Obviously this company doesn't want any money. I have been shopping here for a while and had no problems until recently. 3 to 4 emails for a quote 3 messages on Facebook and not one reply to my query. I guess thats that relationship ended

Never Ever buy from this company. Worst experience of my life, and I purchase regularly from online music stores. I just wish I had never stumbled across this company. I purchased a Signature model fender stratocaster from, only to find on arrival it played/sounded absolutely terrible. First port of call email the company to tell them, no reply. Email again no reply, 3 emails no reply. Telephoned and finally got through to speak to someone, great I thought. Wow was I mistaken, I'm greeted with the most Rudest woman I've ever spoke too, telling me I should not have taken the guitar to a friend guitar technician for his opinion, also I should of not raised the saddles to attempt to stop the fret buzz, "with the allen key supplied by Fender". As this invalidates your warranty. Now to make matters worse they, then tell me to get another guitar replacement I have to buy and pay for another "£1800", then return the old one and upon them receiving it back i could get a credit. Now this is something I've never heard of in my life, I asked would you buy a brand new car, and if it was faulty return it and expect a exchange, or expect to fork out another £20k and then hope you get the money back when you take the faulty one back, their answer was it's a matter of affordability. So what they are saying is unless you can afford to buy the item you are buying twice, you can whistle for a exchange. Honestly folks, stay well away from this company. Never ever will I use them again, and will be writing to report the company. As this surely must be against consumer rights, and just cannot be right. So remember before you purchase from them just make sure you can afford to buy the item twice.

Ordered a few cables. When ordering, the site showed me delivery date of 3-4 days. It has now been 10 days and still nothing. No communication, no emails, just nothing. I've tried ringing and got through to some phone line that isn't in the UK (weird dial tone) and I feel like they've just taken my money, and that I'll never get my item. It's a shame, a few years ago they used to be great and that's probably when the majority of the 5 star reviews on here were made. Don't let the measly 3 stars fool you, this company deserves one star, preferably none if that were possible.

I ordered a digital piano (advertised with free delivery within the UK) and then was contacted several days later by the team with the following, "I write you about your order, you have to pay the delivery, so the full amount will be 716euro. let me pls know if you will go for the order." No explanation, apology - nothing. I called the helpline and spoke to a very patronising lady who hardly gave me a minute to dig out the email with my order number on and then proceeded to tell me that it had to go freight so there would be an additional £30 charge. I asked why a store specialising in musical instruments, namely pianos, wouldn't have thought of this and noted it upfront but she really didn't care. Cancelled my order and shopped elsewhere. Would not recommend at all.

I’m at the end of my tether! Why take PayPal payments then send me a message to do a bank transfer. Then tell me i’m ordering too many. Then put the price up. Then cancel my order. When i phone the UK number, no help and i’m told to contact Germamy?

British Company Being Held Hostage I've been shopping with DV247 for years with next to no problems. Problems have only started to arise ever since their take over by the German owned MusicStore. Now, I'm not too familiar with Music Store, but one thing is abundantly clear - they don't care about anyone. They don't seem to care about customers, and they don't seem to care about staff. Every time I talk to sales person at DV247, I feel like begging them to leave and better their lives, because it doesn't seem like working at DV247 is any "fun" at all. TO MUSIC STORE: If you want a successful and respected company in the UK, treat your staff better. In turn they will treat customers better, deal with negative customer requests with a better attitude, and well, hopefully it'll give some happiness to your obviously disillusioned staff.

I’ve used what was Dv247 for years and spent lots of money with them. No more, I’m done with these guys. Equipment went faulty within weeks. They said it would be a repair. Item got sent back to Germany. After weeks they said they did not know what it had been sent back for as I had not filled out the returns form correctly and they did not have my email address to contact me. Both lies, as I filled all the form out and they emailed me saying the item had been received and a report would follow. They did credit my account. I then bought more equipment using up my credit and spending another £100 exactly, they have charged me an additional £25 on top with no explanation. Still waiting back from Germany about what this charge is. In the mean time the Equalizer I additionally bought does not work. Avoid like the plague.

No! No! No! So I ordered an item on Sunday that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received an email saying it was going to be delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday I called up and they was told that the messages I had received weren't correct, and that if I wanted true information I should call up. In actual fact, it's going to be delivered next week! What?! This is a very dodgy business. They make out that this is an English company. Then I received emails from Germany. I had no idea they were shipping from Germany! Bizarrely, in the end I had to call a German number to speak to someone in the UK, who was then going to write an email to a guy in Germany! Don't waste your time and money!

Dont use DV247 aka musicstore.dePurchased a Steinberger guitar and a Gibson Les Paul last year both delivered with faults. Steinberger tremolo unit squeaked and pickup on les paul didn't work. Store refused to help stating items were tested before being shipped. Gibson kindly sent me replacement pickups after seeing service report from a guitar tech stating pickups were faulty. Guitar tech also repaired Steinberger at a cost to me of £25.Also got a tube amp doctor silencer which got a fault within months. Returned it to store and then told I had to pay for repair. After threatening legal action they sent a replacement unit 10 weeks later, which after a few hours use started to smell of burning and the controls stopped working. Emailed company and they just ignore all communication.

Don't use this company. Goods are cheaper then other shops for a reason. 3 items purchased from this store all faulty and they wouldn't repair them. Had manufacturer send me parts repair items.

Purchased goods from this store including tube amp doctor silencer, gibson les paul and Steinberger guitar Guitars arrived faulty which store refused to replace so Gibson sent me the parts needed to fix guitars. Shop agreed to repair silencer then demanded I paid for repair.

Very unprofessional and poor service. I made a purchase over £6k and have 3 year warranty. One of my item has developed fault and it took 14 working days for them to reply after numerous of calls and email. Everyone telling a different story each time I call.

False Advertising - Why is DV247 practicing False Advertising which is illegal? They state 'Always the Lowest Prices', and yet I asked them to beat or even match both Amazon UK and Thomann UK for a NUX Guitar Multieffects yesterday, they refused?

Digital village aka Dv247 aka music-de-store are a company ready to go bust. I've seen it before. Stock advertised as in stock when it's not, no one answering the phone, goods not returned or repaired. Zero customer service. I was advised by one lady not to complain as will upset the management and make them less willing to refund my purchase. Avoid this sinking ship. You have been warned.
