“Overall the website is good but I find that sometimes it’s a little “buggy”... Sometimes my transactions go through and sometimes things don’t depending on which web browser I use or which Device are use… This definitely needs to be fixed.”

“I find it usefull to help my friends in Cuba during this Covid Crissis, however Therre are so many questions asked. But I understand for security reasons it must be this way. Also I don't understand how come I was never asked my credit card number and when will the money will be deposit in my friends account? Thank you. Daniel Dorais”

“En la última transferencia realizada el costo del envío fue de 14 usd por cada 100 usd enviado y no de 8 como notifica la página de duales. No entiendo el porqué...”

“Necesitan enviar confirmación que el dinero enviado a ustedes fué recibido, porque nosotros los remitentes nos quedamos con la duda si lo recibieron o no, yo recibí sólo una confirmación que se había iniciado la operación con todo los datos de mi transacción, pero ya había realizado satisfactoriamente el depósito por email transfer, pero no he recibido ningún email donde me confirmen que ustedes lo recibieron y esto me da mucha preocupación, ya que hay muchos sitios falsos le sugiero por favor con todo el respeto que ustedes se merecen me envíen una confirmación del dinero recibido,”

“El envio de dinero es rapido y bien, pero cuando uno llama nunca contestan telefono, he dejado 3 mensajes en las ultimas semanas por preguntas que tengo y nunca me devuelven la llamada.”

“We had a lot of issues more than I few times, it took a while to solve some delivery issues that one if the the transaction got mixed and one if you male employees called that person in Cuba a thief eventhough we had provide information that Duales had provide, then they realize were the mistake was, and proceed it Sometime your customer service is no polite to deal with certain customers We thank you for asking me to do a review for Duales to improve the service from canada and cuba Please check my profile how often I use Duales and I will see that few problems i had Organizations is the key of success if you are providing service Thank you”

“this time i did make a payment on the internet..most times i cannot. After calling a few times because of password problems I was told not to call so much they were busy...I did not appreciate that comment. If the site worked a little easier and i know i forgot my password..i was locked out for security...i understand . I will not forget being told to quit calling so much....only because no one answers the phone most times you call”
