Absolutely appalling service yet again another parcel delivered to a totally different address, told the driver had gone back to collect it and will be delivering straight away total lie, a day later parcel now nowhere to be found DPD won't do anything about it, now telling me to contact the company I got it from and won't do anything unless the company requests an investigation, DPD you incompetent people, you lost the parcel and know your driver has yet still won't do anything. All your drivers job is to read an address and go there has anyone one bothered to look that maybe it's the driver stealing the parcels and just taking a picture outside any house then putting it back in the van as it's happening way too often

Where is my dog food?.....again? And my perfume. The dog food that you last were meant to deliver NEVER reached me, and as a result i had a refund because you 'lost ' it, now i am waiting again. I need to feed my dogs. This food is a week late and after being fobbed off for a month before you admitted losing the last 6 bags of food, i am concerned that the same has happened. Can you please look into where my dog food and perfume, which were both premium delivery, are as a matter of urgency. This cannot keep happening. This is the third order of mine that's been delayed or lost and this is diabolical that it keeps happening. It's not like you don't have driver in my area because i see them drive past my house all the time, including times they were meant to deliver!

I've been given 2 time slots so far on for 11/12 & one for 13/12 & still not been delivered. supposed to be delivered today but so far no time slot given. Have been 47 in queue for 45 minutes now. my parcel is fresh roses so imagine the'll be dead when/if they arrive!

Really shocking! Been waiting every single day on my new phone delivery even it was out for delivery on Mon (12/12/22) and literally few mins away from where I live and not delivered and went back to Edinburgh depot!!! Not helpful customer service and he hangs up on me! My new phone is still being "held at depot" what a joke!

Wish it was possible to give no stars....talk about terrible service and no regard for their customers. After two weeks of daily "Your parcel is coming today" SPOILER ALERT: It never came...any day, I finally reached out to Amazon to discuss what was going on as there is no contact details for them available to me in my country. It was then that I discovered that at some point, they handed over the delivery to AusPost (another absolute Sh*tshow of a company) and that my package was waiting for me to collect it. Not that AusPost bothered to tell me, or leave any card. DPD didn't bother to update or let me know and neither do Amazon. Disappointing customer service all round. I will definitely not be buying any products if I see that DPD is the delivery partner as they are clearly incompetent.

the package was delivered to the wrong address, the driver had poor eyesight probably. Customer service Birmingham very rude put the phone down on him

They continual fail to met the delivery slots that they set. It appears that they have a route they stick to and if you are at the end of that route and they don't have time to get to you - too bad and it happens over and over again presumably until it's less busy and they can get to you. It's a terrible system. Many failed timeslots later they still haven't delivered my package.

I have had the worst experience with yourselves. I have received a message stating my item had been delivered to me today when I never received it. contacted DPD who simply said they did not know why their driver had not uploaded any proof of feluvery and or GPS location for delivery and they had no idea why the driver uploaded delivery status as been delivered and what had happened to my parcel. they did not even seem to know who the driver that had my parcel was and simply said because it stated delivered to my address there was nothing they could do and were not going to investigated which means my item could have been stolen, lost, delivered to someone else and they simply don't care. I would never recommend and am looking at all the options I have, including legal, to find out where my item is and get this sorted.

Awful, awful truly awful service. Messing with people's lives, having people wait in for days to not recieve their parcel. One think is certain DPD categorically DO NOT DELIVER! I have screenshot evidence of my phone with a 1 hour time slot, the driver was in my area and instead of delivering to me he was getting further and further away. Customer service is non existent and offer absolutely no help. I was tracking the driver for 3-4 hours waiting, he delivered 28 stops in this time. I currently deliver for amazon and 99% of our drivers deliver 20 stops an hour, DPD is terrible in comparison!

Absolutely the worse global shipping company on Earth! I have ordered from Amazon.com in the USA and Thailand and have been receiving my parcels in 7-10 days via USPS, ECMS Express, SF Express, DHL, or UPS. I am now in Japan for two months and ordered some items I need ASAP. Amazon shipped two orders via DPD. I thought: who is this company? Well both parcels have yet to be delivered after 2.5 weeks! The Amazon tracking is stuck at 2 days after shipping, with no updates. If I take the DPD tracking number and try to track on their site it says the number cannot be found. One parcel to Japan was shipped via ECMS Express and I got that one in 7 days. I CONTACTED AMAZON AND TOLD THEM DO NOT USE DPD EVER AGAIN TO SHIP ANYTHING TO ME IN JAPAN!

They are biasing parcel delivery to, to small parcels first, this is prejudice. I've been promised tommorrow for a week , still no parcel. It's disgusting. Worse thane Hermes where.

If I could give zero stars I would do. My order for a much urgently needed mobile phone should have arrived next day delivery on Dec 4th despite being shown despatched it never arrived and since then never been re despatched but showing as delayed due to unexpected due an unexpected issue. I have rang every morning for updates and on Friday I was advised my parcel is now missing and to go back to the seller for a refund or replacement. I did exactly what they recommended, but that’s another issue, only to receive an email from DPD that my parcel was due to be delivered Saturday- no show, then Sunday-no show and now today Monday 12th Dec still no show. The latest update is delivery anytime up until Thursday. I cannot help but feel the useless delivery company is fobbing me off and having a laugh at my expense. So before you decide to use “Diabolical Parcel Delivery “ have a rethink and save yourself the stress and upset.

I received a text/ email 8/12/22 stating that my parcel would be delivered on 8/12/22. I waited in all day and then got an email stating that the driver could not locate my house. I went on line and chose for it to be delivered to a local store/ pick up point. A further email told me it would be delivered to the pick up point on 09/12/22 but there was no trace it. A further email stated that it would be delivered on 10/12/22, but no sign of it. A further email that it would be delivered on 11/12/22 but again no sign of it. Now the tracking just says it is at a depot miles away in Stoke. This company is inept and this is not the first bad experience. You cannot get hold of anybody to speak to and the on line chat service is an automated machine. Useless. How come so many other couriers can pull off a decent service but not these jokers? Delivery paid for and expected Friday. Due to "technical reasons" delayed till Saturday, then same reason Sunday. Messaged with a time on Sunday morning then cancelled due to "technical reasons" for Monday when I'm back at work 😑. Very hard to contact and communication of cancellation not received by email until 5.30 in the afternoons. Really disappointed.

I have had the same message for 5 days saying there us a delay on your parcel will be delivered today, then get a message saying it will be delivered tomorrow. Had this since 5th Dec now the 11th and low and behold the same f' ing message. Ffs Sort yourselves out

Absolute bunch of clowns. They said they have attempted a second delivery today, I’ve been in all day working on my car at the front of the house. No failed delivery card. Conflicting messages on their website saying it’s been held at their Depot + out for delivery + at the collection point, went to the collection point, no F**ing parcel. Please please everyone and businesses do not use DPD. They are a crock of sh*t..

A driver named Richard had a 140+… A driver named Richard had a 140+ packages to deliver I was their 146 drop off I saw him pull up from the 4th floor of the building waiting by the buzzer to then release he didn’t even leave the van I received a text stating I wasn’t home so I must now pick up my own package the disrespect I was waiting all morning to have you do lazy work and tell a lie nah you lot need to do better attached is the culprits picture

They have had my parcel at the local depot for 4 days. Every day they say it's going to be delivered and every night I get an email saying there's an issue and it will not be delivered to the next day, it's like living through groundhog Day. Customer support is absolutely terrible, never pick up the phone, never answer emails. I will never buy from a company again who use these for their delivery.
