I paid for a next day delivery, they didn't even bother to come collect the parcel or send an update. Terrible. Avoid.

Item was supposed to be delivered 9.1.21 they tried to deliver 5.1.21 and of course nobody was in then said 6.1.21 between 9 and 5 nobody turned up. Checked automated service it now said 7.1.21 between 9 and 6 then it actually arrived. Awful service in my opinion

Worst delivery company I have EVER experienced. Told yesterday that my order of 2 cots would be arriving today. They didn’t turn up. I checked tracking and it still stated today. I tracked through their automated service and now it’s saying I have to BOOK a delivery date?? At no point have I received any commutation stating I needed to book a slot and in fact the tracking stated it was being delivered today. I tried to call customer services and 4 times someone answered and hung up the phone. Finally get through and the lady claimed I’d called the wrong department as this was a one man van delivery and she only did the two man van calls (stated she couldn’t deal with my call??) so put me back through to an automated service. Called again and this time she said she’d found it but they had the wrong door number and order name, then she said actually we don’t have any order for you??? So which one is it? I move house in two days and the automated service is now saying the earliest I can have it is the 11th, that’s 3 days after I move house. If you look at google reviews you will see it’s complaint after complaint, I’m not convinced in the slightest by the ones on here after reading those and my own experience. Now my twin babies will have no cots to sleep in and no where I can get them on time as we are as a country are in lockdown. I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman. I can’t believe a company this poorly run is able to continue. Disgusting.

Booked your courier through parcels to go the driver turned up took a picture of my house and drove off minus the parcels I then get an email saying they couldn’t collect and to rebook . Parcels to go have since rebooked this for me with another courier . The guy who took a picture didn’t get out of the van what’s that all about ?? Just put failed collection ??!!

Bad experience?! My order which was despatched in 1st week of December never reached me. Sendind company sent a replacement order in 3rd week of December and despite numerous e mails and phone calls nothing has appeared. I have now sat in the house waiting for four different supposedly delivery dates. This is nothing short of total incompetence and zilch customer service. Senders beware and DO NOT TRUST THIS CARRIER. I have had more useful toothache.

I am still waiting for the fourth attempt to deliver my parcel, I have never known such a useless courier company as this one. Use any other alternative if at all possible.

Ordered 2 gifts from Ernest Jones for delivery 30th December. Dx didn’t deliver on the 30th but on tracking the items they were both out for delivery on the 31st, delivery was not attempted and on tracking the items have been rescanned back in to Dx service centre late afternoon. 5 days later still waiting, no one at Dx can tell me when I will receive these now very late gifts.

DX DELIVERY - THE USED COVID TEST EXPERTS. As the title suggest, I came home on CHRISTMAS EVE to find a coronavirus test had been posted through my letterbox. This would normally not be a problem until I noticed that the test was used and unsealed. DX decided to deliver this to me instead of some olive oils. Upon the advise of my doctor, my family were told to self isolate for 10 days, this only ended yesterday. During this time the test we received was sent away for testing, This came back POSITIVE, So for Christmas my family recieved a used, positive covid test from DX. As anyone would, I contacted DX in order to get this resolved. After several hours of trying to get someone to contact me I finally received a phone call from KELVIN - The Customer Service Manager. Kelvin was extremely rude and unhelpful. With his complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards the situation. The phone call ended with nothing being sorted out and with me feeling like I was the one in the wrong. Kelvin kept changing his story on where my actual parcel was (I am still yet to have any contact or an update of any description since the 30th of december, when a phone call was promised each day for an update. An apology and resolution is all that were needed. Two very simple things that Kelvin seems completely incapable of doing. Along with this, there is also somebody that now wont know there test is positive. I am still waiting for your return call as promised. Hopefully we can get this resolved today, before I'm forced to take more drastic action.

My Husband bought me a diamond Eternity ring from Ernest jones while working in Truro colnewall was supposed to be delivered Express someone's stolen it Ernest jones sent another no way of Tracking I'm very upset

Most unhappy this is now the second day you have failed to deliver my parcel. You have not even attempted to deliver as the tracking showed you did a drop off less than a mile from my home. Dot not use this company service is terrible.

Worse courier company I have seen in my life. 24 hrs service delivered 2 weeks after, when refund has been made by the seller and twice in the past item has been marked by DX as delivered. Also twice they where asked for more address info (having full address with post code), also driver was asking myself over the phone to find him, because he get lost!!! How to describe their service?? I have no words, and they still getting money for it, Just avoid, keep yourself away from them.

I have tried using this service 5 times and 5 times they have failed to collect on the correct date. No contact from them at all. Can't even track using the number provided. One collection had to be re-booked 3 times. I think I have a good idea how they operate, now. The worst courier service I have ever (attempted to) use. Wish I had the option to give no stars at all.

The worst service I've ever used blamed everyone else apart from themselves, they even sent me an email stating they had it at 5 am but lied on the phone saying they received it late from the supplier lol didn't even read there own email wow complete incompetence

I thought Hermes were bad but DX are, without question, the most diabolical delivery company I have ever experienced. I ordered a Christmas present in November and it is still not delivered on 29th December. Like other people, I arrange a delivery day, am stuck at home waiting, then just get a text saying they cannot deliver. As someone else said, companies that use rubbish companies like this just tarnish their own reputation. Maybe I will get this package in time for next Christmas. Goodness knows what condition it will be in.

When you order something you expect it to be delivered right? WRONG! DX has messed me around this Christmas to no end! I have been waiting for my delivery of a Christmas present for my mum for a total of 4 days! It has gone out with a courier for all those days, each time going back to the warehouse... one day they claimed it was delivered and signed for!! This caused mass panic, as we all thought where on earth could it be?? We were in the house the entire day! And received nothing! After investigation it showed they had in fact not delivered it, and would try AGAIN today (Christmas eve). Hazzah! I could actually see the courier nearing my house on the tracker... but wait??? They went past my street and did not deliver it, instead took it back to the warehouse FOR THE THIRD TIME!!!!! When I complained they claimed to be using bus routes to deliver.. so.. why did you pass my street??? So now my Mum gets NOTHING this Christmas.. thank you very much!!! I will be sure to recommend nobody use your survice for the grievances you have caused in an already stressful time! Merry Christmas
