“I stop at 2 different Dunkin Donuts to get a dozen of donuts for my coworkers, neither one of the stores had any donuts...Really?? I also had a an app on my phone for Dunkin. I went there often and stored up points. I went to use them ...points GONE! Make sure you use your points with in 6 m or they steal your points! I will never be back!... Not will I buy their products!”

“Benin and got some chocolate cream donuts and they are rip off because you don't even have a teaspoon of chocolate cream in the middle what is that so I'm just eating a powdered donut never again”

“Today I went to Dunkin Donuts. I am very disappointed in what I got for my money. Purchased four blueberry muffins. They are nothing like they used to be. Did not find one pump blueberry in the entire muffin. They used to be big and plump in the tops were overflowing now they're short and flat. Almost like they're using freeze dried Ready Mix. Certainly isn't worth what they charge not to mention iced coffee is almost $4 there now. Them for a $1.89. As I said in the beginning very disappointed. Next time I make my muffins at home”

“Ordered a breakfast sandwich for me and my wife, opened the lid and discovered something that was pretending to be an egg, not good. We have officially cancelled Dunkin from our list of breakfast vendors. Bye Bye! Not only was the pretend egg terrible, the sandwich was thrown together without care and the pretend cheese hadn’t even begun to melt. Uncle!, we are cured.”

“DONUT HAD HAIR ON THEM AND HARD AND STALE. THIS IS MY 3RD TIME TRYING DUNKIN DONUTS AND 3 TIMES THE WORST FOOD EVER. SO 3 TIMES THE CHARM FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE AGAIN.”

“The store in Lawnside NJ is excellent but due to a fire, the store is closed. I visited 2 other stores. One in Oaklyn NJ and the other in Haddon Heights NJ. Both serve fountain Iced Tea which was awful. Clearly neither store replenishes the tea daily. Both times I had to throw out the 2 large iced tea I typically buy on a daily basis. Both stores refused to give me my money back so I will not be returning to Dunkin, Starbucks now has my business.”

“I performed private security for a Dunkin' Donuts café at 92nd and S Commercial Ave and never got paid. Instead of compensating me, the management shared my personal identity information with other business owners and their staff members. The woman who repeatedly offered me the security position was rude and disrespectful. When I explained the situation to her husband, the male manager, he acted clueless and ignorant about the service I provided. Both the woman and the man told their staff members they were not going to pay me, but they never did. The Dunkin' Donuts location in question is at 9100 S Commercial Ave, Chicago, IL 60617.”

“Dunkin Donuts Riverhead NY 11901 on route 58 the woman told me they don't bake their doughnuts anymore they come from New Jersey... I thought the doughnuts was bake fresh that's lies all Dunkin Donuts betraying lying to everyone... I am not going to buy anything from Dunkin Donuts...”

“Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall Road horrible service. Woman was very rude to me over the intercom. They never get your order correct. But on top of it all the service there is horrible. Will not be going to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again.”

“Bought 4 chocalate iced donuts today. They where the worse donuts I've ever eaten. Tasted like 3 day old. Heated them up and that didn't even help. Not sure how they stay in business . Not to mention, like everyone else, they keep making their product smaller and charging more”

“My family and I just visited store #310171 in Ocala, FL , and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First, we had to repeat our order of 2 iced coffees several times through the drive-thru. The girl taking our order could be heard talking and laughing to other employees, so she did not listen to us order. She asked three times if it was hot or cold and was told three times: "cold." We get to the window, and a guy brings over hot drinks. We told him we ordered iced, and he turned to tell someone that we ordered iced. The girl (I assume Michele because that is on the receipt) said, "Well, he had such an attitude. Just tell him to pull and make him wait." Then, an elderly woman in a pink shirt came to the window to tell us to pull up; my husband refused as there was no one behind us and no one inside, and I told her we ordered iced drinks and were given hot. She proceeded to argue with what we ordered and 'said it's loud in here, we can't hear over the intercom." She wanted to know if we had already paid because if not, we could leave. We had already paid, but my husband refused to leave without our drinks. Someone then pushed two iced drinks out the window. We did not receive the drinks we ordered (peppermint mocha and holiday cookie); instead, we received plain coffee over ice. I have never written a complaint before to a company, and I understand how difficult customer service can be. However, the experience we just had at that store was utterly unacceptable. I am sure that nothing will come of this email, but I am hopeful that additional training will be provided to Michele (324205) and the 'manager' on how to work with customers and apparently get the intercom fixed since they can't hear it or maybe actually listen to the customer. The service was terrible, and the product received was worse. I am highly disappointed in Dunkin and will instead seek other options when in the area.”

“I try four times to get rewards from my app and this is stinky app don't work I figured that it's a scam I can see things happening you know once or twice but not so often don't offer something that you don't own her to the customers somebody should regulate this this is a scam and this happened in branford Connecticut they don't even honor senior citizen discount”

“Dunkin Donut on Cheltenham Ave. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. They gave me sausage. The cashier was great, but who ever made the order didn’t read. I drove ten minutes out my way to go get breakfast I couldn’t eat.”
