“He intentado enviar dinero a Cuba con fondos de mi tarjeta de débito y no me acepta el pago, consecuentemente, no pude enviar el dinero. Decepción!”

“Greetings, to whom it concern; first and foremost, I'd like to know "why isn't there someone that can assist anyone, potential client/customer with answers relating with sending money to Cuba. Haplessly, I was speaking, asking him questions with a Duales representative, and he suddenly, cut-me off, telling/saying, "he would call me back. I am still waiting!"”

“Not sure if this the right place to ask..but does anyone know how to make a verified account on duales? I'm from Canada and it's not listed. Use US? It says Invalid KYC API response. What does that mean?”

“I just want to say that I did register on you sight and tried to make a payement to send money did everything correctly but at the end when it askes how to make the payment I clicked on visa and entered the number and did not except the payment methods I did everything correctly I needed to contact customer service to sole this problem I had to give my Visa card number to a representative on line for her to make the payment it took me a long time it was not simple sending money on your platform hope I will not go through that again when I want to send money again and it was important to send it as soon as possible thanks and one more thing I tried calling to talk to someone on the phone for two days and could not I was not happy about that”

“El envío de dinero a cuba difiere del lugar del mundo en el que te encuentres. Porque si vives en Canadá pagas menos por el envío. De momento utilizaré está página cuando den mejores precios para el envío. Mientras tanto utilizó otra que cobra solo 4 dólares por cada 100 CUC enviados. Duales es cara no la recomiendo”

“I sent the money on Wednesday to put in the bank with the address and account number. However it was delivered by hand to the house on Saturday evening. The important thing though was the money was received. This part was very good.”

“Hello, it's to early to write a review. If my family in Cuba receives the money in 4 days than I will write a review. As far as registering and sending the money, it was fairly easy. The big question is if my family receives the money. Thank you”

“En la página web dicen que se demoran máximo 4 días pero en realidad se demoró 8 días. La entrega era para Mayabeque, Cuba. El destinario si lo recibio a su casa. De que llega llega pero no tan rápido.”

“I am a first time user and found the site very confusing. The info is easy to fill out but a problem once to get stuck as there is no one to help guide one through the application, I asked for help via email as requested and no one got back to me, so I was unable to send the much-needed money to my loved ones in Cuba. I am disappointed but will wait until Monday and hope to get a human to help me with the issues I am continuing to have, Sadly I have not been able to complete one transaction yet which makes me very sad and frustrated. I hope these problems can be resolved.”
