - no reply. I called to register my complaint and got a call on a Saturday afternoon leaving a message to call back, which I did but still no reply to date. Shocking delivery service, good at breaking into properties in my experience!

They lost our parcel. Driver didn't even attempt to deliver it. He went to a town 10km away from the address, told us it was at a gas station. 6 days later, over 25 phone calls, and DPD don't know where it is. The item was a limited-edition sale from months ago that is now irreplaceable.

What I nightmare this company is , cheaters!!! Let’s start from beginning I’ve ordered ( expensive) parcel , paid for next day delivery . Was waiting over a week but it’s not the worse thing. Few days before I had a message from DPD that my parcel is in local depo and will be ready to collect from 1st of December ( today is 7th of December). Today i had a messages from them “ FINAL REMINDER “ saying that this is my last day to pick up this parcel from drop box if not they will send it back to sender , they never send me QR code which I need to open this box so I called them asking for a QR code of course they can’t do nothing about it etc , so they gave a number for customer service for this drop box , one lady put me on hold saying that she will get this QR CODE for me in a bit , while I was waiting someone else start talking to me , again I had to explain what’s happened etc and she put the phone down , I was on phone for over one hour talking to multiple people everyone was saying different things, in the end one lady told me that my parcel is missing !! Hooow ? Few minutes before it was in drop box , they told me to contact the sender which I did they can’t do nothing about it because they can see that parcel still is in this box , so basically I lost my expensive item , they can’t do nothing about this,no refund no nothing ! I’m frustrated, it was very important for me ,and expensive, they didn’t even apologise , I just can’t even explain what I feel now , how can they do something like that ! People paying for their services!

Worst service i ever had .I have been wronged by this delivery… I have been wronged by this delivery service. I have sent many packages with DPD and none have ended up like this one. I sent a package with DPD to one of my customers as usual (note i am a small business who works with Etsy with my product being pastry and cakes) and so i sent out this package to my client on Friday wich arrived Saturday. However when it was delivered on Saturday morning, my client was not home. I had checked the delivery update saying I had an SMS and an email sent to me about this which was not true, Any sms received)therefore could not warn my client of the sudden next day arrival. After the delivery attempt fails usually I can rearrange the delivery , that is what I've had with every other package I've delivered, one coming and going up to 5 times until delivered correctly. Mind you I did not choose this option, as I do all my deliveries the same. My client paid for a delivery and could not go to the pickup point. And so I spoke with an operator the next day since services were closed at that time. The operator told me the sender (Me) chose this option (again I did the same as every other package). When I told the operator I was the sender, and that I did not choose this option, it was told to me that it was written in the terms and regulation of when I sent the package, although that cannot be true as this was not the case with ANY of my previous packages. I even spoke on the phone with a different operator and I still do not understand why it was sent to a pickup delivery point and not reattempted( the phone operator says tithe reason for the package was dropped on pick up point was for can be collected next day) But why ???. Lets say my client was handicapped, how would he have been able to go to the pickup point? Plus I plaid for a delivery service from sender to receiver not sender to pickup point. Why was it sent to the pickup point without even 1 reattempt? This package contained fresh pastry and it is still at the pickup point not having been picked up by my customer. They emailed me saying it will be delivered back to me, which would be absolutely pointless. It has been there for a week, it would have gone off by now, why even ask to deliver to my address again. My client payed a sum of money for this delivery and as did I. I lost much working time for the wasted pastry and trying to sort this for this whole week hours each day. A waste of ingredients thrown away and of my stress,. So for this reason I’m asking to be refund for all coverage and in this way I can replace the package with a fresh one to my client.

Saw van in street went downstairs to find driver skulking off saying something a could not hear .He got parcel from where he had put it behind my dirty bin and gave it to me.Why did he not knock on .my door.Totally idiotic to save 2 minjutes.Bad crack allround parcel was wet and dirty in a crack
