“I just used Duales for the first time last week, and I was very pleased. I needed to deliver cash to a friend in Havana who is unemployed due to the pandemic. My friend doesn't have a car or motorcycle, so I opted for home delivery. As promised, Duales delivered directly to her at home in Havana, less than 48 hours after I placed my order. I will definitely be working with Duales again!”

“Having used this service several times now, I can say that the process to send money is fairly straightforward and seamless, as well as being very secure. On the opposite end, my recipient received the money usually the day after, so this service is reliable, safe, efficient and, cheaper than others I have used, such as Western Union, or SendValue. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to send money.”

“The service is easy to use and the money gets there quickly. The fees are high but I like the home delivery . I use it often to get money to my wife and family in Cuba. I also like the fact that it is a Canadian company”

“this time i did make a payment on the internet..most times i cannot. After calling a few times because of password problems I was told not to call so much they were busy...I did not appreciate that comment. If the site worked a little easier and i know i forgot my password..i was locked out for security...i understand . I will not forget being told to quit calling so much....only because no one answers the phone most times you call”

“Great job! Frustrated at first as I was not putting in the date the correct way on the application and needed some instruction on how to fill out the benificary information. Got it done. Sonya helped me and thank you Sonya. I called back twice but after that didn’t get called back. She was smart I had to figure things out!!! Money got to Cuba next day perfecto! Our friends texted as soon as they got the money. I recommend Duales Thank u for your service”
