“Todo lo relativo a su app y página web, el proceso de subscripción y actualización de datos y procesamiento de transacciones está muy bien organizado, es fácil de usar y confiable. “Overall, it was ok but i could not send the amount i wanted to. When i indicated 300 CUC, a box came in saying i was exceeding the permisible amount so i had to redo it and send 200 which means i will have to make another attempt probably next week to complete the 300. I trust the business. I have used the service in the past and it has been effective and reliable. Thank you”

“Désolé, je n'utiliserez pas vos services. Vous demandez beaucoup trop d'informations personnelles. Je ne demande pas du crédit, je voulais vous payer pour envoyer cette argent dans un autre pays.... pas emprunter. Même ma banque où j'ai une marge de crédit ne m'a jamais demandé toutes ces informations. Vous êtes très dangereux pour se faire voler notre identité.”

“Duales has successfully transferred money to my friend in Cuba, both through "home delivery" and to her bank account at Bandec (CUC). It is too bad only smaller amounts can be transferred using a credit card, as this increases costs due to fees with each transfer. Duales gives excellent customer service and can actually be reached by phone (or e-mail) when necessary.”
