“This service is so extraordinary that I don't know how they make money or why they're in business. I used Duales for the first time since Western Union stopped sending money from Canada to Cuba. The money was delivered to the door less than 2 days (43 hours) after I made the order. The courier made the delivery to a house 2 km outside a town on a motorbike over a dirt road full of potholes, for a fee of only 4 CUC. On top of that, their exchange rate is great. Only 2 cents above the nominal rate. Even the Cadeca in Cuba takes 3.7 cents and Western Union takes about 9.5 cents above the nominal rate. I paid $153 to send 100 CUC while Western Union would have charged $11 more. Incredible service.”

“I sent money on a Thursday to Cuba, I wrote them on Saturday to see when the money would be delivered, and I received an email shortly after explaining they were organizing everything and would get it out as soon as they could. Within a few hours the money was delivered. I am so thankful to them for getting the money to my family especially during such chaotic times in the world. Thank you all for helping us!
