“Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Still awaiting my delivery after arriving in Belfast on the 4th of February. Zero communication from DX, hung up on 8 times after being transferred to other call handlers. Zero response to online messages. Not the 1st time this has happened with DX. But this will definitely be the last! Any company using them in the future, order will be cancelled or I will hire DPD to do the job in less than 3 days.”

“Never heard of DX until a week ago when I ordered a parcel from a small company on eBay, delivery attempted on 6th even though initially eBay listing said between 7th & 8th, no knock at the door so no parcel delivered, rescheduled for the 7th same thing happens no one came to the door, rescheduled for 11th, left notes out this time to direct driver to the door, no delivery attempted again. Didn’t bother rescheduling as got fed up and ordered elsewhere instead. Text this morning to say delivery between 3:20pm + 5.20pm - nothing as of yet (4:56pm) but not hopefully it’ll arrive in the next 24 minutes either”

“I am not sure why we cannot give no stars. We have rushed home to be here for the delivery slot. Then a text to say 'sorry we missed you'. A complete lie as we are at home just for this delivery. Of course no card was left because they weren't here. Will complain to the company that uses them.”

“Was told delivery was today Friday 7th as this delivery was for a 50th birthday gift for Sat 8th. Contacted the courier and was told item was not on van and would now be Monday 😡 Absolutley raging about this. Deffo would never use this company 0 ⭐️ from me 👎”

“Paid for overnight for Saturday shipping and company used this courier. Paid at 12pm Friday Afternoon, was accepted by them at 3pm and sitting in a vin since 11pm. It is now 8pm on Saturday and absolutely no movement or contact from them. Disgraceful”

“Absolutely awful company. Send you an email saying delivery is between 8AM and 6PM. Very precise you notice. When you go to track the parcel the tracking is not working! Customer service non existent. Giving 1 star us being generous. To all suppliers usind DX just spare your customers and use someone else.”

“Had DX a few times now and i must say i have not had any items damaged. had a upvc window sill today via trulypvc off ebay and alls good. it was originally scheduled for yesterday 28th 1st 25 so i rescheduled it for today thurs 30th 1st 25. and they texted saying it would be between 4.50pm and 5.50pm. they arrived with it at 10am which is even better and it worked in well for me and them too. can.t fault them at all. 😉👍”

“What can I add to the numerous bad reviews of this company? They had my package for eight days without delivering it. Their website informed me that it was out for delivery twice and rescheduled six times. They even claimed that on one occasion they left a calling card. This was not true. I eventually persuaded the company that sent the package to get DX to return it to sender. DX actually managed to do this, although it took them a further three days. It was then dispatched again via FedEx, and I got it within 24 hours.”

“Terrible service, I am shocked that anyone would use this company. They fabricate delivery times, lie about delivery methods and are not answerable for their rubbish delivery drivers who are paid not to deliver it seems.”

“Awful! Came to collect passport. Long queue of 20-30 people waiting. Closed the doors sharp. No warning as all to people outside waiting in the cold or that they wouldn't be seen. Also no warning of this in their emails. One star is too high for them.”
