Very quick in shipping product which was well packaged, but unfortunately when it did not work in application, despite reporting within the 30 day period mandated by consumer rights and their own extended return policy they were extremely difficult to deal with. Some emails went unanswered; promised call backs never happened. Physical return process had to be to Germany (despite thinking I was buying from a UK based company) which took betwen 13th Jan and 1st Feb, after confirming returned in good condition reneged on promise to offer the refund stating that it had taken so long to be returned and instead offered store credit but did not have alternative video mixing products (as "primarily a music company" in their own words). My advice is to avoid at all costs. Their customer service is off this planet bad and they really don't care at all (based on several phone calls).

Dreadful company, woeful customer service, nobody cares, no one replies no one refunds you're money. If you are thinking of giving money away I'd seriously consider giving it to a charity instead

I bought a Bass guitar from DV247.com but only after placing the order did I see these negative reviews. As you can imagine, I was very concerned. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. My guitar was shipped from Germany but I had no issues, no extra charges or customs fees, and my instrument actually turned up several days earlier than they said I could expect it. Communication was clear and UPS tracking allowed me to see where my package was en-route. Excellent service - I will be very happy to use Dv247.com again

Felt I should leave a review for balance as my experience was actually very good. I ordered an Akai MPC unit. It arrived within the 4-6 day delivery timeframe. Only wrinkle was it arrived with a european plug, but a quick call to the UK office, answered quickly by a helpful assistant and I received a UK (actually 2x oddly) within the next day or so. I genuinely had a really good experience with them.

Buyers beware! the goods you order from what you believe to be a UK Based company are actually dispatched from Germany but the payment is made to the UK part of the company so you are charged VAT but because the item is dispatched from Germany the carrier UPS expect you to pay Import tax (VAT again) plus handling charge in my case £79.78 i told them to Return to sender I have sent 5 e mails to dv247 with no replies to any have asked Pay pal to get my money back.

UK BUYER SCAM WARNING... additional charges and fees will be applied before you can receive your purchase... ups wanted another £99.15 due to dv247/music store de errors before releasing delivery.. dont purchase anything that your not going to collect directly from the romford store.. dont purchase. save yourself hours of lost and wasted time on hold, writing emails and attempting to rectify warehouse labelling errors... attempted to enquire as to what options where regarding this issue.. spoke with the uk romford store manager who admitted errors and to pay the additional fees and that dv247 will refund in full... when i questioned why dont the warehouse just contact ups witht the correct labels and save me over pay prepaid uk vat and export as advertised on website and charged on statement... the call was terminated due to alleged poor line quality.. and yet repeated callbacks were cut on answering... odd behaviour for a uk retailer... errors happen.. but due to the behaviour of there staff, lack of email reaponse and in store attitude you cant even communicate effectively with them to resolve there errors and receive the products you pre orderded and paid for months ago.. this behavior is border criminal, deception at best.. but lets call it what it is FRAUD.. both barclays, hsbc and the hmrc also agree its FRAUD.. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEING INFORMED AND A LIVE CASE HAS BEING RAISED ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY.. "obtaining financial gain through deception.." you have been warned.. they a customer service joke and nightmare... avoid at all costs to. your own physical, mental and financial health.. advertising it with uk vat that hasnt being paid and thus has to be paid again at an inflated rate due to the invoice supplied on shipping manifest already includes the uk vat price. youve paid 20% vat on purchase.. ups to deliver require a bill of vat to be paid before delivery and there own additional charges have been included too.. no response to emails.. forget it telephone calls.. forget it... on hold for hours over weeks to only end up with a rude unhelpful, unsympathetic laughing moronic customet services assistant, supervisor or even the store manager.. all will cut your call halfway through there bs spiel... leaving you with no understanding of where your purchase is, when your going to get it, and wether or not the price you paid is going to be the final price you have to pay to receive the goods.. dont use.. stick to uk based and uk despatching music equipment providers.. otherwise you will have wasted weeks lots of money and be sat here writing a review very similar to this.. barclays and hsbc both agree it fraud and have issued full refunds and are pursuing dv247/music store... dont waste your time.. bax gak pmt andertons gear promanade theres 100s of uk stores.. spend that extra £5 and buy from a true british company not a sham like dv247.. thomanns have the honesty to stated brexit issues with import vat and tax, muzic matter have paid export and vat and all good, amazon too.. if your looking for cuatomer support after your purchase dont shop here.. there isnt any... WARNING!!!!!! ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER PURCHASE TO RECEIVE GOODS.... £350. PAID AND I HAVR TO PAY £99.15 COD TO RECEIVE DELIVERY FROM UPS..

Avoid, thieves..... They will refuse to send an item and refuse to provide the ARN (refund code). THEY CLEARLY HAVN'T REFUNDED OTHERWISE THEY WOULD PROVIDE THE PROOF I NEED..... AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WAITING..... THE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF AVOIDING CONSUMER RIGHTS WILL SCREW THIS COMPANY. GOODBYE DV247....

Placed an order on the 10th, which I emailed to cancel within a couple of hours. No reply to my emails so I call on monday to be told its too late and my £480 order has already been dispatched from germany) and I should refuse the delivery when it arrives (this turned out to be NOT what I should do) Eventually the items arrive and I call to arrage return labels and for this 25kg parcel to be picked up. I was sent a form and a label and told to take it to post office which I did, and they refused it due to the size and weight. So, i booked in my own courier to get it back to Germany but in true form the item was refused (perhaps THEY didn't fancy paying customs and know they can shaft customers easily being squirreled away abroad) so it's coming back to me Iv emailed, called and nothing helps as I'm no better off than I was weeks ago. No one is going to help Placing an order with this company was the worst decision of mine in years. I'm going to be left with an order I don't want, the cost of return delivery (£30) and an entire month wasted I don't know where I stand legally, but I intend to find out if they don't fix this mess SOON. I requested to cancel the order WITHIN HOURS on the same day on the 10th of Jan, I had no idea id still be dealing with these clowns weeks later

Liers, would never of bought anything from this website if I knew that they ship from Germany, which is not made clear at all from their website. Use Gak or andertons of you want to actually receive your order.

Avoid this company at all costs. Goods arrived finally after 2 week wait all damaged with items missing. After so many calls and emails there is still no sign of any refunds! Disgraceful service!

DO NOT USE ! ! ! I can only agree with the latest negative reviews here. Ordered an amplifier on the DV247 site and it stated the item was available in their central warehouse. It did not say that this was in Germany! This was on the 20th of January. UPS gave an initial delivery date of Thursday 28th, then Friday 29th with a delivery time between 13:15 and 16:15. They never turned up nor did I get any further information. Today, 01.02., the UPS site still gives the delivery date of the 29th ! This is totally unacceptable customer service, by DV247 as well as UPS. Will return the item unopened, if it ever arrives. NEVER BUY FROM COMPANIES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK IN THE UK ! ! !

do not order online from them. Phoned to cancel order last week as it had been 12 days without my product arriving. Was told the order would be cancelled and UPS would be contacted to return to sender. UPS turned up 5 days later with the package and I refused it. Speaking to DV247 customer service, they will not initiate a refund until either they get the product back in germany or the legal 14 days from which return was initiated has passed.... which apparently is not when I phoned 7 days ago but when UPS decided to initiate return 2 days ago. DV247 you should really start shipping from the UK and maybe not use UPS.... In the meantime folks go get your goods from Studiospares. Shipped from UK, next day delivery. If I knew that online orders get shipped from germany to begin with, I would never in a million years order from DV247 with all the brexit chaos for goods crossing borders! And honestly, if someone cancels an order because your courier is messing about and that person never takes possession of that product, you should refund immediately. This becomes a matter purely between you and your courier!

They ship from Germany, despite pretending to be UK company. They use UPS who cannot even track the order. They do not respond to any emails, whether sent to UK or Germany. Avoid. Ordered gear on 14 Jan, still no sign of it.

If I could give them no stars I would. The guitar was ok but not worth the 200 paid. The adaptor what absolutely shocking and totally unworkable. Returned my product and I’m having such a job getting my money back. Stay well clear!

Ordered something on the 18th of December and the delivery company delivered it to the wrong location on the 30th December. Since that time the customer support at DV247 has been terrible and they still haven't sorted it out despite knowing that I didn't receive the goods. This is a very bad company and you should avoid buying anything from them.

Horrific service, takes over a month for your purchase to arrive. They literally have to customer service to speak of, no one gets back in touch with you.

I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service and would advise you to please think carefully before ordering any DJ related equipment from this company. I purchased a Pioneer DDJ SX3 in April 20. It was the start of lockdown and I thought I would upgrade before gigs were back on. The controller worked fine but after 30/40 mins of use, the platter would became non-responsive. I have since returned the item twice and on the second occasion provided video evidence of the fault, only to be told there has been no problem found. It’s now 8 months later, I have no controller, no refund, replacement or credit - I’m having to seek advise on next steps!

Absolutely shocking company... Bought a very expensive item here refusing to accept a return and also refusing to allow me to transfer warranty to a new owner. AVOID. Anything happens after 30 days you are on you own, better off buying used than buying from here.

my subwoofer that i bought from them was making a crackling sound, called their customer service they advised to send it back i advised them i didnt have the original box they said package as best i could, did this wrapped the whole thing in fragile tape just to make sure it was treated kindly by their courier, had to chase them constantly to find out did they have it and how long was it going to take to be told that the sub arrived damaged and was my fault , the packaging had been ripped and the photos they sent looked like the sub had been kicked around by a rhino the sub on every corner was caved in, i advised them this was labled as fragile and was wrapped in loads of packaging and was told to send as best i could , their returns department ignored email after email eventually they said they would only fix the original issue and the sub would return back in the damaged state it was in i obviously tried to argue this only to have my emails ignored i am still chasing this and getting nowhere fast. When i first called them they were brilliant i was singing their praises at how easy this all was and was about to spend a lot of money with them upgrading sound cards and speakers in my studio even though they were slightly more expensive than other places i though well their customer service was brilliant so it would be worth it but how wrong i was. DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY. I have repeatedly asked for a manager to get no response and i believe their returns department actually dropped this item so they didnt have to repair this due to the way this has been treated , my friend sent me a pair of adam a7 speakers sent via dpd in just a box with no packaging via Switzerland with one bit of tape on to hold the box in place and you know what they arrived perfectly no dings and no issues , it didnt even have fragile on the box so how can mine be treated so bad ! i am still chasing this even after they said a manager was looking into this and i have had no response from my emails AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
