DX driver marked my parcel as "delivery attempted, card left". But it turns out the truth was, that he couldn't find my house (even though the house name is on a sign on the street) and so he just checked it off as delivery attempted and returned it to depot. I got a nice & prompt apology from the complaints department at DX who admitted this is what had happened, but no explanation of what retraining or disciplinary action the driver would face. They asked me to draw a map to email them, to help the driver find the house. They said 'these things happen' with a business. Well, they shouldn't. Raise your standards out of the gutter, DX. I've lived here for 15 years and every other delivery driver can follow a postcode search then pick which one of four cottages has the right name sign outside.

This company is the worst company ever for delivery with lazy and lying delivery persons. Today my wife has taken time off from work and paid £100 for an appointment for tomorrow where she would need a document which was in the delivery with Lawrence between 4-6pm. She has been home waiting and constantly checking the delivery and tracking update. This guy decided that he can’t make the 5-9mins drive from the last available location from the same town where we are living!!!! 1st the delivery update said he is behind and after a few mins update again simply just lied and said that he has left a calling card where we were just waiting for him and he has never even shown up. People like this should be fired as this is a paid service and delivery for DX which means they unable to delivery a service people paying for. When you are trying to contact them there is no one to speak with to email to or chat with. We expect full refund for the delivery and also a compensation for the £100 appointment for tomorrow but I hope Lawrence is happy and enjoying his beer.

Awaited delivery for 10 hours didn't turn up got in touch with the supplier who told me that the van had broke down very convenient 2 days later still saying will deliver on Friday 26th so I don't know if I will ever get my item

Avoid this company for urgent deliveries. Waited in for an urgent delivery, no card left through the door to say they had tried, no attempt made to deliver to neighbours. Company claims they tried to deliver.

I have been expecting a delivery, received an email to get in touch with dx and can't even contact them. Sent numerous messages and emails got nothing, the live chat doesn't work and the phone numbers are automated. Useless company.

The driver delivered to wrong address, got a number wrong on the postcode. Instead of delivering to mk43, delivered to mk42! Been waiting for this delivery for a while. Would never recommend a place like this that can get something so simple wrong! DO BETTER.

The driver would not give me my package because I wouldn’t open my front door and let him take a photo. I came out of my back gate and met him on the drive, I explained that I have a dog behind the door so could not open it, I offered to let him take a photo of me holding the package but he just shouted at me and through it back in the van and left. Two phone calls to depo to complain, nothing done and my package sent back to sender saying something was wrong with my address.

Complete scam. Said they left a calling card- lie. No time slot for the redelivery. No helpline and no advisors on their "live chat"

Honestly, I would prefer to give a negative star, they don't deserve even a half star! Shocking service from DX Express, been waiting for my parcel from Blinds Direct for over a month, and now this company is in possession of my goods. I was told the driver tried to deliver but couldn't find the address, so I had to rearrange. Only to be faced with the exact thing the next day. I was tracking the driver all morning via their tracking link, yet no delivery... They sent me a message to say that the driver left a note to say they've tried to deliver, which is simply untrue, as me and me partner both have been at home all the time. Shocking customer service, impossible to speak to an actual human being, all automated and their live chat is just a joke, I could as well talk to a brick wall and get more answers. Absolute disgrace and incompetence.

Haha, absolute jokers and thieves. Checked tracking in morning, out for delivery. Next minute, tracking changes to we have delivered your parcel to your neighbour at no. 36 and to check calling card. Hold on a minute I live at no. 36 so how is this even possible. No calling card - nothing. Sender managed to get through to courier who said he had made a mistake and had delivered it to my neighbour at no. 35. Again, this was a blatant lie. I hope the driver enjoys my £600 turntable which I'm clearly never going to get. Please anybody sending anything - DO NOT USE DX!!!!!!!!!!

Two boxes delivered to my doorstep whilst I was away on holiday. There was no communication and the boxes contained curtains worth over £3000.00. Boxes clearly marked “signature” obviously no signature obtained. Dreadful service. Luckily boxes discovered by a passing friend who took them in. Why any self-respecting trader would use DX I do not know.

Dreadful service.Told I was out when I was most definitely in.They said they knocked and no one knocked. Virtually impossible to contact to arrange re delivery the same day.Hopeless .Why couldn’t they leave parcel on the step like everyone else does .Infuriating

i was sent email by DX saying my parcel will be delivered today between 8-18:00 and i waited all day and nothing was delivered. i contacted DX and their phone says you can only rebook and you cant speak to an agent, instead they suggested me i should use live chat, which proved its virtual and agents. it did not even recognise simple questions like when my parcel will be delivered and please confirm it was today? i wasted whole day waiting and no customer service is available on the phone only automated re-booking system. very badly run company with no regard to its customers.

A 3 box delivery , only delivered first box with no update. Second update says its on the delivery van and have stayed home all day with no delivery. Shockingly bad

This is my review and how I was treated by this company: (Original Tracking Number: W0982688 - Not received any other tracking number only time slot emails) Super disappointed, read a few good reviews online thinking it would be fine but, Almost 3 weeks since my order and 4 deliveries later still nothing here!!! This is an absolute joke, I've skipped 4 days of work to wait for these deliveries for nothing to turn up. I was meant to receive my 2 sofas from Furniture Choice on the 9th July no one turned up, no communication from DX no email to tell me the that it was not going to come out. All I received was a text saying there was a delay bear in mind this was at 10:00am and the delivery time slot was between 4-6pm. That went flying by and I decided to call and see what happened. I called waited over half an hour to be told it has been misplaced in the depot even though it was scanned on the back of a van, my brain cannot comprehend how you manage to misplace 2 large sofas. After this I heard that it had been taken off the van!! What I do not understand is how they operate because when I called the call centre they could not get through to depot team, so you cannot get an update which is just great! Second time time slots given but no communication until the guys call me and tell me they have damaged the sofa, I understand that goods can be damaged during transit but usually it's due to incompetence of placing the good in the van in the first place!!! 3rd time was yesterday when they arrived, firstly, I met both of drivers and told me that they would come up the road but instead of doing that, they just left and put a note on the system that person was not home and they left a card!!! Having called the company, they had told me they do not stop on red routes which is understandable however, literally out side my main door is bus lanes which have loading and unloading bays that allow you at anytime to load and unload and also the corner of my house also has the same loading zone and unloading zone. I just don't understand, I have never this many issues to deal with for 2 sofas!!! I have been seriously patient so far Thursday 21st July will be the 4th try and if that fails, I will just ask for a refund from Furniture Choice. It came down to the point of me asking Furniture Choice if they could send it via another courier, whom I was willing to pay for. Unfortunately due to their contract with DX they couldn't send it with anyone. Will not be ever using this company again!! I will also find out which companies they affiliate with in order to ensure that they can never handle one of my goods again!!! (Will keep you updated once my goods have been delivered) (Original Tracking Number: W0982688 - Not received any other tracking number only time slot emails) The update: at the moment the time slot went by over 2 hours ago I will be cancelling the order. This is actually shameful and disgusting from this corporation. I am actually in awe at the moment no call or message no email to update. I will be taking this higher up. 4 times to deliver 4 times they have failed. I mean I don't understand what is actually wrong with company. I do not want to go there but this is now a breach of the Consumers Act 2015 ("Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.") I will absolutely taking this up further it seems that this company is so busy that they do not care about customers. I hope the CEO of DX Delivery sees this review! I will try everything in my power to show what type of company this is in the publics eye. No wonder most people and companies decide to use their competitors i.e Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, Evri. I will never use this company again, the saddest thing is the infrastructure and how this company is run. Imagine trying to get through to someone only to find out no updates can be given, because things can be scanned, misplaced, not delivered, damaged the list goes on. Update 2: I’ve called Furniture Choice who told me they couldn’t deliver it today and that it had been booked for Sunday. The lady over the phone was confused as she was saying, “They don’t deliver on Sundays”. I have cancelled the order and they completely understood and were shocked that I’ve had to go through this and will be discussing it with DX during their weekly or monthly meetings. She didn’t understand how no one has been in contact and didn’t even make them aware that the delivery date had changed. I hope everyone looks at this, this is the type of service DX Delivery have with not only customers but the companies they work with. I mean instead of showing parcels, lorries and vans on your website change the motto to, “use another courier because if you use us we won’t give your goods”. Please avoid at all cost as unless you want to be given the run around. Just to end this off, what a shame honestly

If I had the chance, I would've left no stars at all. Absolutely hideous company. Today is now the 3rd day of sitting in waiting... Apparently a delivery attempt was made Monday and a calling card left, lies. I was home all day and no card was left. I re arranged delivery for Tuesday, tracker said between 2.18 and 4.18.... Nothing. No update no explanation. According to the tracking its due to arrive today, but it has said that every day so far! Do they honestly think people have nothing better to do than wait around daily for them? Customer service is hideous, automated phone so you can't have a conversation. No upsdates via text or email literally just pot luck!! Hermes have always been amazing when delivering to me. This cowboy company could take a few tips from them!!!

Totally incompetent. They keep trying to deliver to an address 18 miles away. Someone created this address and put it over the correct addressed sticker. Haven’t responded to multiple requests from myself and sender to sort the muddle out. Digital options are too narrow to select a suitable category. I needed to say ‘you have the wrong address’ but couldn’t. Apparently I have requested a redelivery to this wrong address a few times - not made one! The X in DX is supposed to stand for ‘excellence’. I’m still waiting for a glimmer of excellence or even a parcel!
