Do not answer customer service hotline, no answer to mails ... and my package never arrived. I will never ever use them! Worst experience ever!

I agree that they must be the worst carrier around.They don't deliver - they don't take calls or chats, and don't respond to emails. The people at Hobbs were very helpful, but if they want to survive they need to use someone else.

I was tracking my item with them, the tracking information kept updating so obviously they had my item, and said they had it and would be out for delivery. The date came and nothing came so I checked and it said there had been delays and it will be with me shortly but nope. A week past and it had changed to "needed additional information" so spent half an hour on the phone for them to tell me they hadn't received it from entertainer. (Entertainer sorted it btw after these had messed up and lied) but said out for delivery 2 weeks after they "hadnt had it". Waited in all day for them to email me saying it had been delivered and signed for. Absolute liars. Terrible service. I do not recommend them at all. So mad and angry!!!! Was my childs main present too.

I ordered some wool from a company last week. As I needed it to make something for an elderly lady in a care home in time for Christmas I paid extra for DX next day delivery. I received an email on Thursday telling me my parcel would be delivered between 8.00 and 6.00. At 5.15 they updated their records to say it couldn’t be delivered as they needed further information. I contacted the supplier on Friday morning and they in turn got DX to phone me. When I asked what further information they needed the lady on the phone didn’t know. I gave her detailed information as to our position. We are on the Main Street in a small village and have never had any previous problems with deliveries. Anyway I was told the delivery could not be before Monday. This morning I received another email telling me that as I wasn’t at home they could not deliver. My husband and I were both here at the time they said they tried to deliver. We live in a bungalow, we have a very loud doorbell- they definitely did not try and deliver.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUBBISH. To add insult to injury I have paid extra for this appalling service.

the worst delivery company i ever, if you buy from COX & COX make sure they dont use this company 3 times since beginning of december it has been taken off the van and still not delivered, cant get through on phone to anyone either. Why does anyone use this terrible company.

I had a delivery booked for a time slot of between 9 and 12 on the 8 Dec 2020 the driver forgot to put my package on his van so at 12pm after receiving no new time slot text, phone call or e mail I rang dx which took over 20 minutes. Only to be told the driver forgot it and it would be with me at the latest 15.30. So at 1545 after receiving no communication from yourselfs I rang again a 30 minute phone call later and was told it would now be 16.30. It is now gone 16.30 and you haven't contacted me I can only assume the driver does not like me personally. I'm a self employed electrician and I have lost alot of work from waiting in for your delivery driver and as you can understand I have been impacted monetary wise. I have basically had a day wasted. Please amend your drivers operating procedures, get trackers on your vans, updated your customers in my opinion this is no way to run a company.

Our delivery girl Victoria who covers portland in Dorset is THE best. She’s always prompt, polite and literally the most pleasant delivery driver we’ve ever had.

Had a delivery on the 9th December but was working away in Liverpool, DX contacted me 5 minutes later and I explained that I was not at home in Nottingham, so she organised delivery for the next day, I came home from Liverpool during the night so I could be home, sat in all day and guess what, NO DELIVERY So DX have cost me £350 in losses for a days work, they never answered the phone and chat on their website is no better, if they can’t do the job then why try, this company is more than useless, Stand aside DX and let DHL DO THE JOB they are more efficient, when the item does arrive I’m sending it back for a full refund so that’s a sale lost to a English company

Worst company! Literally don’t know what they are doing! 2 times out for delivery and then a message to say sorry you have to rearrange each time. I ordered on the 23/11/20 and it is 10/12/20 and they have returned my parcel back to the sender!!!!!! Whyyyyyy You can’t speak to anyone nor do they care

Absolutely heinous company. Cannot dispatch items on time and do not care about the chaos they are causing. I was assured yesterday my items would be here before midday. Called dx at 11.45am to query, after being on hold for 10 mins I was told it wouldn't be here until 3 or 4pm. This is going to cost me more than £1000 in refunds to my customers due to dx inability to dispatch on time. The lady I spoke to could not be more disinterested and unhelpful. As I was pleading with her that I needed them now she hung up on me. Absolutely awful company with no respect for their customers. Avoid anyone who uses this heinous company.

Diabolical. DO NOT USE DX DELIVERY. Parcel should have been delivered 3rd December. Advised by e mail everyday that it was to be delivered.. I Have contacted supplier each day since 4th. They have contacted dx and apparently initially parcel didn't even make it onto the van despite dx tracking info. I understand parcel has been out for delivery every day since 5th (except Sunday 6th).it is now 11th. Again I have received e mail from dx saying out for delivery with 'faye',today. The depot is in Newcastle and I think they have so many parcels they start delivery there and never get out as far as weardale!!! They seem unable to adjust delivery route so they start with parcels not delivered the day before and work back to the depot instead.

worst courier! i was expecting a parcel ten days ago..and it seems they cannot deliver becaus one road nearby my place is closed...i told them...there are diversion signs ! even have told them how to get to my property..but still not received...haven't had any issue with any other courier..but this one is horrendous!! not even replying my emails

If I could give a minus I would. Delivered 3 weeks late. Sent numerous emails about where I live since it’s a new build with clear instructions. Redelivered about 7 times. Emailed directly to them. When the parcel finally got delivered (to my parents address in London. I live in Oxford) the parcel was damaged! Rubbish delivery company, no proper contact details. Useless when it comes to getting in contact with me. Will never use them again. Waiting for a full refund.

DX delivery must be the worst courier on the planet.Good luck to anyone waiting for a delivery from them. Faster to send via carrier pigeon!!! Nearly two weeks overdue now and the sender has contacted them three times and on three days they failed to deliver despite repeated broken promises.

Delivery delayed on 3 occasions (still yet to receive it). Each time I rescheduled it but it was then delayed again. Never an explanation as to why. A really poor service.
