“Good program but $200 limit per week to Cuba means MY SENDING $400 will cost me $30 in fees. One $400 +$15 fee is fair. Two $200 + $15 not good. Will keep looking for alternate transfer company.”

“I have been using Duales for about 12 years, the service has ALWAYS been good and prompt. The service has gotten slower with delivery than in the past. I sent three transactions in NOVEMBER that my recipient has yet to receive, they have no EXPLANATION as to where the money is.”

“This service is really good. BUT to get a hold of a real person is their biggest Failure. Once i was able to talk with someone the problem was quickly and efficently resolved. Money was sent and it took ONLY 3 days to get to the person. They got exactly what i sent. Great service”

“1- Really bad website, no clarity on what kind of money will be deliver to cuba (CUC, USD or CUP) all in the same box. 2- Website says no fee and charge a fee higher than the bank. 3- I tried to send money to a bank card and instead the money would be deliver at home. 4- I added a beneficiary an it was nowhere to find it from the list of beneficiaries. Definitely not interested in this website, will never try it again nor recommend it to anyone.”
