I applied for my passport renewal through VFS at London. Waited 5 weeks for the delivery of my passport which is supposed to arrive at 3 weeks. Then come to know that Dx messed up my delivery. When contacted them, after several exchanges through emails and online chat facility , they finally replied by saying that they sent the passport back to sender. Had to go to VFS office at London for the collection of passport. Such an unreliable courier service, there was absolutely no contact from them during any stages of delivery eventhough I was given my address and phone number correctly on the parcel cover. Checked the track history and it said they made 2 attempts to deliver and calling card was left which is a blatant lie.

Full of lies! Received messages saying delivery attempted and calling card left. There was no attempt! Spent two days waiting at home and nothing arrived! This company is full of lies! Poor customer service and this company is a scam! I cannot believe VFS use such awful delivery company for passport delivery. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOKE?!!!!

This is the second time I have been notified that my special signed only parcel will arrive in NORWICH and then the Norwich delivery person Daniel does not ring the doorbell nor knock or anything whatsoever and then I receive an email that a delivery was attempted despite zero attempts being made!!!!! I have been waiting for my URGENT parcel for longer than a week now with no help at all from DX Delivery and the delivery person doesn't even ring the apartment telecom/bell, come up to the door and knock or do anything helpful to deliver the parcel and receive my signature. I am now being requested via email to reschedule my delivery ONCE AGAIN. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have to give at least one star to leave a review. They don't even deserve one star. This is the third day I've wasted waiting for this parcel - now I get a 'sorry we missed you' text, when nobody called or rang the buzzer, and they also haven't bothered delivering the alternative address I provided.

There are some 'bad eggs' in this company. They should not be used to delivery goods from 'great companies', as things keep going missing. An item from a retuable company was despatched to them and DX gave me a delivwry time and date. When the actual delivery date arrived I was told that they hadn't received the goods so couldn't deliver..... Some 'light fingers' somewhere in the warehouse or did it fall off the back of the van?

Took day of to await my delivery which was given a two hour time slot . Delivery did not manifest and tracking of van suddenly disappeared and status changed to all day delivery . It’s now 7pm and still no sign despite being assured by depot it’s still en route . Jokers !

Delivery yesterday didn't show up said insufficient address? Then today posted for re delivery between 12 and 3, waited all day no delivery, now tracking is showing all day delivery slot. My address is easy to find, I have a ring door bell nobody's even attempted delivery, there's a place to park a massive van if needed..really no excuse. And can't contact anyone either. p

Failed deliveries, said they had been and the office was closed but on CCTV no sign of DX. No contact from the driver. Completely useless. I'll make sure the parts aren't ordered if they are used again. Poor management.

Delivery either never shows up or they ring for 1 second and immediately leave without even a card. Saw them do it on the camera as I was going out the door.

Absolute rubbish. Text re delivery and map displayed. Then map disappeared and no delivery. Same again today but no map and no delivery

Would give no stars but can't do that on here. DX is the most useless delivery service available. My parcel was out for delivery last Friday between 15:32 and 17:32. Not a chance of that happening when the parcel is in storage in Bristol at 16:14! No explanation, apologies or when to expect my parcel given. Today is the following Monday and yet again I get a message to expect my parcel between 16:00 and 18:00 and low and behold it's in storage in Bristol by 17:00. No attempt or even chance of it getting delivered. When you make and enquiry DX don't even bother to read or respond to it. Useless company, awful service, abysmal customer service and a complete joke. Utter waste of time, try not to use if you can help it.

Hopeless. 3 day delivery , still not here after 7 days, no way of contacting as they NEVER pick up the phone , wasn’t my choice to use these clowns and I never will. AVOID AVOID!

Put on my delivery leave on shed behind gate as was not going to be in. The driver ran my bell and I asked him to leave it through the gate speaking through my ring doorbell. He said no and left with it. I told him we were only 5 minutes away. I don't know how people go on if they are at work

Lazy Company, Due to deliver between 0843-10.43, turned up at 0825 didn't ring the bell & put a card through the door stating no suitable location ( obviously a large car port doesn't count ).Next delivery in 4 day's, no good to me or the birds ! couldn't be bothered to come back in the correct time slot. Seems Jonathan didn't want to carry 25kg bird seed less than 3 minutes down the lane. SIGN OF THE TIMES

Full delivery address, admittedly sender had missed 1 number off the post code but I can find any postcode in 20 seconds,surely that's more efficient than taking it back to the depot. 4 days to deliver on next day delivery service.. Very poor, not the first time it's happened, hence the very,very low overall review ratings.

Why do companies use these dreadful courier companies? I waited in all day today, apparently delivery due between 3pm and 5pm. Was able to track Driver on map/tracking..although goodness knows why sometimes he showed one street away, next time I looked he had randomly gone miles out of the way!! 5pm arrives..parcel does not arive ..then all tracking ceases to work on the link and in email..Driver has disappeared into the ether!!. No explanation, no apology, no text re another delivery date. I shall be contacting the company I have purchased the items from tomorrow and seek a refund given they care so little about where the goods go once out of their warehouse. Tried calling by telephone and using DX express online chat form..pointless, no response
