“First of all, I have not placed an order. I did start an application to send US Dollars to the MCL Card account of a relative in Cuba but was informed that there was a limit as to the amount that I could transfer. Consequently, I didn't complete or execute the order. Why you are sending me a request for a review of an order that never materialized escapes me. Secondly, I find it disingenuous for you not to clearly state in advanced the limitations in place so that one does not have go to the process of completing a form only to be told it cannot be done as entered. That is why you are getting a 1 star review. There is no option for "0" stars.”

“J'ai utilisé Duales pour mettre 200 USD sur la carte BPA de mon mari Cubain. Mais il a reçu l'argent comptant en CUC chez lui. Ce qui n'a pas du tout respecté ma demande. Personne n'a communiquer avec moi pour me prévenir.”

“Sent money to a friend and the bank keeps saying it is not there. I called Duales and the operator said it shows as delivered to the bank and there is nothing they can do, and that the money may be lost. Great!! Thanks for your help!!”

“I sent money to my mother in Cuba using the cash-delivery-at-home option. The carrier called my mother by phone and asked her to meet him in the middle of the street, a few blocks away from her home. This is so unprofessional and dissapointing. It happened in Jatibonico today 12/11/20.”

“Good program but $200 limit per week to Cuba means MY SENDING $400 will cost me $30 in fees. One $400 +$15 fee is fair. Two $200 + $15 not good. Will keep looking for alternate transfer company.”
