“Bunch of Liars our shop was open all day, nobody came and now tracking says calling card has been left, wait what ? nobody came and no calling card was left just lying.”

“It should be zero stars. They should not be called a delivery company because they simply don't deliver anything. For the 5th day today they said they would deliver my parcel and they didn't show up!the worst company I've ever dealt with.”

“Urgent package should have been delivered yesterday. I waited in all day. It was then put back till today. Now had a text to say no delivery today I’m fuming No one’s returned my call/email/query Not good enough Can’t speak to anyone Don’t even deserve one star”

“Absolutely useless. Supposed to be having a delivery today after they failed to deliver on Friday. Now apparently tomorrow. You can try calling them but expect to be on hold indefinitely. Their live chat also doesn't work. Absolute belters of clueless halfwits. Now contacted the seller on ebay for a refund!!”

“Worst delivery service ever! Had a text to say delivery would be between 15.58 and 17.58, didnt show. Tracking info was vague, just said out for delivery? Web chat never works and only means of communication is through Twitter!! Apparently rearranged delivery for the next day, no text received and no delivery. Day 3.... still waiting for my delivery so I'm not being under house arrest anymore and have cancelled my order with the company I ordered from. Awful”

“Misleading Tracking Parcel expected Tuesday. Had a 2 hour window between 2-4. Did not turn up, checked tracking after this and it said standard all day, never arrived. Looked at tracking history where it states delivery had been attempted and calling card left. No delivery was attempted and no calling card was left, I was in all day. Apparently is out for delivery today (Wednesday). Poor service. UPDATE: Day 2 Wednesday: waiting for delivery, delivery slot 3:09-5:09. Now past 6pm and no parcel delivered! At 8pm updated tracking saying that they were unable to access address! This is a lie, Unbelievable. I live in a normal street, no restrictions. DAY 3 UPDATE: Delivery slot 16:27-18:27. Been checking the tracking on and off all day to see if the slot was still the same, been the same all day, courier has been in the area all day. At 15:55 checked the tracking and the courier is now 25 miles north of my address. 99% certain I will not be receiving my delivery today. Now time to lodge complaint with courier company and company I have purchased my item from. Terrible service. I have sent a screenshot to company of the tracking and map showing at 16:08 driver was back at the depot where it had started in the morning. No attempt of delivery today.”

“Uncontactable by phone or email or anything.Webchat doesnt seem to work either.Driver didnt attempt to leave parcel with my neighbour when i wasnt in.Why oh why dont u give your customers a 1 hour time slot like DPD?Yor online contact form asks for "Company" as a required field....what does that mean?You cant be contacted if this isnt filled in,it doesnt go through!And still waiting on my parcel btw”

“Impossible to understand how this company works. The courier didn’t find the property, received an email to contact DX for more information, when I called the number from email - this number is no longer available. Tried to make an enquiry online, no answer…0 star is to much for DX”

“Driver must be blind or company does not support it's staff with delivery info After 1st failure to deliver I gave them the 3 Words Location so that they couldn't fail on the 2nd attempt. DX are a complete lash up - I can't understane why anyone would give them a delivery contract”
