Did not deliver on the day and time allocated. When my item arrived (solid oak wooden beam), it was a day late and damaged. Huge dint in hard oak wood! It was not handled with care or respect.

Courier lied as promised come back next day as couldn't wait 2min. Never came back and no refund too. Very poor service now. Was good before so very sad to see. Thanks Kindest Regards Saima/Sageer

Supposed to deliver yesterday nothing supposed to be today nothing, says it’s been delivered which hasn’t, I’ve never known a company like this, so aggravated

Failed to delivery passport twice!! Driver wouldn’t go up to my road as it’s one way? Lots of space to park this day, ups, Amazon and Royal Mail all delivered parcels to my neighbours today without any issues, what an embarrassment and waste of my 2 days. Sort out your Exeter drivers as this is a managerial problem

I had delivery from ebay booked with DX Delivery they suppose to deliver on Thursday , I'm a house bound person so no body came to deliver and I was tracking them all day and around 4 30 they messaged me that they attempted but nobody was there and they left a card which was absolutely lying so I booked it for next day along it to deliver to my neighbours still they did exactly the same nobody turned up but a message agin they couldn't deliver as nobody was at home ,then I got really annoyed so I rebooted it for Monday...on Monday morning I contacted them via webcam service and provided my contact number and directions and ask them to call me if they find it difficult they said they will pass all the details to driver I was tracking them all day every half am hour and at point they were only 5- 7 mins away from me and they changed the direction so anyway same thing happened I last tracked them around 4 30 they were about 20 mins away and shortly afterwards I received the same message they couldn't deliver, what an awful company and service someone surely not doing their job as they suppose to do ....I had to 2 time change handy persons appointment and at the end I just cancelled it ....really bad I wouldn't recommend to use this company at all ....

Despite seller daily-deals-ltd prominent labelling of the storage box as fragile it arrived significantly damaged. One of the longer panels Is cracked across one corner and the locating lugs partly shattered. Will provide seller with images of damage. Suspect in-transit damage as courier DX EXPRESS did not allow reasonable time for us to answer door before dumping parcel over our 9 foot side gate and allowing the parcel to fall on concrete surface.

Apparently delivered and signed for by myself.. What a load of rubbish NOT signed for by myself nor delivered to me. Been in touch with the company and as yet no response.. having read the terrible reviews not surprised..stay clear of DX very unreliable company

Two missed deliveries, cards apparently through doors-well must be using invisible cards cause its a load of rubbish. Tried home and work address to make it easier for the drivers, clearly are incompetent as they can find an office with giant letters above it. Delivered or tried to deliver to the wrong address despite my address being on there.

Poor service. My document was not delivered as promised. I was at home all day, waiting patiently for the delivery man . To my surprise, i received a text message informing that they were unable to deliver and advised I reschedule . I was shocked ,as no delivery man knocked on my door or rang the bell. However heeded to their advise and rescheduled for it to be delivered . After reading the negative reviews online,a call was immediately placed to their office and they promised to re-deliver on the same day but this never happened, even after placing several calls to their office To cut the long story short..... I had to go pick up my document from their office.

This is the worst delivery service and should be shut down!!!! Their service suck🤮🤮🤮 and they couldn’t be bothered about your concern!!!! I detest having to be sent my parcel through this hell of a delivery parcel. Over 5days, still a struggle to receive my parcel; even after cancelling work to stay home to receive my parcel; I am expected to hang around outside the house as they will never notify you but in a hurry to return the parcel!!! Useless company!!!

Signed for parcel was dumped about 30 streets away in the torrential rain outside a block of flats. Apparently signed for by myself but I never once seen the items.

Absolutely worst delivery company. I had to book 3 consecutive deliveries as they were trying to deliver I believe to an empty house. I was waiting in & then received a test sorry we missed you & a card as been posted. Called several times no answer just music . Sent 3 separate online communication about problems. Sent 3 emails to customer services. It was for a Bosch lawnmower brought via Screwfix but distributed via a Bosch choice of DX . So stressful, cancelled, found one on line £30 cheaper with Lawson , paid , it actually came next day no extra charge by DPD & left in y safe place.

I paid for next day delivery which was perfectly possible. Delivery should have been yesterday, Friday 15th March. This did not happen. Online chat took ages and still have no idea of when the delivery will actually happen. Useless service!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I left my porch open for the delivery, and my neighbour was in. My parcel was delivered 'by a black pole near my address'. No card through the door and DX are 'not able to share' the image of where the driver dumped my parcel. Genuinely couldn't be less helpful, although they did keep telling me to chase with the seller. Cannot believe they charge for this 'service'. AVOID!

I had my parcels delivered to the wrong address but DX insisted they had been signed for (they were left in someone elses garden 5 streets away) i had to take to social media and post the picture of they had taken of the persons door. Luckily they saw the post and contacted me so i could pick the items up. I have tried to contact DX with 'chat' and there is never an actual person available. I suffer from stress and anxiety so do not want to speak to a person directly. The email doesnt work either and apparently they do not have a complaints department. I have had no attempt to contact myself by them with an apology and will never use there service again.

I had a message that I will get my parcel delivered today so I was waiting for the parcel whole day in my home but finally I got the message that they unable to delivered, and want me to rebook. It is an emergency travel document from indian government, but they running this business like a joke and playing in someone's life.
