First attempt driver could not locate my address, Second attempt, DX had shortage of staff, so again no delivery. And they do not even allow collection.

No notification of delivery, only found tracking number from the company I ordered from. Tracking gave me today's date only. Called 3 numbers to find my delivery to be told would be with me by 16.40. Drivers number invalid so couldn't confirm. No delivery arrived or notification. Poor company and totally unreliable

As the other reviews suggest. It is a shady company and does not delivers your packages. On top of this it is appalling that a company like BLS Spain is using their services for sending people's passports in courier. There is absolutely no way to talk to a human and nothing helps, the customer care has no idea what is happening, drivers don't exist in this company. They should just call the customers to visit them and collect the parcels if they haven't already lost them. Actually surprised no one has put a complaint through to the Financial Ombudsman or just SUED this company as this is what they deserve. I may proceed to go this route and sue them.

What a shower of ...... Tried to contact the depot on a card that was posted through my letterbox. 45 separate calls over 1 hour and not one pick up. Each time my phone timed out on the call. Spoke to complaints who passed me onto customer services, then on to a depot in Mid Wales. I'm in Cambridgeshire. I wouldn't use this company to send a bad smell. Pathetic.

Dx claim to have delivered a parcel to me but they have not. Said they would deliver Tuesday. Didn't. Said it then arrive Wednesday. Didn't. Now they say item was delivered Tuesday... It wasn't. Phone robot is no help. Absolutely no way to speak to a human. Absolutely shady company.

Customer service is non existent, the worst delivery service I've ever known. To be left without your medication and not being able to get any answers is a joke.

DX delivery is contracted by my pharmacy to deliver my medication, I have been receiving parcels once a month for 8 months now. TWICE they have been minimum a day late, bear in mind this is life supporting controlled drugs they are failing to deliver on time, and I've been left without my medication (which is necessary to keep me alive!!!!!) They don't have any customer service whatsoever, the online form is a joke... absolutely shocking.

Awful service, awful customer service. That about sums up my experience. Nobody at DX seems to care that their service is terrible and their staff are useless either. Avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars I would.

I had 2 orders from same company arriving by DX on 3 tracking numbers so went online to arrange all 3 to arrive on same day 9th which was also confirmed by their 'Live Chat' - easy yeah?.....NO!! One was delivered on the 5th and left in driveway, 2nd has been returned to sender (said sender had requested a return but they hadn't) and 3rd not booked out for delivery so now scheduled for 10th. Useless company!! I've informed my supplier that I will not order from them again if they deliver via DX.

We had a delivery booked for signature. Got an email stating failed delivery as the driver couldn’t find address. This is a first. Sat nav puts you outside our house. Clearly visible and never had this issue

i order a present for my mother from a Garden Nursery, DX lost the first try at delivering but it took 2 weeks to find out what had happened, the nursery very kindly replaced the order, so far after a week of e-mailing when it would be delivered and me staying in to receive the parcel am still waiting, am so feed up with DX, i will make sure when buying on line again never to use any company that uses them.

WORST COMPANY EVER A shop scheduled delivery for 02/08/2021. Initially they told me that is not necessary to be home, because the parcel will fit in mail box, however driver from DX DELIVERY called me and told me that is not. I am working Mon-Friday, so I can not be home. DX DELIVERY offer delivery only Mon-Fri. Yesterday I asked driver to leave the parcel in safe place, he declined to do it. I spoke to 3 of DX DELIVERY team members, they told me they can not find my Work Postcode in your system, however its standard Amazon Fulfillment center address. DX DELIVERY team ensured that they will leave the comment for driver to leave the parcel in safe place. And I received the call today from the same driver which declined AGAIN to leave the parcel in safe place! When I asked DX DELIVERY for solution, they told me is nothing they can help me with! WORST WORST WORST Company EVER

My daughter is waiting for her international passport sent back to us by DVLA. After contacting the DVLA yesterday, on 29th July, they informed the document was sent to us on the 16th (?!) so we immediately got in touch with the DX delivery company. Can you imagine how surprised I was when I was told the driver attempted to deliver the item on 19th and since then no contact from our side was made - there was no calling card left informing about the attempt at all! Booked the re-delivery for today, 30th July between 8am - 6pm, right now it is 20:00 and no sign of any delivery attempt. Not sure what to do as this company is not accepting any calls, all are being forwarded to the IVR, the chat service is of course not active anymore - this is the worst experience I ever had. HOW CAN YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS? Update: An hour later, checking the tracking number I see the message: Unable to Obtain a Signature - Calling Card Left That is an absolute lie! No one was here, no card was left - I understand now how this terrible DX company works. Already trying to contact their complaints department via email, I pray to Got they haven't lost the shipment.

The worst delivery company I have ever come across - they lie about everything. And when you question them about your delivery they don’t respond to your emails. They promised that I will get my delivery on a certain day by a certain time - I was going away then next day and they really messed everything up. Now I’m away for a month tomorrow and its my prescription that was sent to me now I don’t know what to do. The worst company ever!

I used DX as the main courier for my company for about 3 months in early 2021. In a space of 3 months, we suffered losses and damages of around £6000 for shipments which they lost or damaged. After 3 months of emailing and calling daily, we finally received £250 in compensation. Their customer service is appalling and we received our first and only negative reviews as a company as a result of DX's abysmal quality of service. They keep losing shipments, although I don't know how you can lose tables that are over 2 metres long and they keep damaging everything. We reached a point where we spend most of our money on packaging materials and extra protection and their drivers still damaged the items. There is a complete lack of professionalism when it comes to accepting responsibility for their mistakes. Over the 3 months we used DX, our customers complained about things such as: - waiting for up to 3 weeks to have delivery of their items since dispatch - only partial delivery with the rest of the parts being lost - impossible for customers to contact DX to arrange delivery - a customer received a mattress instead of the table we originally sent. - customers who had to drive miles to another address in order to pick up their shipment that got delivered to a complete random place in that town. - customers who had the drivers show up with nothing to give them. The drivers would then lie to them that it's probably us who didn't send the items out in the first place which is an absolute joke. When I tried to speak to them several times in order to improve things, the response I had was "we have over 75% success rate on your shipments so that's pretty good". 75%.... for someone who ships out 10 items a day, that means we had to deal with 2-3 unhappy customers a day which would then mean issuing refunds and compensations on a daily basis. It was the first time in my life where I genuinely came so close to having an absolute mental breakdown. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't generally leave reviews often but I think it's my responsibility to warn anyone out there to not use this company. They are the absolute worst courier company I have ever encountered. Please don't use them. I would personally walk my shipments to my customers rather than use DX ever again.

Tried to re-arrange delivery or collection. The on-line conversation went like this. My neighbours and I are at work during your delivery times, can I collect from your depot? No, would you like to re-arrange delivery? My neighbours and I are at work during your delivery times. Can I collect from your depot? No. Okay, can I contact your Inverness branch direct to arrange a suitable time? No, the depot is unmanned. Okay, have you any ideas on how I get my parcel? Would you like to re-arrange delivery? No understanding that there would not be anyone in. Would not accept a letter from me accepting liability if parcel left at property. Worse than Hermes and they're bad!

Recieved an email last night to say my parcel will be delivered tomorrow between 8am and 6pm. Recieved another email this morning stating my parcel will be delivered today between 2.48pm and 4.48pm. At 5pm nothing had arrived couldn't get through on the phone so went on their online chat and was advised that they are running a little late but should be with me shortly. It's now almost 6.30pm and I'm still waiting! The phone lines and online chat have now closed for the day and I have no idea if or when my parcel will arrive!

Absolutely pathetic service. Got 2 emails from DX Express saying that my order will be delivered on 2 separate days. The tracking on their website shows that the items are delivered. But, I haven't received any of it yet. DX is asking me to contact the supplier. I'm not sure how that would help. I have no idea where they have delivered. Looks like my order has completely disappeared!!
