I ordered a Traktor s2 Mk3 DJ Controller, I had the item delivered to where i work as i was most likely going to be there when it was delivered. The item was faulty so i contacted them and told as i was a business customer i would have to pay to return the item. Im not a business customer, this is for my personal own use. Handle this company with care. Never again would i purchase here.

This is just the worst company to buy anything in the UK. They do fake advertisements selling products that doesn’t correspond to the reality and then they also sell faulty items which they don’t want to exchange. I bought a motu 896mk3 for 600£ which they say on website to be standalone when’s not also the motu it’s faulty took me 2 months to realised they only offer to fix it even with my complains, I spend 4 weeks with out the motu while they repairing it , when it arrived still faulty .... they don’t answer the phone and the manager is always busy to deal with you !! I highly recommend don’t buy from here !!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Ordered a XDJ700 over a month ago and as I have a limited company and this item was to be used for corporate events, opted to claim back to VAT. I put in my address and looked forward to receiving my goods. A week later I received an email from someone called Fabian who worked in Germany which despite this company having a showroom in Romford and giving the impression of being UK based, is actually where your goods are in the main shipped from. Apparently my business was registered for VAT at an address that I'd never heard of (it isn't) and Fabian had discovered this by searching my business on a European business website (my company is registered in the UK) and as such, Fabian had shipped it to this the wrong address. When I called and spoke to him he laughed at me, insisting that the issue was mine and that my company was registered elsewhere (It is not) After a week of hitting my head against a brick wall by calling Fabian in Germany at significant cost, I decided to take this up with Mark Griffiths the manager of the UK operation (available on 01708 771991 if ever you have a similar issue) Mark assured me that this wasn't the way the company operated and that he would contact DHL to see if they could re-divert my order as it was on a container ship bound for the UK. A week later, still no sign of my order, the last email coming back from Mark Griffiths, the UK store manager reading: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Adam, Apologies for the delay on your order. I’m sending this email to confirm the parcel is still on route however it’s going slower than expected. Unfortunately DHL are trying to keep up during a very tough time. I’ve informed them of the change of address as requested and once I have any updates I will be in contact. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The fact that a company of this size could mess up a simple order soo dramatically and refuse to offer a refund even after admittedly making the mistake is astounding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

Fast efficient service with minimum fuss. Goods came a day early, very well packaged, everything there, expensive Tube amp works just fine. Noteable contrast to previous order of same product from large U.K. retailer, which was a total fiasco. German efficiency?

Order was placed as online pre-order date was convenient. Never received item on schedule. Looked online prior to calling and the in stock date had changed by over 3months. Called to get a refund and that will now take 5-7 working days! Furious is an understatement! Avoid! Lying and money grabbing! You won’t get what you ordered on Time if at all

Ordered brand new guitar. Received ex display model with visible discoloration on fretboard which I was unable to clean. I have been held with no options to deal with for a month because appatently they have to cosult all refunds with office in Germany. They offered me partial refund of 5€ (yes euro) even though I paid in £205 in Pounds sterling. I asked them to take guitar, fix IT and send it back to me or replace with brand new model that I should get at first place but I have been told by manager Mark Griffiths that they cannot be bothered paying for 2 more deliveries which they would have to to replace my faulty Item. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

I've been ordering stuff from DV247 for years with no problems. A week ago, I ordered a pedal power supply and shortly afterwards read all these bad reviews about how it's changed and is no longer reliable. So, I was a bit apprehensive to say the least! However, my pedal turned up 3 days earlier than estimated, the price was great and the quality, communication or order updates via email and packing was very professional. No problems at all.

DV247 had very good customer service, I ordered some quite expensive things from there and they came with no damage to them. I highly rate them, and the prices are unbeatable.

Ordered a Fender Champion 600 amplifier cover . It came as a copy with no Fender logo as pictured in their advertisement .I was offered a refund but declined although they offered to pay postage , I cannot go out as I am self isolating.Misrepresentation of goods sold ?

Ordered a Vincent Bach Trumpet Mouthpiece and it arrived super fast. I was worried about ordering with the negative reviews but it was the only place with one in stock, however all was good and super fast I would use again.

I ordered online a white Fame DP 6000 at a fantastic price. Days and days passed and I received no correspondence so I decided to phone the store. They where very helpful and polite except they couldn't provide tracking information. Anyway, this morning, after nearly three weeks, it finally arrived. The packaging was incredibly excessive, the delivery person could only deliver it to the kerb outside my home (a fault of nobody because of the current pandemic) and having to assemble the digital piano was an absolute nightmare - I wasn't sure I'd have the strength left to play after the assembly Scenario. But..... I found the strength and when I did play it sounded beautiful! The piano is well made, solid and in mint condition. It was very much worth the price, effort and waiting time. I feel privileged to own such a beautiful looking and sounding instrument. I can't guarantee I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon but I can guarantee that next time I place an order it will be with them. Thank you Dv247. Blessed Be. x

Put my order through twice so 3.5k has left my account and I am £1740 out of pocket.despite their mistake they are insistent on the parcel being attempted delivery and then returned to Germany before I get a refund! Disgusting.there is nothing stopping them speaking to courier and getting the parcel recalled and reimbursing me immediately! Considering it was their mistake it is plain wrong.avoid at all costs you have been warned.i will be raising a case with the ombudsman.

Ordered a Yamaha YPD144 at a reasonable price. The advertised postage was £4.99. We then received an email asking for £40.00 extra or order would be cancelled. Avoid this company.

I couldn't even get a reply after 3 emails. They had a digital recorder which was a fantastic price but I wanted to confirm stock and a few other questions. It can be the best price in the world but if they don't respond pre-sale what are they going to be like after sales. I just wouldn't buy from an unresponsive seller full stop! What a shame that they have so many awful reviews, wonder how they survive really. I'd rather pay more and know that I get pre AND after sales service

Have spent many thousands of pounds with DV247 over the last ten years, my most recent experience has meant that I will never shop with them again. I returned a Nord Stage 2 keyboard for repair under warranty. After being assured that repair would take around six weeks, I eventually received the instrument six months later. After a quick testing, it became apparent that the fault was still present and no repair had taken place. Furthermore, during this time I had received awful communication from the company - failing to reply to multiple emails, answer phone calls, or pass on messages. I then returned the keyboard a second time, stating the urgency of repair, and was assured it would be fast tracked and should be returned within two to three weeks. Another six months passed. I am still waiting for return of the instrument, though am told it is at the Essex store and will be returned imminently. Again, during this time customer service has been awful. Same story - terrible to non-existent communication. Furthermore, the store manager (with whom I had been communicating after losing all faith / patience with the Returns department) had promised substantial compensation - in the hundreds of pounds - for the ordeal we had been through. He then left his position midway through the complaints procedure, without giving any notification of this. The new store manager - Mark Griffiths - claims that no record had been made of conversations with his predecessor and that he cannot therefore honour the compensation that had been promised. He has offered £50 store credit - a far lower sum than that originally promised, and a figure that doesn't even begin to make up for the countless hours spent chasing the company, the inconvenience of being without an instrument used for professional work for a whole year, and the actual cost of borrowing or renting instruments in the interim period. Not to mention that I have no desire to spend any further money - store credit or otherwise - with the company. I have requested to speak to a senior colleague in order to further the complaint. Mark's response was that he could put me in touch with the team in Germany, but that the likely outcome would be that they would simply refer me back to his team in Essex. Absolutely appalled at this complete disregard for customer service, appalling communication, and broken returns procedure. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered to buy a gift for a friend as they said it would arrive on time for their birthday. It arrived 11 days later than what was stated. I emailed customer service several times and they didn't even respond. I won't order again from DV247 :-(
