Well dx what a company. Was never collected . Dx said they would collect and never did, booked 3 times took nearly a week for nothing. Don't use them what a waste of time they really are no phone call . Customer service well that's a joke . Parcel force bang on I will never us dx again

Expected a delivery between 8am-6pm and kept tracking through out the day then you read.... Delivery Status Your item tracking number is: 1248******* Item is now being returned to sender What the hell, been waiting around all day and its getting sent back... no calls no txt, absolutely appalling service. I would advise every one, never to use them .... It will only cause upset to your customers. Look at the stats on reviews IO, its a one star and on trustpilot , a 1/3 of reviewers rate DX as either Poor or Bad.

I'm pasting this here because Trust Pilot is FAKE and fixed on reviews. After writing a negative they swamp with fake positives to hide it so here: Absolute clown company. Heres the fundamentals of how to operate a courier company: Pick up from A , take to B That is it! These morons think that a postcode will do ,i kid you not one of these brain dead knuckle dragging morong put my delivery in a bush 10 meters away from the house!! i only noticed after chasing it up i went out and noticed some boxes thrown in the bush. Then after complaining the following delivery the driver got violent (all on camera) and for 10 months after every single next day delivery either vanishes or takes a week to arrive. They are utterly moronic,i dont know how they are even still in business. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF BRAIN DEAD MORONS. A to B...its as simple as that...but they FAIL.

The WORST courrier company in the UK! Everytime they are meant to deliver they send a text mentioning the time slot. They always text ONE minute after the time slot saying they've missed me. Or "we couldn't find your adress". They never attempt delivery on the first occasion. Try and avoid at all costs.

Terrible. I had paid extra for the safe delivery of an urgent document, I stayed home all day for the parcel and received an email at 6 pm saying 'sorry we attempted delivery but no one was home and to reschedule for delivery. The next delivery date was two days away! This was urgent. There is a phone number but you can only speak to a bot. You can only communicate by email. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Don't use DX to courier anything fragile. Had a parcel 'returned to sender' it was completely battered and looked like it had been sat on. It had obviously been dropped and everything was in pieces. They would not compensate saying the packaging was not good enough - no amount of packaging would have stopped that damage. Will never use again.

Where do I start, they said the supplier hadn’t delivered them anything so back and forth until they admitted they had the parcel. Then they said they were going to call on a number ending 162, no call. On the day of delivery they told me it was out for delivery so took an emergency days holiday and it arrived around 6pm. Delivery driver sat in the van on a call, so I opened the gates and pottered round the garden for 10 mins whilst he finished, he then dropped the back of the van but didn’t use the tail lift, and picked up the over large - over weight package of a SHED with no truck, I asked where his truck was and he just stared at me and dropped the parcel in the garden and walked away. Worst case of H&S I’ve ever seen, he lifted this large package from height and was clearly struggling. I couldn’t even move it to go on a truck that is how heavy it was. No call or text to say on the way or a timescale. Package was sent on 14th arrived on 17th .

The delivery never came before the time committed by the Dx courier. The delivery contained live marine fishes. The driver very Cooley just scanned the item before few minutes in his system and I received as saying delivered the item and received by me. Contacted the customer service of DX no use rubbish and utter waste. Didn’t get my order have to get back to my shipper to deal it with

Went through process of sorting redelivery, got to point where it says " we can delivery your parcel on the 14th please say accept" so accepted, then voice says sorry we cannot deliver on.that date , then I was cut off , 2x !!!

One of the worst carriers we have had dealings with , support is poor , deliveries not good at all , had an agreement to collect 4pm each day and every day try to collect from 1pm onwards .

Probably have now taken over from Hermes as the worst possible carrier I get several emails that all contradict each other DELIVERY DATES ARE RARELY MET VELUX have made a massive mistake switching over to DX

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Was waiting for 2 parcels which where due for delivery on the Wednesday. But on the Wednesday nothing was delivered. Then I received a text saying they will both be delivered on Thursday due to delays. But only 1 parcel turned up. and received another text saying the 2nd parcel will be delivered on the Friday. On Friday nothing turned up, so I had to drive a 1 hour journey just to collect my parcel. When I arrived at the Huntingdon delivery station, they bought me out my parcel which was out of the damaged box. The lady stated that she was not being funny but the parcel was not packaged well. So if I did not collect the parcel would I ever received it?? This company has been really unprofessional and have had a really bad experience with them. So I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Changed delivery date of item at the last minute so that it was late, and then contacted me to say they had ‘attempted delivery’ but were ‘unsuccessful’, but I live in a building with 24 hour reception/security to take parcels. I spoke to someone on the Live Chat feature who was rude and unhelpful, and delivery was re-scheduled for the next day. They didn’t show up, and I’m still waiting on the parcel even though it is now too late for the purpose the item was intended for.

I got an email and text to say it would be delivered today, even a 3 hour time slot, but guess what? No show, what a joke. Booked a day off, for what? Can't even track it, it just says out for delivery!!! Delivery to where, what's the point! If your not going to have driver (tracking) location. Tracking is useless. Parcel has been sent by wickes! Parcel has been received by DX dodgy gits. "What's the point knowing this Mumbo jumbo" and it's not the first time. I use to Work for Royal mail for nearly 2 decades and it seems DX have been given a kiss on their backside by the Goverment and they cherry pick all of Royal mails easy to deliver mail and parcels. Even when you receive letters by DX you see the date on the letter and it's been delivered a month after. What a joke, it's obvious there is some back hand incentive for companies to use a pathetic, rubbish, waste of space company like this. A one legged dog delivering in the North pole, could deliver faster mail to Santa than them....

Despite a text 2 days before to confirm the day, plus a text the evening before and email to confirm the 2 hour slot of of 2:50 to 4:50pm we received a call at 11am on the day to say deliver could not be made due to an issue at one of their depots and could not deliver for a further 5 days! Dreadful customer service, no help and seemed unconcerned about the delay. The delivery was of a pond and being led to believe delivery was confirmed we had dug out old pond and had fish in a temporary location. In addition, took a day of work especially for delivery. If I have a choice I will never use or recommend DX.
