AVOID !!!! To buy here, same history than the others happend to me they make a mess whit your order and will try to trick you somehow

Having placed an order for a drum amp with DV247, I then -somewhat ruefully - read the reviews and started to wonder whether I’d done the right thing. But I have to say that I found their services more than satisfactory in all respects. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was even able to get a little interest-free credit by using PayPal. Once I had registered an account with DV247, I was able to check the projected delivery date, which proved to be 100% accurate. Yes, goods come from Germany, but my drum amp arrived in good condition, on the correct day, and within ten days of my ordering it. I haven’t needed to contact customer services for any reason, and on the strength of this recent purchase, would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.

Just avoid! Took my money. Item never came. Many, many, MANY attempts by every conceivable method to contact them have been ignored and remain unanswered. I haven't a clue what's happening with my order - if anything at all! Sadly, I won't be dealing with them again. I remain very frustrated and very cross as in the past I have bought from them and they were fine.

Item promised before Christmas. It's now been a month and no item or contact. Ironically sent me an email asking go review the product. Not impressed

Same story as all the others. Item was "in stock at UK store" But surprise its coming from Germany and thats when the problems started. Anyway same long sad story and paypal claim is in. They like to keep your money as long as possible to prop up the ailing company

I am Yoges Kiruba. I don’t get my stuff yet. Awful ordering experience for my first, and last order with DV247. In Stock, but then the order seemed to 'get stuck' and no one could tell me why. Web based "Track Your Order" doesn't track your order and emails and requests for call backs are completely ignored. Delivery guy asked again Vat £113. But already I paid with VAT. This is awful experience in my life.

In a nutshell do not order from them. I Ordered a keyboard and they offered me a package deal with the stand and chair. I only only received the keyboard and almost a month later still no sign of the rest of the order. I have emailed multiple time and called numerous times too. All these attempts and not a single response. Very bad company to order from. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM. I SHOUKD HAVE HAVE PAID EXTRA TO A LOCAL SHOP THAN WASTE SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Very shoddy service, after making it extremely difficult to return I was only refunded 80% of my initial purchase price. The item had been tested and was returned in perfect order. No explanation given. Just a lot of ham translated from German small print stuff. I would never buy anything from this company or for that matter any German based retailer again. Sadly you cannot give minus stars as any seem quite inappropriate.

I emailed the text below yesterday and have heard nothing back. I actually emailed 7 different DV24/7 addresses, not one reply. I will keep this thread updated and update the star rating depending on how the transaction pans out. Today's Date: 21st November (20:10 GMT) Order Number: M003183517 Order date: 18. Nov. 2021 I have just read your reviews after ordering a product on the 18th Nov. 21 and am pre-emptively wondering if my order will turn out like the so many negative ones I have read. I have received no shipping confirmation. I want to precisely know what the status of my order is now (four days after purchase). If I am not replied to with haste I will begin the process of keeping an itemised account of everything that happens in regards to this order until it arrives, on every review platform and social media platform at my disposal - be this a negative or positive experience. This is a pre-emptive message to say please make sure this order is dealt with properly from the offset, I do not want to experience what I have read today. Avoid! Very poor service. Items took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive and when I emailed DV247 they just sent a reply blaming couriers, they actually didn’t dispatch the order for days. When the order arrived it had parts missing. Contacted DV247 by phone and still no one has called back to say the parts are on the way.

I was weary about being hit with brexit charges as orders come from outside of the U.K. so have them a call and the advised cat is already applied and basically what you see is what you get. So orders Mwm phase from them. Considerably cheaper than all other outlets and arrived within 5 working days with free delivery. Package in perfect condition. Good customer service and the price was great. I’ve also ordered some other DJ equipment from here earlier in the year and same story - much cheaper than everyone else based in the U.K. and no problems with delivery. Now my go to place for music equipment.

I have never had to deal with the lack and unwillingness to get helped by the saterday staff If you don't want to help customers find other jobs Took my money elsewhere

Awful experience with them. Firstly they advertise the main store as being in the UK where you would assume your items come from but they don't. They are shipped from a warehouse in Germany so if anything goes wrong like it did for me then good luck. I cancelled my order shortly after placing it (within the hour) for a DDJ-1000 costing £1050 but they said it was already in transit and so could not be cancelled hence I should refuse the package when it gets to my door via UPS delivery and it will be sent back to them and Ill get a refund. I did this. The package apparently never made it back after weeks and they said they would not refund me unless it returned back to them undamaged. The package was obviously lost and even with this they refused to refund me, 3 months after I refused the order to have it sent back from my door. It was horrendous as I began to build interest on my credit car that I payed for it with. I had to go to my bank, file a grievance report so that they could investigate and refund my money to my credit card under section 75 credit card protection. They did this thankfully. I have heard nothing from DV247 and it takes them 1-2 weeks to reply to a single email as they are based in Germany. Horrendous experience with them and I strongly advise DO NOT get your items from here.

This is the second review i have had to leave about this store , i previously had loads of issues with a subwoofer and after quite a few months of trying to sort out i eventually ended up having to pay half towards a new one. this is under a year ago and lo and behold the sub has stopped working with the same issue (not music stores fault by the way) i have emailed them about 4 times - no response, called them twice no answer and no call back as requested on their auto attendent - called again and the calls just wait on hold for ages and then hang up. really worrying that this seems to be the case for most people now

Sent the wrong item which I had to return via UPS. No sweat, it happens. Then they totally ghosted me and kept my money. I called customer service many times but they would hang up as the call connected. No call back. Ignored all avenues of contact including numerous emails, Facebook messenger and Twitter. Thankfully was able to get a refund via PayPal. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Product arrived faulty. No refund or replacement offered. Only an offer for a repair on a brand new item. I also have to faff around posting to Germany when I beloved this to be a UK company. As their website fakes to be. Customer services sounded bored out of their minds and really didn’t care. When I asked to be transferred to a manger, he was even worse. Horrendous customer service.

Shocking delivery & service 13 days delivery (advertise 2-6days but I took 6 days before the order left their German warehouse) returned the items but never recived a refund for the postage. Takes days to get email replies and no phone calls answered.

Very poor customer services. Extremely long wait when calling (40 minutes average). Emails don't get responded to within 48hrs. Avoid and find an alternative seller.

Ordered two items on 25th June and still waiting for them. Emailed and tried to call a number of times and the message says 'we will answer as soon as possible, your call is important to us' just before the call drops. How can companies survive with this lack of customer service. Hate to say I may have to order from Amazon with next day delivery and customer service that this company can only dream of by the looks of the other reviews.
