“I’m giving one star as I can’t give a minus. Awful company. I’m a business (ie 9am to 5pm) owner & have been waiting over two weeks for a delivery. They have tried several times to deliver the parcel, usually when we’re not there (eg 8am or 7pm) and when we are! It seems they can’t find our doorbell (?!) or our letterbox (to leave a called note). It was only by phoning the seller that I discovered they’d tried to deliver so many times! When you phone to speak to someone it’s a bit pick-n-mix - some are nice and others purposely speak over you. I’m afraid I had to put the phone down on one as every time I tried to speak, they started to speak! **Avoid**”

“What a terrible company! 7 days in a row now Ive had an email saying my "delivery will be today". I have still not received my parcel. No apologies or explanations for this. Shocking. Avoid like the plague!”

“would give zero if I could. The most POINTLESS, INCOMPETENT and USELESS courier ever! delivered half of my couch after waiting in all day. told the other half would be delivered the next day (Sat)... they dont work weekends so wasted another day. requested a late delivery time so I didnt have to take another day off work..... NOPE.... not possible. finally got through to speak to a person on the phone.... rude and incompetent. DO NOT USE”

“They attempted a delivery with no notification, I wasnt at home and they left a slip to rearrange a time, I picked one 3 days later, the package arrived the wrong day, I wasnt at home to sign for it so they threw it over a wall, it was split open with items missing. They dont deliver at weekends and do not give you a delivery window but expect you to be in all day waiting!!”

“Still waiting for my parcel. I started to check the tracking on Wednesday the 2nd of December. Then tried it twice a day since.All I am getting is ( out for delivery) it is now 5 days since DX EXPRESS tool delivery of my parcel from the supplier. DX EXPRESS will give me the information that I requested but I have to pay £3.50 per minute. Which I am not willing to pay. When the parcel does arrive I am sending it back to the supplier.”

“I've been waiting since 8am as my delivery time-slot was 8am-6pm and to date (it's now 7.20pm) I've yet to receive my parcel. Had I known how unreliable DX were I would have carried on with my plans and left the deli ery driver to his/her devices. Don't accept any deliveries from this company.”

“Item meant to arrive on 3/12/20 still not arrived today on 5/12/20 I have been in all the time and no delivery attempted. Checked online and it says delivery rescheduled for 09/12/20. Not happy as this was a birthday present for the 7/12”

“No notification that they would be delivering, just a slip through the door saying that it had been tried to be delivered. I was working in the kitchen, right next to the front door. No knocks, just a slip which I didnt even hear coming through the letterbox! Checked with neighbours, no attempts to leave with them and yet the slip was marked "No suitable location to leave parcel". What a joke! No ability to contact a human, terrible support.”

“Delivery was due on the 3/12/2020 - that’s what their tracking email/text said. It is now the 5th. After looking at the sea of negative reviews, it seemed the best way to speed up my delivery was to give them a call. Spoke with a computer which took my tracking info to “arrange a delivery”. Seemed the delivery date I was originally given was bogus. I will now have to wait until the 8/12 to see if they stick to the new date. If you’re having problems, try rearranging the date by giving them a call! I’m hoping it’s a lack of organisation and that the original message I got was incorrect. We shall see...”

“Absolutely shocking pre 1300 Friday - took a pic of the local post box!!! rebooked for pre 0900 Saturday They changed that to 1030 without informing me and then didn't arrive - no information Trying to get hold of them - nigh on impossible - appalling call centre - completely incompetent”

“I ordered a sofa bed from John Lewis, which was delivered to Skye on 30th November. The delivery drivers were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. I was very happy with the sofabed and with the delivery service.”

“Avoid DX at all cost! I freaked out when i seen the parcel i ordered will be delivered by this company. Based on my previous experiences i was afraid they will late, damage my parcel, not be available on phone nor emails. They did not disappoint... I wait for my next day delivery for fifth day now. DX is one very much unreliable and not trustworthy company.”

“My Heart sank when I saw my order was being delivered by DX. The company I work for used them for 2 months to deliver their products, they lost £1000s of pounds worth of packages with many many customer complaints. We stopped using them. Most of the drivers are very unprofessional, one that came to pick up bought his wife along for the ride and was cought by the owner up one of her trees stealing apples !!! Another driver bought his 2 children along and sent them out to grab all the packages. The item I am waiting for is 4 glass birds, I will be amazed if when they do arrive (if they arrive at all) they will not be broken as a college visited one of their disgusting dirty wear houses in Crawley, only to find a massive pile of packages and boxes in the middle of the floor with vans and cars all backing in, drivers climbing all over them scrambling to find the Packages for their rounds ! The company is so unorganised and shady. Some of our products came back and had even been run over 😂😂😂😂 Well, my delivery is 5 days late now with tracking just saying...out for delivery ! Good luck to any one waiting for something to arrive from DX !”
