Please suppliers use different couriers! I am used to free next day deliveries from a prime quality service so expect '24hr' delivery services to arrive on time. Having paid a £9.99 delivery charge I would expect DX to at least endeavour to deliver within contract. But no! 5 days later and still waiting with no expectation as the next 'working day' is now another three days away. What a shambles.

Delivery of a bed took 3 weeks instead of overnight, eventually a replacement was sent and this arrived smashed and covered in red paint.

My recliner chair from Furniture On Line was confirmed to arrive this Friday and in fact was delivered unannounced on Thursday. The driver said he was on his own and would need help taking it out of the lorry. I said that was impossible for me to do because of my injured chest and arm. He went to the van, dropped the heavy box on the floor and then tried to roll the big square box to my door. When I remarked that there were arrows on the box telling him which way up it was supposed to stay he said he was on his own. I asked why he was on his own and he said he had been subcontracted. They should never have sent such a big heavy item out with just one person and seemingly not even a trolley for him to take it from the lorry to my house.I have complained to the company I bought it from that they should not use such a disgraceful delivery service making the whole delivery experience so upsetting and distressing that I am actually not going to buy anything more from that company until I can be reassured that they have change their delivery company to a company that actually cares about and respect its customers. I cannot now be confident about the integrity of the recliner. Shame on you DX!

My delivery 2as supposed to arrive on 14th April - waited in all day. No one came. Then saw an update on the tracking at Homebase saying 15th-18th but nothing on the DX site at all. Still nothing came. Today I got a text saying it would be here 2,40- 4.40 pm. Now its 5pm and I've been l3ftvdangling on the chat function for ages with no responses happening. What a TERRIBLE SERVICE. why does anyone use them??

Total farce of a company been waiting two time slots now and nothing, phoning them is a no go as they don't even answer or put you on hold for hours, don't touch them with a barge pole.

Booked two separate parcels to be collected by DX. When they collected them ,they attached the wrong pink barcode labels and sent both parcels to the wrong addresses. Then washed their hands of it and blamed everyone else . Obviously one parcel too many for them them to handle

On two separate occasions I have waited for deliveries to arrive both were large and heavy items which meant that I had to be at home. The first arrived 4 days late and I'm still waiting for the second which according to the tracking is waiting for collection after 4 days and still no sign of a delivery date . I would strongly advise all traders to avoid using DX and find an alternative delivery service

1 star is a very generous grade for this company. Our parcel which was due on Wednesday arrived today, Saturday. I have made numerous phone calls and spent hours sitting around waiting for promised deliveries that never happened. I feel sorry for the call centre staff and drivers who have to bear the brunt of the irate customers. The depot management need to get their act together and remember customer care. I’ll never buy from a company that uses this delivery service.

If I could write less than one star I would. We selected our delivery for Tuesday this week and it didn’t turn up and it said unknown address, mmmm everyone else manages to find us. I had to ring and get it delivered the next day and it arrived at 5pm. Unfortunately we had to order some extra bits and DX was used by the company again and it should have arrived today as that was the day we selected, it says it is out for delivery and yet again it hasn’t turned up. My husband took Tuesday off work, then Wednesday and now today and he will have to take another day off now too, so 4 days leave taken when 2 would have sufficed. Needless to say I am still waiting for our second delivery. A rubbish courier and if I ever have a choice of buying something in future and they are the courier they use then I will buy from elsewhere

Atrocious company to deal with. Delivery due on 8 April. Nothing arrived. No contact from company. Impossible to talk to anyone. Eventually rxd email that it would be delivered the following week on 15 April. Delivery arrived late and consisted of only a small piece of the actual order. Had to contact the seller to chase them to find the rest of the order. Still waiting for news. I will definitely check what company the supplier intends to use in future and shop elsewhere if DX is involved.

Parcel supposed to arrive today, nothinh arrived, waited in all day, no communication from company. Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard for this company looking at the feedback already online.

DX make the mistake of sending a text everyday telling you to be in from 7am to 6pm, when they know very well that they are not going to deliver that day. They are obviously using inexperienced drivers who can't possibly get all their calls done. No one to telephone/contact. Having said that, my delivery actually came today after waiting in for four days! Well done John, the lovely driver, he deserves praise.

I would not recommend this service as a business or as an individual. I have experienced both sides and I am totally dissatisfied with the service or lack thereof. Delivery was expected 3 days ago but I have had to wait in all day on all 3 of those days and I still do not have the parcel which I paid extra to have delivered those 3 days ago. Such a poor service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t turn up then make up different excuses as to why no delivery. I even had to contact then as they could not be bothered to contact me. Avoid this company

They Scheduled del for29th and 4 days later an many msgs and phone calls later still no package. Got a txt 8:30 saying it’d been delivered (it hadn’t) I finally get my package on the 5th day and..well.. see photos. I cried I was so mad I got in touch with specsavers rather than DX and I have had them re/ordered both the glasses were completely flat,wouldn’t even open up,the other pair the arms were bent up.They are post op lenses that I really need, the lenses alone cost £379 without frames! Business’s telly need to stop using this courier. To put I bluntly? THEY’RE CRAP

Had a time slot by email and added dx tracker. I couldnt be home on time for the delivery. I was worried because I have never heard of this company. The parcel was left at my back door which is safe at my property a card was posted through the door informing me where left. no digital delayed notices. Wish more delivery companies would go back to basic common sense deliveries
