do not order online from them. Phoned to cancel order last week as it had been 12 days without my product arriving. Was told the order would be cancelled and UPS would be contacted to return to sender. UPS turned up 5 days later with the package and I refused it. Speaking to DV247 customer service, they will not initiate a refund until either they get the product back in germany or the legal 14 days from which return was initiated has passed.... which apparently is not when I phoned 7 days ago but when UPS decided to initiate return 2 days ago. DV247 you should really start shipping from the UK and maybe not use UPS.... In the meantime folks go get your goods from Studiospares. Shipped from UK, next day delivery. If I knew that online orders get shipped from germany to begin with, I would never in a million years order from DV247 with all the brexit chaos for goods crossing borders! And honestly, if someone cancels an order because your courier is messing about and that person never takes possession of that product, you should refund immediately. This becomes a matter purely between you and your courier!

They ship from Germany, despite pretending to be UK company. They use UPS who cannot even track the order. They do not respond to any emails, whether sent to UK or Germany. Avoid. Ordered gear on 14 Jan, still no sign of it.

If I could give them no stars I would. The guitar was ok but not worth the 200 paid. The adaptor what absolutely shocking and totally unworkable. Returned my product and I’m having such a job getting my money back. Stay well clear!

Ordered something on the 18th of December and the delivery company delivered it to the wrong location on the 30th December. Since that time the customer support at DV247 has been terrible and they still haven't sorted it out despite knowing that I didn't receive the goods. This is a very bad company and you should avoid buying anything from them.

Horrific service, takes over a month for your purchase to arrive. They literally have to customer service to speak of, no one gets back in touch with you.

I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service and would advise you to please think carefully before ordering any DJ related equipment from this company. I purchased a Pioneer DDJ SX3 in April 20. It was the start of lockdown and I thought I would upgrade before gigs were back on. The controller worked fine but after 30/40 mins of use, the platter would became non-responsive. I have since returned the item twice and on the second occasion provided video evidence of the fault, only to be told there has been no problem found. It’s now 8 months later, I have no controller, no refund, replacement or credit - I’m having to seek advise on next steps!

Absolutely shocking company... Bought a very expensive item here refusing to accept a return and also refusing to allow me to transfer warranty to a new owner. AVOID. Anything happens after 30 days you are on you own, better off buying used than buying from here.

my subwoofer that i bought from them was making a crackling sound, called their customer service they advised to send it back i advised them i didnt have the original box they said package as best i could, did this wrapped the whole thing in fragile tape just to make sure it was treated kindly by their courier, had to chase them constantly to find out did they have it and how long was it going to take to be told that the sub arrived damaged and was my fault , the packaging had been ripped and the photos they sent looked like the sub had been kicked around by a rhino the sub on every corner was caved in, i advised them this was labled as fragile and was wrapped in loads of packaging and was told to send as best i could , their returns department ignored email after email eventually they said they would only fix the original issue and the sub would return back in the damaged state it was in i obviously tried to argue this only to have my emails ignored i am still chasing this and getting nowhere fast. When i first called them they were brilliant i was singing their praises at how easy this all was and was about to spend a lot of money with them upgrading sound cards and speakers in my studio even though they were slightly more expensive than other places i though well their customer service was brilliant so it would be worth it but how wrong i was. DO NOT EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY. I have repeatedly asked for a manager to get no response and i believe their returns department actually dropped this item so they didnt have to repair this due to the way this has been treated , my friend sent me a pair of adam a7 speakers sent via dpd in just a box with no packaging via Switzerland with one bit of tape on to hold the box in place and you know what they arrived perfectly no dings and no issues , it didnt even have fragile on the box so how can mine be treated so bad ! i am still chasing this even after they said a manager was looking into this and i have had no response from my emails AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Thiefs. Do not purchase from them. I ordered sound proofing from them so that I could use it to sound proof the home of a young autistic person that I care for. Did not arrive and told me that it was delivered, but it was not. They contacted the relevant department so, as I was desperate, I ordered more and asked them for a refund on the other stuff after they investigated. Never heard a thing. Am now making a small claim as they have just stopped responding to me. I told them why I needed it so desperately but they just did it care. Seriously poor company but mark my worlds they will not be getting away with this. Stay well clear.

Ordered an item from them. This was left dumped on my doorstep by the courier and stolen. Initially they got back to me quite quickly and asked me to fill in a form to send to their warehouse staff which I did. 7 days later I chased this up asking for timescales. No response. I follow this up with an email of complaint a week later. No response. I threatened to raise a complaint with tradiing standards. No response. I just want my refund and some compensation for my time and trouble. This company was quick to take my money. initially they were quick to respond. Now they are completely ignoring my emails. I've sent 4 emails since and it's been 16 days since I've had any response from them. I've now raised a complaint with Citizens Advice. I assumed this company was a good company. Unfortunately I'm finding to my cost they are not, and there's been a lot of negative reviews that show I'm not the only person they are messing around.

Ordered an Ableton controller and a Soundcraft mixer for my small home setup, received a payment email but no confirmation before reading bad online reviews so began to have my doubts. Called the order number online and dealt with Joanne Sells who was super helpful, sent a new confirmation email over straight away and advised that the equipment would be with me within a few days, to email her with any issues and supplied a DHL tracking number. Stuff turned up from their warehouse in Germany as advised, well packaged and without fault. The price for the two items came to around 40 quid less than other places, I thought i should write a positive review regarding my experience as there seems to be a few negative ones :)

Terrible company uk head mark Griffith's terrible service. Took 3 months of threatening legal action to get money back for faulty new expensive amp. I am not convinced this is a genuine company. Avoid at all costs they will take your money offer very little in terms of what you might think you are buying and try to keep your money. The theft Act 1968 was introduced and it seems apt for this company

Audio Interface that I bought from them broke after just 2 months. They took so long to reply to my emails that I just had to go ahead a buy a new from somewhere else because I needed it for my work as I'm working from home due to lockdown and couldn't work without it. I'd left countless voice messages and nobody had called me back. They are refusing to refund me because they said it's after the 30 day return period and will only repair it or exchange. I finally managed to get to speak to somebody in customer service who told me to get it repaired and then sell it online, probably for less than I'd paid for it and then LAUGHED AT ME. Shocking experience, do not buy from this company.

Refused a refund on an item that was broken because it had already passed the 30 day return period. They took a week to get to me and so I had to purchase a replacement because I needed it for work. HOW IS THAT MY FAULT. No acceptable.

DO NOT BUT FROM DV247! I pad over 2k for a synth on friday at 1600 , i get no order confirmation , so i ring a few times and get told all is ok don't worry while the b stock item is still listed for sale on their site! , i ring again Saturday and they have taken the item down now but still no order confirmation .Its now tuesday and i get an email saying you have to pay us another another £270 as we priced this item wrong ! or we refund you . so they have just completely messed me about and they could don't care less . the way i was spoken to was unreal , they honestly do not care about their customers they are snappy rude and i got no apology from them . I WILL NEVER USE DV247 AGAIN THEY ARE AN AWUFL COMPANY.

Had an item to return to Germany from the UK. I cant say anything bad here as the whole thing went very smoothly and I was refunded the full amount without question. Great help from Jo and the UK returns team too. I can only say it was a good experience. The unit I bought was not suitable for my needs. Not their fault. Thanks for the good service and I will be ordering from you again. .

After recently trying to purchase an item over £900 and going through the checkout procedure I was emailed to inform the would an "extra" £100 shipping fee because it was a freight item. The email said they didn't know this until after the order was placed, which nonsense as it clearly stated on the item description it was freight and mentioned no extra payment was needed. So they processed the order then tried to charge me £100 extra and lied to me in the process. I used to buy from them a lot but no more. I don't even mind the extra £100 it is the blatant lies that they "didn't know it was freight", when it clearly was advertised as such. Bye bye DV247 and Musicstore.

Just really bad overall, they will say things are in stock when they are not and at times they will flat out not send the things.
