Overnight Delivery paid for by DX by the business that I placed an order with. Not received. Firstly, DX state it was on the wrong van. The following day it was not loaded on a van, but tracking shows that it was out for delivery. - A driver stopped at my house with someone else's exhaust system in his hand, before throwing that back in his van. - (I would be amazed if someone hasn't received a dented?damaged exhaust system!) - He then confirmed that he had nothing for me, but recorded on DX Tracking that he had left a card, despite that we had a conversation? We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. - As he left, the driver did a Formula 1 start, turning round and driving across the lawn of the house opposite to us! I would also give zero starts if it were possible. How do businesses like this keep going?

A small business parcel left Kent Monday 19th August with DX. Through tracking I found it had arrived in Belfast depot morning of Wednesday 21st and said it was out for delivery. I rang Thursday to be told it would be definitely be delivered that day. Friday 23rd they said it was out for delivery....it eventually arrived Monday 26th. Due to the urgency of the parcel a second was dispatched on Friday 23rd by Royal Mail which arrived Saturday 24th morning at 11am!!!! I will NEVER use DX again !!!!

For 2 weeks now I have been waiting for a delivery from there Slough hub from Wickes they first said the product was damaged and had to be taken back,but couldn't knock on my door to explain this to me, but they never even signed it out for delivery then they said it would be delivered the next day again nothing, yet again saying it had been damaged before leaving the hub, but no text or phone call or text to tell me it wasn't coming out, again not signed out, but it definitely would be delivered the next working day, then the next they said it was damaged on route but again no text or phone call to tell me they weren't coming the same thing happened 3 days in a row then because it bank holiday weekend then next working day is Tuesday let's hope it's delivered then or I may have to look into suing them and Wickes for the de-stress caused by the way they have both treated a disabled person and how I have had to cancel hospital and doctors appointments and how I have not been able to leave my house because my driveway is blocked with mud, waiting for them to get my delivery to me!!!

I waited for 4 days for my parcel to be delivered. They did not turn up at the specified time and kept changing the delivery to the following day. On day four of waiting in it finally arrived. I have known such a poor service.

Multiple collection failures. Collection booking was not properly entered onto system. Next attempt, driver took picture of the driveway and stuck a card in the gate. Third attempt, due 10.30-12.00 (11.40 he has neither arrived nor called), they finish work at 12.00 so it looks like there won’t be a pick up today either. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH and suspect all excuses given are untrue. This business should be investigated/closed down.

Pretty much agreeing with everyone on here. DX Express gave me a delivery time, I waited in 2 hours prior to delivery time, watching expectedly out of the window, as it was an item I desperately needed, only to have a surprise message saying they had attempted delivery and I would need to reschedule, send thirty minutes prior to expected delivery time. This message was a complete lie, no one attempted delivery and I fully believe they were never going to deliver until after the bank holiday. Won't be using either MDP Supplies until they change from a dishonest delivery service to an honest one.

My parcel was not delivered on the time or date of the signature stated, and the delivery driver seems to have made up a name and signatory for someone who clearly doesn't exist. He just put the name as the first word on the address and signed it with a squiggle, i confirmed with everyone in the address and no such person exist here nor does anyone have this signature. On top of this DX seems to be giving me the run around by saying it is the responsibility of the sender to raise a dispute with them as the are contracted by the sender, but this is irrelevant for me as you as the courier company show be aware of where my parcel is and if not should speak to your delivery drivers and find out where it is. Why do I have to go and call different people to find a parcel that you advertise yourselves to be able to deliver?

Got a text about delivery time first one said between 6 am to 6 pm. 2nd text said between 10.30 and 12.30 but later text said they had tried to deliver and had put a note through the door but there was no note. Then told couldn't deliver till next day which was too late for me so I cancelled but have been receiving daily texts telling me that it's being delivered every subsequent day despite texting you and doing on line chat and phoning. Just managed to confirm that it is being returned to Wicks. Think your service needs improving Michele Smith

DX Express are quite possibly the worst the delivery company I have ever experienced. They keep saying they will deliver your item, but never do. Their contact centre is all automated and you cannot speak to a human. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for next day delivery which never turned up rearranged for the following day was given a time between 12 20 and 2.30 has not arrived. Very poor service will advise others.

Worse logistic by a guy called Paul lazy and couldn't even deliver the items up the stairs. Damaged the box. Avoid this company

DX has to be one of the worst couriers about. 1st attempt they could not find my house. House is clearly numbered and sat nav takes you to our lane. 2nd attempt, they claimed we where not home because they couldn't open an unlocked lane gate. 3rd attempt no show. You have to treat this courier like a new born baby, wait for them at the end of the road and walk them to your door by the hand. Literally every where courier can manage to deliver here on a daily bases. Please just close down and give up, you are in the wrong industry.

Very bad experience Very bad experience. They were supposed to deliver something to me. The lady came to my home and left without calling me, despite giving them my phone number. I asked them to deliver it again on a different day. I tried to contact them using their website to ask them to call me when they come again, and they replied more than a week by asking my phone number (I already gave them my phone number). When they came the next time, I waited in front of the building and the man gave me the delivery without asking for my signature or any ID. The question is, if you didn't need my signature or any ID, why you didn't leave it in the mailbox the first time? Also, why you didn't reply to my customer service request

Awful, didn't deliver on time, got a message to tell us that it cant be delivered. However, our neighbour at the end of the street received the package. It was just dumped infront of his gate. The box was damaged too.

If I could give this bogus company -1000 stars I would. If you see that DX is delivering your parcel don’t ever expect to receive it. Ordered next day delivery and received a week later. Drivers are lazy and can’t be asked to do their simple jobs; they will sign off early and not deliver at the time that has been promised. Furthermore the customer support team are awful just like the whole company itself. Avoid at all costs!
