“Hay que tener un sistema facil y hajil de aplicación.,para q los clientes se motiven por tener buen criterio. Mucha dificultad en el sistema para aplicar. Y cuando llamas con dudas como nuevo cliente, siempre ocupado el teléfono. Y te envia al correo. Los Nuevo clientes quieren sentir la vos de un funcionario de la compañía para estar seguro donde va a introducir sus targetas. Gracias.”

“Han sido rápidos en contestarme vía Gmail, pero no rápidos en responder mi llamada ni en llamarme, sé que estamos en una situación especial, pero les cuento lo que he vivido como experiencia al contactarlos. No he podido enviar el dinero aún, he cargado la aplicación y no funciona correctamente, no puedo ver mis contactos porque los que veo, ni están entre mis contactos, no los conozco y cuando voy al sitio en internet, no en la aplicación, no puedo ni siquiera pasar a la página de hacer el envío, conclusiones, ni leyendo en la FAQ encuentro solución a mi problema.”

“Aún no puedo opinar, porque mi familia aún no recibe la transferencia que le hice. Pero la atención en idioma español fue correcta y amable. Deben tener presente que en otros países fuera de Norteamérica no se habla ingles.”

“...I deal a lot with duales and first my card did not go through because visa thought it was fraud. then my password and account was blocked. after a few phone calls ,I was told it went through but I did not receive a confirmation back. it seems it was sent to my business which it never is...it was there....I do not appreciate being told ....DONT CALL SO MUCH”

“I believe it would make things easier for the sender to get email notice of when funds were delivered. Communications in Cuba is difficult in the best of times but an email notice would be very helpful”

“Interesting service to have for sending money to Cuba. The only pitfall is the exchange rate which is insanely a disadvantage for Canadian dollars. But I would still recommend this service. The website works well with the eInterac.”
