“Your service fees are in US dollars but my purchase is in Canada. They should be in the currency of the country of the purchase. You should allow US dollar purchases be charged in US dollars on my credit card so I don't have to pay your high currency exchange fees.”

“I might have given it a higher mark but you DO NOT answer your phones. I have used your services many times and overall I have been satisfied. But sometimes people need to get an answer straight away. I tried for days by phone and finally gave up.”

“I had to try five times before the system accepted my money. In the past, the service has been excellent! I called the office twice but no one called me back. I wrote for help several times but no one wrote me back. Now, it seems to work. The payment screen seems to have been changed. Overall, I really appreciate the service provided by Duales.”

“Duales has always successfully transferred money to Cuba but I find the process rather convoluted. However, I recognize that may well be the result of the system in Cuba which is insane.”

“The company offers an easy and safe way to send funds to Cuba. The Duales website is relatively easy to use but has a notable major flaw. Specifically, there is absolutely no way to obtain a status of your transaction via the website. The site offers customer service telephone number contacts but it is virtually impossible to reach anyone to obtain the status of your transaction. Personally, I left my telephone number with two customer service personnel and I never received a call back. Live chat is no better. I asked a question and never received a response.”

“I like the fact I can send cup to Cuba fairly easily however I am continually frustrated with the DUC app in trying to send USD to a card. Most of the time it doesn't allow me too. I hope that this app is fixed sooner than later”
