“Generally well performing site, but there is no method to cancel and erase transactions. A new user will make mistakes until they become more skilled using the app. Also, if there are limits to the amounts of money that can be sent per time period, ie., a week, or month, it would be good to know this in advance, prior to filling out all the info first, then submitting.”

“The convenience of sending $$ its appreciate it. However, I spend 3 weeks on the mobile app which was so complicated. And, when call to get help ext 153 did not answered.😐”

“My rating might be higher in future now that I have figured out some of the quirks of the Duales website. First, I could not get beyond the first page of adding a beneficiary for preparing to send an actual transfer until I changed browsers from Chrome to Edge. This happened twice. Also, although it shows various delivery options, none of the specific bank references seem to have any purpose. The only option that worked was the last one... "MLC ... Any Bank". For this option you must have the recipient's bank CARD number that evidently always begins with 9225.”

“Past history has been good, but a recent order, (home delivery 181992 sent on nov. 28th has not arrived). Have not heard of any followup concerning this situation. Pinar to home location is only 26 kms.?????”

“El envío en una tarjeta se entregó el mismo sábado ,en la segunda tarjeta se tardo cuando pregunte la explicación que me dieron no correspondía con mi problema porque la tarjeta no se había utilizado y yo quería depositar en tarjeta no entrega a domicilio y la forma de responder al cliente es incorrecta porque para mi es un servicio nuevo en el cual puedo tener miles de dudas y si envié dinero por su página deben de atender a los clientes con respeto y tratar con una buena atención que esté vuelva a enviar dinero porque uno confió en ustedes . Envío dinero por el amor que tengo a mi familia pero ustedes dejan sin deseo de ayudar . No voy a comentar más porque nunca van a entender nada porque al vivir en otra cultura uno aprende que es servicio al cliente . El dinero de la segunda tarjeta se resolvió . El envío por ahora seguro pero el servicio al cliente por dudas , etc tienen que cambiarlo”

“I sent money to my mother in Cuba using the cash-delivery-at-home option. The carrier called my mother by phone and asked her to meet him in the middle of the street, a few blocks away from her home. This is so unprofessional and dissapointing. It happened in Jatibonico today 12/11/20.”
