I had a important delivery for Wednesday so had day off work got a message driver was unable to deliver he didn’t even try so rebooked for today Friday 2nd June got notification of agreed new time slot it’s now 6pm and nothing checked the tracking number and it’s still in there warehouse won’t use them again

I think DX Delivers are an absolute joke can’t believe the way your drivers are doing this job I personally think the driver thats doing this round in the UB8 area needs to find another job as he’s not very good at this one

By far the most inept company I have ever had the misfortune of paying for. The tracking system is hopeless, the customer service staff might aswel work for the DVLA and I find my politicians to be more reliable. Its like they have hand picked all of the worst staff from royal mail and hermes combined. Will be avoiding all sellers who use them in future.

Absolutely exhausted disgusted with DX delivery company lie after lie after after lie. How on earth they are allowed to even run a company who has no customer services available to talk to or contact and expects you to talk to a live chat which tells you it's unavailable to then email. Wow! Never in my life have experience such incompetence. To mess about medical essentials and then say we are delivering changed the time 3 to 4 times when the driver was across the road from my house? Then says still arriving the same day but after contacting the company I purchase from they said they couldn't get hold of them either on their direct line. But there update shows tomorrow. Well I had a medical appointment and was told to ask the nurse to get the parcel when it arrives? I said I specifically requested that the parcel arrive when it should of not the next day as that's what needed it for! Then it still never arrived even after allotted time was informed sorry we missed you? Absolute liars at no point did they attend my property. We have clear evidence of this as well as witnesses. So tried to get hold of them could again had to go back to the Company buying products from who tried to help but once again no avail. Only to find out on my side when it shows delivery picture nothing and then deleted? Redelivery Tuesday 30th May 2023 No use to me at all! As need it before then. Later after complaining showed couldn't find address. Call and inform with correct details? Erm 1).No one can get hold of anyone as it all on a rotating transfer line which then tells you to email them again! 2). So they lied both days now? And redirected parcel for another 5 days so had parcel since Wednesday 24th May not delivering till Tuesday 30/05/23 now so thats 7 days? Maybe they need to try Google maps! I was told to wait again as they were contacted via product company but no one came and nor was I called. So no its not a trusted company and I ain't the only complaining about this delivery company so why are they allowed to do this to customers especially vulnerable ones.

Absolutely appalling! Left card to say they had been and no one was home! We were in!! Didnt even try the phone numbers provided or walk to the rear of the house where all deliveries come. Couldn't get through to them on the phone, ended up contacting Appliances Direct where I purchased the item, was told they would redeliver the same day - it was a no show! Appliances Direct - you need to deal with a different courier, DX Delivery are not reliable!

I have recieved 3 different text messages promising 3 different days to deliver.No deliveries have arrived.I feel this company has let me down,which is a shame because amazon is usually very good .mrs round (old age pensioner)

You only thought Evri/MyHermes were bad, this bunch of clownshoes should not be in business. This was supposed to be on a 24 hour service last Tuesday. You ring them, it'll ring endlessly, you want to use live chat? Good luck with that, there's never an agent available.

Absolutely useless. Claims delivery was attemtped but I have cameras and no such atempt was made. I took the day off to receive this important parcel. The automated phone number tells you to speak to live chat, live chat just blanks you and says no one is avialble. What a joke. Avoid at all costs.

A delivery was scheduled 15 May…on the morning (after taking a day off work) I received a text to say delivery unable to be fulfilled. A week later after promised call backs I still haven’t received my delivery?!!! Absolutely useless company

Do not try calling the 0844 number in the UK it charged me £27 for 34 minutes it's a disgrace

Same story as most of you, ordered a basic pine interior door thought ide get it delivered as i have to move house within 2 weeks so would save me time, 1st time the 3 days nothing then sat in Liverpool and scannes twice there to then be resheduled, rang b and q they sorry refunded the delivery cost and sent another its been about a week now, waiting for BandQ manager to ring past few days, and dx just dont answer theyve only answerd once and it was vicky pollard put us straight on hold and left us there till it cut off at 5pm, live chat is bs noone ever opens it up to respond, apparently happened for years so how and why are they being allowed to do this to everyone

No communication whatsoever, do not answer the phone, do not answer emails, do not answer ‘live chat’. The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Hilariously bad. Didn’t even attempt delivery for two days when the item was on the van and then just continually rebooked the delivery until the company I’d bought the item from intervened. They actually had to send another, local courier to the DX depot, collect my item and deliver it to me on the same day. The company I dealt with were excellent and are now reconsidering their choice of courier. One star is one star too many.

Absolutely disgusting company. Said they have tried to deliver to my address twice but they obviously don't know my property has full cctv. I have them driving straight past my house with no attempt to stop. One week later I still have not got my item. Not once have they tried. No card. No knock. No attempt. They are a disgrace and disingenuous company. Avoid like the plague in my opinion.

An absolute shower of *swear words*. So far I have wasted 4 days waiting in for an item (taking time off work) only to find that both times- yes B&Q had to send items twice because DX damaged them- only for them to not arrive. Also no contact from DX saying the items will not be delivered due to damage so I've stayed in for no reason. They are supposed to call you to let you know. Also what kind of delivery slot is 7am to 6pm? Meant I could not physically leave the house for those 4 wasted days. If you're a major company looking for a reliable courier DX ain't them I'm afraid!
