Lazy Company, Due to deliver between 0843-10.43, turned up at 0825 didn't ring the bell & put a card through the door stating no suitable location ( obviously a large car port doesn't count ).Next delivery in 4 day's, no good to me or the birds ! couldn't be bothered to come back in the correct time slot. Seems Jonathan didn't want to carry 25kg bird seed less than 3 minutes down the lane. SIGN OF THE TIMES

Full delivery address, admittedly sender had missed 1 number off the post code but I can find any postcode in 20 seconds,surely that's more efficient than taking it back to the depot. 4 days to deliver on next day delivery service.. Very poor, not the first time it's happened, hence the very,very low overall review ratings.

Why do companies use these dreadful courier companies? I waited in all day today, apparently delivery due between 3pm and 5pm. Was able to track Driver on map/tracking..although goodness knows why sometimes he showed one street away, next time I looked he had randomly gone miles out of the way!! 5pm arrives..parcel does not arive ..then all tracking ceases to work on the link and in email..Driver has disappeared into the ether!!. No explanation, no apology, no text re another delivery date. I shall be contacting the company I have purchased the items from tomorrow and seek a refund given they care so little about where the goods go once out of their warehouse. Tried calling by telephone and using DX express online chat form..pointless, no response

DX have just delivered our new bed and mattress from their LEEDS Hub. They arrived 10 minutes early and were extremely helpful and courteous. The furniture was delivered in meticulous condition, the chaps used boot protectors to carefully navigate through the house to deliver all packages to the intended room and left without any damage being caused to our property. Unlike other popular courier companies, both DX and Wayne / Richard ensured I received service that far exceeded my already high expectations! Thank you again, DX.

Absolutely awful delivery company!!! I don't know why companies keep using them to deliver items!! The companies that use DX are getting a bad name for themselves!!! Every parcel is late or damaged !! Expected delivery two days ago but still no sign of it.

Company is a joke Lazy driver comes on his own without notice. Demanding I help him get my item out instead of bringing another colleague. Then refuses to take it in I'm just glad the item is intact Felt like I dealt with a 12 year old boy

Shocking, parcel out for delivery 2 days in a row (24 hrs servjce) only to be scanned back into warehouse at the end of the day (driver couldn't complete route!) Then stated they don't deliver on Saturday? I thought we were in 2024nit 1998

Delivered kitchen units damaged, ordered replacement which also came damaged and they delivered to address 200 miles away. They didn't turn up on day specified then tried without notifying

Important document to be received from Edinburgh to cumbria, 4days yet to deliver ,less than 3 hours car journey by walk also it won't take 2 days but 4days yet to deliver, called customer care ,not connected, sent mail no response, horrible

Awful . Parcel not collected for 4 days. Driver's hours 2 times, not turned up one day, no ticket for another day. Parcel still here.

Awful infrastructure and service. Driver left without ringing my buzzer two days in a row. The customer service agemt wasnt helpful and told me that "hopefully someone will get in touch" they of course didn't. It's super difficult to talk to anyone on the phone and unlike other delivery companies, it's impossible to give them your delivery preferences ahead of time.

I’d give a 0 star if that was an option Incompetent, disgraceful service and impossible to get a response They were told TWICE not to deliver before 4pm and 3 times they have tried to deliver before 4pm- they were even told to contact a person to tell them when they were on their way and they couldn’t even do that- never had an experience like it -DISGRACEFUL

Avoid using, failed in delivering a parcel yesterday. So say left a card which technically this never happened not at my address anyway plus I was at home. or the drive couldn't be bothered to deliver.

Overnight Delivery paid for by DX by the business that I placed an order with. Not received. Firstly, DX state it was on the wrong van. The following day it was not loaded on a van, but tracking shows that it was out for delivery. - A driver stopped at my house with someone else's exhaust system in his hand, before throwing that back in his van. - (I would be amazed if someone hasn't received a dented?damaged exhaust system!) - He then confirmed that he had nothing for me, but recorded on DX Tracking that he had left a card, despite that we had a conversation? We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. - As he left, the driver did a Formula 1 start, turning round and driving across the lawn of the house opposite to us! I would also give zero starts if it were possible. How do businesses like this keep going?
