“Past history has been good, but a recent order, (home delivery 181992 sent on nov. 28th has not arrived). Have not heard of any followup concerning this situation. Pinar to home location is only 26 kms.?????”

“Worst customer service ever, phone numbers are symbolic only, they do not answer calls, chat service not really a support contact. very slow service. To get an answer you will need to repeat the same question several times . Their processing time is very slow, regardless the payment method used,”

“I'm very dissatisfied. I encountered all kinds of constraints, first at the opening of the account. Then when I entered the data of the transfer recipient then when I wanted to send more than 100 USD. It took me more than 5 hours of tireless work and communication with your resources which supported me well before carrying out my transfer. And finally after shipping the transfer I am told that there may be other fees to pay. It seems to me that your system is more about making a profit than satisfying your users. Je suis très insatisfait. J'ai rencontré toutes sortes de contraintes, d'abord à l'ouverture du compte. Ensuite lorsque j'ai intégré les données du bénéficiaire du transfert ensuite lorsque j'ai voulu envoyer plus de 100 USD. Il m'a fallu plus de 5 heures de travail sans relâche et de communication avec votre ressources qui m'a bien supporté avant de réaliser mon transfert. ET finalement après avoir expédié le transfert on me précise qu'il pourrait y avoir d'autre frais à payer. Il me paraît que votre système vise plus a réaliser des profits qu'a satisfaire vos utilisateurs. De plus l'application sur le cellulaire est très complexe et incompréhensible.”

“El envío en una tarjeta se entregó el mismo sábado ,en la segunda tarjeta se tardo cuando pregunte la explicación que me dieron no correspondía con mi problema porque la tarjeta no se había utilizado y yo quería depositar en tarjeta no entrega a domicilio y la forma de responder al cliente es incorrecta porque para mi es un servicio nuevo en el cual puedo tener miles de dudas y si envié dinero por su página deben de atender a los clientes con respeto y tratar con una buena atención que esté vuelva a enviar dinero porque uno confió en ustedes . Envío dinero por el amor que tengo a mi familia pero ustedes dejan sin deseo de ayudar . No voy a comentar más porque nunca van a entender nada porque al vivir en otra cultura uno aprende que es servicio al cliente . El dinero de la segunda tarjeta se resolvió . El envío por ahora seguro pero el servicio al cliente por dudas , etc tienen que cambiarlo”

“First of all, I have not placed an order. I did start an application to send US Dollars to the MCL Card account of a relative in Cuba but was informed that there was a limit as to the amount that I could transfer. Consequently, I didn't complete or execute the order. Why you are sending me a request for a review of an order that never materialized escapes me. Secondly, I find it disingenuous for you not to clearly state in advanced the limitations in place so that one does not have go to the process of completing a form only to be told it cannot be done as entered. That is why you are getting a 1 star review. There is no option for "0" stars.”
