Just left a laptop on my doorstep despite the fact that it should have been signed for. When I contacted their customer services they just fobbed me off and told me to contact the seller.

Terrible company. I would never use this company if I had choice and I really suggest to no one use. Had rearranged to get my parcel delivered to my work address today and I've been informed on the confirmation email that I would be between 9 and 5PM. After 5pm I called the to HQ and I've been informed to call to the Midlands service. Called to the Midlands service and I've been informed that there was a delay and it would be delivered until 6. My company shuts 5.30 and I sat from 5.30 to 6 PM in front of the company door waiting for the driver. It was 5.40 when I decided to call again and for my surprise the midlands number was saying that they were facing "technical issues" and because of that I called again to the HQ and they tried to transfer and transfer me and no one helped. I called again and from 6PM on the phone from HQ and Midlands give the same message that the office is closed. Bottom line of all this: this company have NO RESPECT for it's customers. They were not even able to set a message saying they have left the office earlier. I don't even received a message/email about not being able to delivery my parcel. Only thing I can think is that company lost it.

Absolutely useless company. Deliver to my work but require proof of my identity and the identity of the person in the mailroom. No pick up locations. Machine answered telephone line that hang up on you. Are you joking??

Pretty poor courier service - tracking function is very limited, with no pre-warning when delivery will be made, other than on the morning of delivery, which is not much help if you have no idea when to expect the delivery. The delivery slot is 9-5, which isn't very helpful for people living in the 21st century that can't be at home all day. No option to change the delivery date or location without having to call the company - I called the general inquiry number, held for about ten minutes, then was told I needed to contact the local depot instead. Unlike many other courier services, there's no option to pick a parcel up from a collection point, other than their limited range of personal depots. Compared to a lot of other courier services, DX seems very limited and out-dated. I wouldn't use if you have another choice.

Absolute trash. Make promises to deliver and then just dont. 3rd day now, still no parcel. Took time off work, and had a family member wait in all day for them. Empty promises.

A delivery company that doesn't deliver! Cannot read a sign stating "is signature is required go to neighbour at" Or simply couldn't be bothered, either way the result was the same. Their call handlers are non-existant, automated response says agent unavailable send email then hangs up. Their live chat agents are rude. Told I should be available 9am-5pm to sign for package, some of us have to work 7am-6pm. EVERY day. Hence the note on the door! I wouldn't trust this company to move thin air.

The worst delievery company. Did not deliver by 5pm. Told me twice to wait first till 6pm, then 8pm. Nothing arrived. The following day instead of rearranging told me to wait till 8pm. Only expensive telephone line 0333... or chat that is not always working. DO NOT USE THEM.

The parcel delivery was postponed without any notice. Their excuse was "we cannot give exact / estimated time for arrival due to the nature of what we deliver". It is just a ventilator. The tracking number of course is not working on their web. This company is a joke. Do not use them

Never use their services. They lie they will deliever and they just dont turn up. You cant pick it up yourself (as their depo is very far), they dont provide time slots for delivery , they don't deliever to the neighbours ...there isn't really a way to get hold of your parcel. Waisted 3 full days waiting for them and they never came...never called or try to contact mits also very hard to speak to them as they dont pick up the phone.

What an absolute joke of a delivery company. On Christmas eve (I had paid for express delivery to arrive before Christmas) I get an email saying my parcel will be delivered between 8-6pm, which was fine. I remained in. No delivery was attempted all day. There was no call fro the driver, no calling card was left, DX obviously did not even try. When I rang they could give no explanation about why the delivery had not been attempted. The wanted to 'confirm my address', but it was the same with what they had and I get deliveries often enough to know there was not an issue with my address. I arranged for a redelivery, which was yesterday, but with the proviso that i wouldn't be in for it, was that okay? Yes it was, that was fine. Yesterday I get home and find a calling card. All this card has on is my name, the date hasn't been filled, the time hasn't been filed, and there is no indication why they were unable to deliver it, only miscellaneous scrawls indicating nothing about whether it was too large, signature needed or even whether it had in fact been left with a neighbour etc, because there are literally just random pen marks on this calling card. So i ring again. Am unhelpfully told I wasn't in for the delivery. Yes, I know. And you knew as well because I told you that. Turns out they need a signature, so I have it rearranged for my work, today. I am literally sitting at my desk when the email comes through saying they were unable to deliver which is the most ridiculour BS, I am here, other people are getting deliveries from DPD delivery so there clearly isnt an access issue, no one tried to call me, so I call up and appartently the driver is now comoing back to reattempt delivery. We shall see if that happens or what the next ludicrous excuse will be. But honestly, this company, how difficult is it to deliver things????

these people are cowboys and idiots they will not deliver what has been advertised on their website, also they will commit fraud since their website is not secure, meaning that credit or debit card information entered could very easily be sold to 3rd parties resulting in fraudulent charges,SO MY BEST PIECE OF ADVICE IS TO STEER WELL CLEAR FROM THIS WEBSITE

Like all other says: Do not use this company. Left a card instead knock my door or press door bell. I was Asking for depot address and I I got it’s their customer told me their driver don’t get paid unless the packages been delivered. Ok maybe they give their drivers more than what their drivers can manage and their drivers not even bother to spend 1/2 second to look for a door bell or spend another 5 seconds to knock and wait , instead they just waste their by writing a card silently and leave . My dog barks all the time when people approach my door area but this time my dog did nothing. Obviously DX must trained their drivers like ninja so they can earn this extra £5.95 fee . Good job DX and DX drivers . Ps: I’m going to waste my time to driver 40 mins to your depot and 40 mins back to get my package. Pps: say bye to £5.95

They failed three times to redeliver a parcel, their costumer service is hard to reach and when you do, staff are not helpful, worst experience with them!

In future the first question I will ask of a vendor is: which courier do you use? If their answer is DX, I will walk (or run) away. Those other reviewers who were unable to speak with customer services should actually consider themselves fortunate. I had the misfortune of speaking with a member of DX staff and I was astonished at how irritated, rude and aggressive he was. I can fully believe what other reviewers have said, as I have experienced almost all of the lies, misinformation, disinformation, inaccuracies and incompetency described by others. From invisible cards to invisible trucks, from attempted deliveries on days not agreed for delivery to non-delivery on agreed days, from them telling the vendor they had attempted to call me (they hadn't) to them taking a photo of my home claiming they had attempted as second delivery (not that they had even attempted the first!) on a specific date. Unfortunately for them, although their picture was all nicely dated and timed, along with details of how they had attempted to contact me - they hadn't, I had windows replaced the day before their (alleged) second delivery attempt. Yet, somehow, the dated/timed *proof* picture clearly shows my old windows. Perhaps in addition to all their other *skills* they are also time-travellers? As others have said: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! and, again like others, I've only granted one star because it's not possible to leave a truthful review without providing a star rating. I'm an online shopaholic and I can categorically state: DX are absolutely the worst couriers I have encountered in 15 years of online shopping.

Delivery should have been made within 48 hours - that was a week ago and still no delivery. DX courier has lied about attempts to deliver package and stated that they had left a card - this is not correct, I was in all day on the dates they were supposed to have turned up - no delivery and certainly no cards. Package was supposed to be on van yesterday - no delivery! Phoned DX again today and told that package was not out for delivery. Pathetic! Presume driver couldn't find address immediately so didn't bother trying.

Like others we were told our parcel would be delivered today. Like others it hasn’t come. Apparently they cannot contact or track their drivers and have total disrespect for their customers. Furious!

DXDelivery even don't deserve one star, How you people are doing business. We were unable to contact customer care via mobile and live chat. I need to receive an express from VFS delivery which was actually sent to you on Friday and not yet received till Monday second half. Even there is no proper tracking method, You simply saying "Now out on road", Who is delivering? What is their contact number? What time they will deliver? It's taking too long to receive delivery, Even Royal mail is far better that your service.
