“Good grief. That's it. I'm done with this location. The coffee is awful. Just picked up my order and i am missing food. Paid 42 bucks and didn't get all my order. Stay away from this location, I'll just drive further to the one on 67th Ave.”

“This location is the worst Managed location. The bagels, if they even have any, are never fresh. The donut selection is very limited and stale. And today a "coffee" shop has no Original Blend Gound Coffee in stock. How does a Manager not have coffee in stock. This location is close to my house but have to travel twice the distance to buy their products. Luckily there are several other coffee shops locally I can, and will now, patronize.”

“Did online order, didn't have product, my card was charged, no refund at store level, called corporate for refund to be told owner would have to contact me for refund. Make it make sense. A customer was charged, didn't receive product or service, but has to wait 2 days for refund?? Horrible customer service. Starbucks here i come.”

“Not as advertised I got the dunkings box this morning from the location in Kyle Tx, not even close to how good it’s advertised on tv the hash browns were burnt tasted like smoke, and my breakfast sandwich was all over the place sloppy, the egg is like a wet sponge I couldn’t eat it what a waste of of money, and the donuts are not fresh at all smh , I would not eat here even again.”

“When I normally come to Dunkin my coffee is always good, but was very disappointed this time around and I wish I would’ve grabbed the name of that girl who did my frozen Coffee but it was a mobile order and I was in a hurry. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee. But what I got instead was a cup of cold and bland coffee. she did not use enough ice nor was is mixed well. I live less than five minutes away and by the time I got home all the ice was melted and had to remake the coffee in my own blender. And if I had to make my coffee at home there was no need to spend my money. So to the black girl with the short braids or dreads and glasses do better.”

“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Sea St. in Quincy. I actually always bring my own coffee from home but today I had to stop on my way to work and I got a Dunkin coffee. I should’ve picked up a pile of dirt and put it in a hot cup of water. it would’ve tasted better. I don’t know what’s going on and not wash their pots or what but it was terrible. I should’ve went back. I didn’t have time obviously but really that was the worst cup of coffee. I’ve had a long time that’s why I make it at home usually but I had no cream.”

“I went into the 2nd avenue store in Troy Riverside plaza today and I was offended. Who I believe to be was the store manager was rude, unprofessional and was barking at me about her equipment not accepting payment. Her sidekick, some young boy was being so confrontational that she had to tell him to stop. What a bunch of ignorant employees in there.”

“I just recently quit my job at Dunkin. I would not recommend working here, first let’s just start by talking about I always got mistreated! My second day ( SECOND) day of what they called it “training” expecting me to know how to make every drink! And everyone spoke Spanish that I worked with, which was really frustrating to me.They were always understaffed. Always out of something. Would always overlook a small problem and turn it into something bigger. I never felt welcome there. Especially trying to do something while everyone makes you feel like anything you do is not good enough.. I really tried. I don’t know what else you wanted more from me! I was always be the one getting blamed for everything. One day I fell in the freezer..They didn’t ask if I was OK. All they did was blame me for the shoes I was wearing, just comes to show you lack respect. My shoes weren’t the problem. No one mopped the floor, which was very inconsiderate. So no I wouldn’t work here again.”

“It is disheartening that many stores in Queens NY have stale muffins. The purpose of baked goods is that they smell and taste fresh. The donuts swem to be okay but I am tired of wasting hard earned money on refrigerated stale food at start of day. The health department should do spot checks. I swear one location was so bad they looked homemade, another was hard like a rock and a third I dound a foreign object baked inside the blueberry muffin. Stop and shop does a better job, Health department of New york we need you. People have long work days and need fresh food and coffee as we serve our communities. Dry, Dry, Stale.”

“My family and I were at the L.A.X airport and bought some sandwiches from Dunkin Donuts, and had an awful experience. I ordered multiple of the sourdough egg, cheese, and sausage sandwichs and the sourdough was very hard to chew on. Unfortunately I had ordered 5 of them.”
