The driver did not even come to our door he put the could not deliver card in the post box, my husband was even walking down the drive but he just took off, I waited in our lane for him to come back and when he did he wasn't going to stop until I stood in the road to stop him passing, such a rude guy. If there was a 0 I would of given that.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Waited in morning for courier then received a text that they come between 1 and 3. They never turned up. I've babysat this parcel all day and when I attempted live chat with the company they are all bots who repeat the same things. I'm ready to sue this company I'm so annoyed with them. Don't use them, avoid avoid avoid.

Delivery was supposed to be today between 16.45 and 18.45. Went online to track and was informed a delivery was unsuccessful at 16.25 and a calling card left. No one has tried to deliver, I have been here all afternoon, no calling card left. Delivery driver has lied. I have rebooked for tomorrow, let's hope a more honest delivery driver is on duty. Shame on DX and the extremely poor service they offer. As yet, no communication from DX despite sending an email to them. Live chat also not available.

This courier can’t find an easy address with a post code, telephone number, explicit instructions and a landmark (a hotel right next to the sea). 3 dates have been given with a time to be delivered then “sorry we missed you”. When I was at home - waiting for the parcel. Tried to speak to the online live chat just to be cut off! I asked another courier yesterday when he was delivering and he said it was one of the easiest addresses to find as it’s a small estate next to the sea with one road in and one road out. Heaven help anyone with a slightly unusual address!

Told it will delivered 10/10/ 23 by 8pm latest , no delivery ,11/10/23 rang office they said it will be delivered by 5-30 7pm no delivery

Never turned up, kept a eye on delivery map was only 2 mins away then driver just disappeared. No communication a wast of 3 hours!!!

This company is a joke! Parcel was not collected for 3 days! On 1st day driver decided not to come. On 2nd and 3rd day depot didn't mark my parcel for collection, but when you check tracking it's marked in transit waiting to be out for delivery! So obviously someone is lying!!!! RUBBISH!!

The delivery service from this company was absolutely appalling, and probably the worst experience I have ever had from a delivery company. I got a message to say the consignment would arrive between 8am and 6pm on Friday last week, so I arranged to work from home and waited in all day for it. They didn’t turn up at all and didn’t contact me at any point. I searched online for their customer service details and sent a message asking them to contact me. The company ignored that message and instead delivered the consignment (which is very bulky) today to a neighbour while I was out, and the neighbour then left it on my front path where I found it on arriving home this evening. The company has also handled the consignment quite roughly because the packaging for the 3m corrugated roof panels was hanging off and the edges were scratched.

Utterly incompetent company. Failed to deliver and "customer service" line cuts off after 25 minutes wait without any answer. Avoid at all costs

So far I have joined the ranks of people who can not get a telephone answer and the chat is useless, my item is due for delivery Saturday and I know from other reviews, DX do not deliver on Saturday's and do not deliver to this area so will use a partner courier, but I can't get through to find out who that will be! Like so many reviews , if I had known who the couriers was I would not have ordered from this company.

Total shambles said they couldn’t deliver as no one in,we were in all day,tried contacting them absolute waste of time they should be reported ,why Amazon use these people I don’t know

First attempted delivery the claim was nobody at home, left calling card. Second attempted delivery absolutely nothing all day, the tracking kept saying on the vehicle and now says returned to depot. Now,apparently, I have requested another delivery date which must have been when I was sleeping. I am so clever. I have lost 2 days waiting at home for the delivery, this is a car part of which the garage has now stated unable to fit until Monday (assuming I do receive the part) so I have lost the car for the weekend. Fantastic.

Rubbish company dont bother if you need something urgent their drivers pretend they have tried to deliver and left a card whrn they dont waiting in all week now same excuses

Told my item from Wickes was going to arrive before 12 noon. At 18.37 I am still awaiting my delivery. The question is will I get it tomorrow or will I ever get it from this delivery company.

On the original delivery date they told me they 'couldn't access the property' (someone was in all day), then failed to show up for the two successive redeliveries. Total lack of communication from them, and the absolute worst customer service I've encountered - live chat on the website only works sporadically, and impossible to get anyone on the phone. My parcel still hasn't arrived. Would actively avoid ordering from anywhere that uses DX as couriers.

This company are an utter joke. Absolute farcical entity. Blatantly lied about attempting to deliver a very important item today, despite us having Ring camera doorbell which proves nobody came at the time they supposedly attempted delivery. No contact number to call except a bot which hangs up on you. The live chat is barely functional and I eventually got through to what must’ve been a teenage minimum wage IT worker. I kicked up a fuss and now I’ve been told I’ll receive a ‘call’ from the support team but no guarantee the driver will come back. No explanation. No apology. Err come back? That would suggest they came in the first place. Reading these reviews, it sounds like DC are notorious for being dishonest and misleading. Let’s see what happens. I’ll be submitting a formal complaint but no doubt it’ll fall on deaf ears. I really wish we could know in advance if a retailer chooses DX as their courier, so we could steer well clear.

Horrendous company Horrendous company. Made an order through Wickes. The driver did not turn up despite waiting all day Monday, then suddenly at 10pm, marked my order as delivered. No goods. Made a complaint and was tracked to Tuesday, no show again having waited all day, then tracked to Wednesday, still no show. Fraudulent company needs to be investigated. Total incompetence, drivers and company thieving all building supplies. This is not a delivery company but a den of thieves.
